I was a great customer. My last order was missing one item. They sent me an e-mail questioning if I had received it. The items are well tracked however I was made to feel like a lying thief. The investigation took forever and I e-mailed them many times and just got rude responses. What the heck? It took me staying on top of it in order to get my money back! Very bad situation and terrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again. There are so many other luxury companies that appreciate my business so why would I give them my money ever again?
Over the years I have ordered at least 30 clothes and shoes from Farfetch. Not a single bad experience! Okay, one Rick Owens jacket was out of stock but they gave me a discount on the next purchase. Delivery is fast, so is refunding. All articles are genuine and in a perfect shape. This is my experience, so I am upset by the bad reviews.
I ordered a pair of boots and since never shopping from the brand before I was unsure which size to get. Farfetch had a suggested size feature that Im so glad I followed and when my boots arrived they were perfect! Farfetch also has many unique and rare pieces you cant find anywhere else which is why I often find myself scrolling through their site.
Ordered a pair of marc jacobs sneakers for a birthday present for girlfriend and after 10 days they still haven't dispatched them. Unreliable in the extreme and i'm starting to think it's a scam site. Do not shop here!
First of all, Farfetch faked the advertisement. Sent me something was not match its web description. Shown it white buckle belts and sent me completely a different thing. After i contacted them, they told me to do the return to schedule a pick up, which the pick up could only be scheduled on weekdays. Then i left the package in the morning at 9am for their picking up. They came late at the last mins at 6pm and found no package but didn't tell me until i asked them today. They said it lost and they don't have any responsibility. What a scammer
This past Friday I looked at the site and saw that there was a 30% discount on items that were for sale. I woke up early Saturday morning and tried to buy the item and received a error message that it was a part of the extra 30% discount. I called Farfetch and they said the promotion had ended. I was quite surprised because that morning until today (3 days latter) google still says, "Farfetch.com | Get Extra 30% off Sale Items. | Shop the Latest Collection." I let Farfetch know that this amounted to a bait and switch scam. The first customer service person I spoke with was extremely rude. The second said she would a manager contact me. I never heard from anyone. At this point, I will longer do business to Farfetch and ask that you don't too. EK
I was really skeptical about the site at first because of all the reviews but I really wanted this moschino jacket that they had so I had to buy it. It shipped the next business day straight from Italy and four days later it was on my porch. Super fast for international shipping I was so suprised and my sweater is in perfect condition. I'll definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you farfetch!

The absolute WORST on line shopping experience i have ever had. DITTO on all previous comments. I ordered a pair of shoes coming from LA to SF - no too far. These beautiful wooden platforms arrived wrapped in tissue and thrown into a soft pack (no box). When they arrived to me the wood was scratched and they looked as if they had been previously worn. No packing slip - no receipt - nothing enclosed just the shoes taped in a plastic shipping sack. Customer service did answer that they did not have another pair in my sized and offered me instructions on how to return for a refund but turns out that I am responsible to pay the return shipping. I am a seasoned on-line luxury customer and I will NEVER use this site again. AVOID or beware! Based on the other reviews + my experience... this almost feels fraudulent to me.
I love Farfetch! They have all my favourite brands. Customer service is excellent. I have only returned goods once and it was so easy. During these difficult times it is so nice to still be able to buy what you love - without having to travel. Postage is very fast. I like it when the original packaging is included and sometimes a postcard as well. The loyalty system is also fantastic. I just received my parcel today and have already had compliments about my new jacket :) C. R.
I just love Farfetch. Fantastic sales and products. Especially when they have extra discounts off their sale prices. So great to be able to buy items I can't buy in Australia. Shipping is so fast. I get my items quicker than if I bought something within Australia. Can't ask for much better than that. One very happy lady with this amazing company. So glad I found them.
Dreadful and incompetent service.
Placed an order almost a week ago - farfetch still unable to tell me where the order is or what is happening.
Order shipped after a few days, then the DHL status said returned to shipper.
Chased the company several times for a response, no one ever got back to me as promised. In the end cancelled the order; I am now very nervous as to whether I will get any sort of refund.
I would advise people not to use this service - very unsatisfactory service and unreliable. By comparison I used another service in the US and the goods were shipped from the US to Asia in 4 days; after almost a week farfetch.com could not even tell me where the goods were or what was happening - total joke! Do not use this site.

I bought a moschino handbag and it started peeling after an hour outside! The purse was obviously old and worn! Customer service offered me a 10% discount, and when I refused, he blamed me for not handling the goods properly. I definitely do not recommend buying on the farfetch website, very bad experience! I will never buy anything there again

I purchased a purse on Farfetch and it's been two months but I still haven't received the item. Customer service was responsive at the start - that they will undertake an investigation which may take up to 15 days. 15 days later, I asked for an update. I demanded a refund (USD 2,085.80). I have been repeatedly asking for an update since then but still haven't gotten a response.
Within seconds of confirming my order I got another email cancelling my order due to some dubious verification requirements. I used my AmEx card. Either the credit card is accepted or rejected, what verification requirements are they talking about? Meanwhile I see a $1250 order pending on my AmEx account while Farfetch says it will take up to 14 days for a refund. This company strikes me as a scam. Stay away.
Cancelled my order for no reason and then said it was my fault. I didn't trust the reviews and it was a big mistake! Everyone that wants to order designer brands PLEASE order from East Dane, Mr. Porter or Luisaviaroma. Those sites have provided excellent service everytime!

Not only is the utilization of the website easy to navigate and check-out but the updates on my order were spectacular and I received an additional link within the FarFetch shipping confirmation e-mail to be able to track my packages whereabouts along with an expected delivery window. Unfortunately not all items worked out but even the return process is simplified and all documents required for the return (internationally) are provided and once you log the return within your account on the website, it allows you the option to schedule a pick up or drop the package off yourself. I am a repeat customer and have been very happy with my experience at FarFetch!

Hi people of the world. I have bought a jumper online from Farfetch that has a price US$272. I called Farfetch and they told its inclusive all duties and taxes. When I bought it they charged me $US 392. I never mind as it's international purchase so understandable but when my dad received it in overseas he had to pay US$300 extra and they said it's import duty and tax. This is ridiculous. They misinformed me and when I called them and explained my issue they simply refused and said don't buy it online next time. What a bull$#*! customer service. I can guarantee you if you buy from Farfetch you will have to pay two times more than the actual price. Hope my review helps everyone
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
