I'm a platinum member of Farfetch. I buy 90% of my clothing through the application. However, recently, I purchased items that are coming from Australia and are being held at customs because they are REQUIRING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to allow my package to leave the country. This has NEVER happened prior, and the amount of my purchase is minimal, obviously raising my concern as to why I'm required to give out such personal information as my social security number to purchase a skirt. I'm appalled, and unfortunately, although Farfetch may not technically be at fault, but they are acting as if I am overreacting to what is happening.
The customer service answer me direct, I got the confirm mail directly and sent package the day after, however UPS resheduled at 19.00 after I took the day off waiting at home the whole day and got the status on UPS that my package was rescheduled, information unavailable. 2 days after, I sent messages to both UPS and farfetch and farfetch customer service helped me about it. Recommend to buy but choose DHL if it's possible,
Farfetch sent my package without any signature required. I did not receive the package and they still expect me to pay for the item I do not have. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Customer service is rude and they shout out you when it is their mistake. Why should I pay $600 for an item I never received. Also, when you ask to speak to a manager they ignore the request.

The shipment was originally my wife's birthday gift and I requested the shipment well before this occasion
But the shipment arrived after three weeks from the date of its appointment, it was a very bad thing for me

As for a online store which sell luxury brand, and ppls who are willing to pay more than $1000 for their goods. They way they interact with their clients is totally FAIL!
I am an old consumer for ordering over 10 times. However, one item sent to me is broken. When I return it, the return condition is unknown. Just like a liar website.
I wish ALL items would be available in my, larger, size, as the Italian sizes are very tiny. But those that are available I often order from this site. Nice quick service.

I usually do not write bad reviews but this company is the worst one to deal with. My 1400 purchase was decline first time and they blamed my bank which has nothing to do with it(I guess thie system is so outdated and inconsistent that they are unable to process basic transactions. When called why my order was cancelled they blamed my bank, my card and everything in this world except them.(not saying that the guy promised me that somebody will call me back- and obviously nobody did, so I had to call myself second time. When kinda resolved the issue with the card, I am placing the same order and voila,-it has been cancelled again. When called the second time now LISTEN the answer was: I have supposedly called them and have cancelled the order which I NEVER DID! Anyways, this was my first and last experience with this horrid company and their service. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY

First time shopping at Farfetch and the experience was amazing. They always have great deals on sale I saved a lot and shipping was quick. I love my items and they authentic, would do it again.
AVOID! Worst shopping experience EVER! Due to THEIR error on the web site (incorrect description), I returned an item. They refused to refund me for the purchase after several calls to customer service and I am out $$$. THIEVES and SCAMMERS!
I bought a FAKE bag through Farfetch, YES, you WILL buy fake bags here. Be CAREFUL! I had to go through PayPal to resolve this situation.
I returned the bag to Italy because PayPal sided with me, but these scammers acted like the package was Refused, and the box returned back to me, to make it seem like they never got the bag back- to win the case with Paypal.
But here's what they did -- they took the bag from my package, and returned an empty box using a different carrier! So I had to escalate the case with PayPal. I'm sharing this so you know how scammers work.
Usually, I wear EU 36 size, that's why I ordered EU 36 size for Rotate velvet dress. When it arrived, I realised it is too small, yet I could fit in it. So, I decided to return it. Then, I ordered EU 38 size of the same dress, and when it came I was shocked. It looked even smaller than EU 36 size I was sent previously, so in so-called EU 38 I could not even fit in. Overall, I spent 2 times 12 eur for delivery, which are not returned by Farfetch back as per their policy. Will never order order again.
Despite of the bad review I found on the internet, I ordered two items (from barcelona and cyprus) on saterday. I could collect them on wednesday (fast). The items were solid packed with a personal note and thank you from the shop they came from. I kept one and sended one back. The item was collected at my doorstep few hours later. After 2-3 days I got the message that the item was well received en that the refund of my money would be done soon (it could take up to 14 workingdays but 2 days later I got my money back). Well done!
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
