Fake company do not waist your time they have one thing about agents as well that say about commission. Products more expensive. Do not waste your money.
I received the product swiftly and was impressed by the delivery process. However, I was disappointed when I open it to find the item with many scratches, no less it's a designer product.
I was shocked to receive my Tod's boots just wrapped by paper instead of normal shipping carbon box. My shoes Box was damaged, the photo attached showed only part of the broken box.
Really love the ability to find the best items for the best price. Communication was great and items arrived quickly, within a week of ordering. I would definitely recommend the site and app!
I did not get my order after paying €2000. Ups says it is deliverd but i never received it. Farfetch just closed the case and told me they cant do anything about it. Stolen my money!

Wonderful products, great communication and fast postage I received my item within a week from Europe, my item was in perfect condition and I would happily purchase items from Farfetch again, this was not my first purchase with farfetch I have previously made numerous purchases and Ive had the same excellent experience with those items as well
I ordered a pair of jeans on this website because it looked legit and the price was lower than other websites I've looked at. They sent me the correct size and brand of jeans but they were the wrong color and material. I spoke on the phone with customer service and they informed me that they would see what they could do about making an exchange or refunding me for my purchase. I'm currently in the middle of returning the jeans. It's upsetting when you order a very specific item and get a product that isn't what you ordered. I would advise Farfetch to examine the boutiques that they work with more carefully so these kind of errors don't continue to happen. I don't think I will ever shop with them again if I can't even trust them to send me the correct product. At this point I would atleast expect them to send me the actual product that I ordered and give me a greater discount but they haven't offered to do anything of the sort. I hope this review gives help to other customers who are thinking of buying from Farfetch just because prices are lower, and hope that Farfetch fixes these large problems so they can maintain customers.
Shoes were not the same size, one was a uk 9.5, one was a uk 10. My feet are the same size. This is very annoying, I don't really have time to deal with all the shipping back and forth.
I wanted a bag and it had sold out. I was then notified within 2 days that it was available therefore I was able to complete my sale and now have a lovely bag. Thank you Farfetch.

Why did i receive the shipment without a brand box/ bag? Im buying this as a gift. So the least is i receive it in its box and in a brands bag similar to when i buy it from the actual shop

I ordered a Supreme Hoodie from Farfetch. I paid 300 dollars! The box came within a week and it was nothing but paper inside. I was told I will not get a refund or the hoodie I ordered because the box had been opened! How else was I going to know that it was filled with computer paper if I didnt open it? Complete SCAM! Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
