I had a package which was misdelivered to somewhere else and signed by a person I do not know. I called DHL twice and they told me they will track it, and if it is indeed lost I should contact the seller. Actually I talked to your customer service, all he told me is that he cannot give any promise before the results came. All I want to know it that, if it is indeed lost, you will provide a replacement or refund! So, I am just curious how would they send my package that even does not live in our apartment and no one is going to take responsibility for it?! YOU CANNOT EVEN GIVE SUCH A PROMISE! Also, as I asked DHL they just told me that the package did NOT contain any insurance protection. Whom should I seek help from?

This was my first purchase with Farfetch and definitely would be the last time forever! That was totally a nightmare! The delivery speed was quick; HOWEVER, the product arrived in a piece of rubbish!
1.The express post parcel box was not sealed properly; anyone can just open it and my more than AUD 1,000 Chloe handbag was just sit in this unsecured box.
2.My item just sat in the box barely with the thinnest wrapping paper in the whole world and not even to mention that the wrapping paper was ALL WET, BROKEN AND full of orangish and yellowish stains!
3.The Chloe cotton "storage bag" was the same $#*! condition; completely WET and FULL of color stains!
4.The metal parts on the handbag were all aired and just like a pre-owned OLD item! Even the handbag was also a bit wet, probably because of the moist from the wrapping paper and the cotton bag which were used to wrapping the handbag.
I could not believe this at all when I opened the parcel once it was delivered. I thought Farfetch was an online store that sells brand products but the experience and their products were even worse than buying a bag from a non-branded store! I even doubted if that is a real Chloe handbag or a fake one! The only thing that I appreciated was their customer service on the phone. At least they responded quickly and agreed to do a return and full refund (processing). Will not shop on their website forever and will discourage my friends to shop there too! Completely disaster! Photos attached! Should have checked their reviews before my purchase! Everyone just stay away from this online store. Horrible!
Almost always the boxes arrive broken, the service for which we all pay leaves something to be desired, broken boxes and left thrown to the door by the courier.

Fair prices, fast delivery and great service overall. This was my 10th shopping with Farfetch and all od them were just perfect. The return system is also easy and fast.
As a high rated google reviewer with honest reviews about products and websites I want to place a compliment for the service of farfetch. Although multiple negative reviews about delivery and service I doubted to order expensive Nike shoes. I always securely check websites that are new or unknown to me. And normally I do not order if shops have negative reviews. However, farfetch was the only shop at which these shoes where available. To be sure I payed with security for delivery and refund by PayPal. The shoes were needed for a special occasion and I payed extra for extra fast delivery. Delivery was planned between 29th November and 5th December. At the night of 28th November I got mail that on the morning of 29th November, DHL would deliver my package. And so happened on the exact time of the communicated mail. The product was in perfect state and all new without any defects. Including complete instructions for return in case of wrong size or anything else. I do not recognize my order in the light of negative reviews about farfetch service. Compliments for very fast delivery from USA to the Netherlands and complete product.
The quality of item is good, package is good, if the delivery could be more fast will be better, if the website could have more fashion brands and cation item would be perfect
They overprice their Items. You will find it cheaper buying from the original brand seller. Also if you wish to return the item they will not refund the VERY HIGH DELIVERY CHARGES £11.00 in most cases. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Give me wrong return label, can not locate the package and do not refund the money, they ripped off... do not buy with them if you don't want to lose your $800 like me...
My experience with them has been very poor. I placed an order with them for two items exactly two months ago. I received an email shortly after placing my order advising me that the jeans I had ordered were out of stock and could not be fulfilled. The rep advised that I go up a size. Thankfully I declined because he had no idea what he was talking about and when I found the jeans elsewhere, it turned out they ran large and I needed to size down, not up.
The other item I ordered was a shirt, which I liked, so I kept it. Last week I washed it for the first time in anticipation of wearing it. I followed the washing instructions exactly (cold wash, gentle cycle, hung out to dry, which was appropriate for a cotton shirt), and it shrunk two whole sizes - it was like a little girl's shirt. I can't wear it now; it's useless to me and it was an expensive shirt. When I called and spoke to customer service the woman put me on hold and spoke to her supervisor and told me tough luck, that because it was out of their slim 14-day return window that they couldn't help me, but as a consolation they'd offer me free shipping on me next order. Free shipping? Really? Thanks I guess... even though that is also useless to me now since I won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered a pair of sneakers, 37.5. On August 7th, received the package today (5days). When I opened the box it saw size 36 on the shoe box, that was my first disappointmen. IMAGINE my surprise when I open the shoe box and there's only ONE FOOT of the shoes. I don't know who's in charge of customer service, then they had to search forever as there's no TOLL FREE #. Now I will wait 3weeks for a refund. You know what customer service said to me "If I would like to order the correct size ". Honestly I don't recommend Anyone using FARFETCH again. I should have gone directly on the Gucci site.
I recommend you pay very close attention to the return policy - these is very short and they game you with short turnaround for refunds or returns.

Just received Alessi toaster and kettle, whilst the product looks great, so far I'm unable to test as it has a European power plug - I'm not sure that that was made clear when buying - it appeared to be a good price to buy but I'm now having to buy adapters adding cost to the item - very frustrating and disappointing

I have ordered M size sweater unfortunately they send me a S size. I have tried to do my refund but there ve an error exist. I can't arrange courier to collect my return item. It's horrible.
This was the first time I've ordered from farfetch.com, and it was so easy and fabulous, I am happy to say I will become a loyal customer. About 4 months ago I spotted a gorgeous Tory Burch leather jacket in Las Vegas while I was on a work trip. I didnt buy it, and I spent the next months thinking about it. I went all over my hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona searching for it with no luck. The salesperson at the Tory Burch boutique here told me it sold in an instant.
I decided to try and find it online thinking Ebay would be the place, but I happened upon farfetch.com's website. Low and behold I found the jacket in Palermo, Italy. AND it was on sale:)
I ordered it through farfetch.com and within 5 days I was wearing it. When it arrived, it was boxed up well, and inside the box was the shop's packaging. Their packaging was gorgeous, I should have taken a photo. The jacket was wrapped in pretty paper, tied with a big ribbon.
This was a great experience, and plan to do some more shopping on farfetch.com again very soon!

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
