It's been a month since i ordered from fashion mia. Until now i have not received my parcel yet. I've kept asking their support for any update but no one dare to answer me. I was thinking of buying again from your site but with what happened on my first order i dont think i will buy again from you. You have a very very poor customer service.

Like many of you, I wish I had reviewed FashionMia before placing an order with them. I placed my order in early February 2017 which was never shipped and I consequently complained and asked for a refund. I wrote regularly and each time was assured that my refund would be with me in 5 days, but it never arrived. Eventually having lost my patience after 3 months, I took out a complaint directly with PayPal over the conduct of this business and miraculously a refund arrived a few days later (thank you PayPal). I would encourage anyone waiting on a refund to take it up with their credit card company, bank or PayPal. Writing to customer services at FashionMia will only result in false promises. Good luck!

Fashionmia has a great product selection and their website is user-friendly. I received everything I ordered and am very pleased with the speed of shipping. Only one item was too small because the Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes. When I contacted them about that item, they responded in a very friendly manner and were very quick to offer a return/exchange. Thank you Fashionmia!

I have bought a few items now from Fashionmia and the quality is generally good for the bargain prices-you get what you pay for. The fit tends to be complementary especially for hour glass physiques. Any queries or issues have been addressed relatively swiftly and satisfactorily.

I am writing this review to warn everyone about this company's bad service. I have purchased 120 dollars worth of clothes from them in december 2015.

As of today March 17th 2016, i still have NOT received anything! I have emailed, complained and they still have not sent me a refund or my clothes! Please if you are reading this... DO NOT buy any clothes through their company!

I really regret going through them, not only it's a false promise but they are very bad with customer service! Never again!

The most cheating company I ever see so far; if it is really exist? Today, I received my first order out of 5. Very cheap material and the items are totally different from what you see in pictures; it seems that they use pictures of branded items and put them in their website. I have thrown all items in the bin! I am so sick of these people. They should never be allowed to do business in this country again. Perfect for my Budget!

I love this website. They always have the latest fashion trends and even some good old ones! I have never had a problem with them! I cant wait to fill up my next basket with affordable clothes that I look great in.

Two months ago I purchase over $100.00 clothing. I am going to a destination wedding at a resort so I purchase so easy to pack cloth also they look comfortable. One top came. I waited and waited and waited, I then contact paypal (which is a God sent because all order confirmation for purchase is missing) Through paypal, I learn that the rest of my order was out of stock. Really, they didn't even contact me to say anything. Don't be fool by their cheap price. I am now disputing my money

I purchased several items from this company, only to find out that their sizes are off by about 5-6 sizes! I received clothing that my 11 year old daughter can wear! Ridiculous. And no customer service to speak of. TURN AND RUN!

The products are just like the brand name, stylish as well as reliable. People who don't like online shopping also will get interested in this store once checked. No need to worry if something is ordered by mistake. There is also an option of making corrections in your order even after you have ordered something. This is something that shows their care for the customers

I have never written a review before, but feel compelled to get the word out there about this corrupt organization. I ordered four items in January and have yet to receive three of them. I am a size 1,2, or 4 petite. The blouse I got was way too small and poorly made. As far as I can determine there is no customer service number to resolve complaints and I received no customer ID to track the order.
I would advise anyone not to order anything from this joke of a company.

I received my item but had a size issue with it. Fashionmia, answered in a timely manner and offered a very favorable solution. Customer service rocks. At the time of typing this review I was quite content with solution. Since it has been written, I have not received the customer service as they described I would. I am now out money for their mistakes as they will not pay me nor respond to any emails.

I bought several jackets from Fashionmia worth just around $400 US. One jacket they shipped me was kids size, two jackets were completely different colour and jacket was very lousy fit. All jackets were not the material, colour or style as per their website. It took them over three months to ship my order and they do not believe in customer service... they don't respond to your complaints. I strongly recommend you to go to Aliexpress.com for your on-line purchases because they have very good return, exchange and refund policy. I have been Aliexpress customer for the past three years and with this experience I not shop on-line in China except for Aliexpress.

Spent $28 and it's literally a shower curtain made into a dress. The material is awful. Wrinkled from the packaging. I'm pretty sure if I ironed it, it would melt. Completely see-through as well. Not even going to try and return since I see all the other reviews regarding returning an item. I wish I would have read the reviews before I spent a penny with this company. Incredibly pissed.

This store has given me every reason to come for more because of their amazing collection. From tops to dresses and lingerie to swimwear, they have it all. The customer care service is also great and the staff is really amazing. Shopping with them always turns out to be a good experience for me. I will continue to shop form them again.

Definitely did not want to give this place a star. Ordered a coat almost a month and half ago and their dispatch hasn't located the tracking in over 10 days. Thought it was a good price but totally disappointed with the customer service and timeliness of product ordered. I'm sure the product itself will also reflect this. Will NEVER shop here again!

I placed an order in November hoping to have some dresses in time for Christmas. I cancelled my order months later after never receiving my order. It is now May and I have yet to receive a refund. "Zara" from the customer service team has only given me the run around. I don't order much on line but this experience was terrible.

I always enjoy finding clothes on this site. Great clothes for great prices, and the best part is can stay up to date with the new trends without having to empty your pockets! Sometimes i do get a little impatient waiting for my items because it usually does take bit more then avg time to get them, but i am always eagerly awaiting. So happy when i get the order, that it is always worth the wait

I ordered for 6 dresses and paid extra for expedited service but I still did not get my order yet. Either I need them by delivered by tomorrow or get my money back right away.

And the more concerning part is no customer service available, there is a phone number on the website which goes to voice message directly always. Such companies should not be allowed to do the online business with so many bad reviews.

And Pay Pal should not allow them to make the payments through them for such fraudulent company's. I did not read the reviews before I ordered the dresses and no one else should do that mistake.

I would to start off by saying that everything got delivered in a timely manner. The quality of clothes is very cheap I would not buy anything from there again. I will be buying my clothes in person instead, i don't recommend people to buy from here, outfits look different online then when u receive them

I ordered on the 5th of this month for my upcoming birthday celebration. I have been going back and forth with customer service about my dress. They finally have let me know its a high demand item and it is no longer in stock. I have asked for a refund so now im waiting on that.

Regret that i ordered clothes from fashionmia. Cheaply made fabric and sizing too small. It seems to me their sizes go according to chinese women. Took 6 weeks for my order to arrive and still waiting for my other three items. There is no one to contact to return the items.
Beware, dont buy from them

Firstly clothes took over 5 weeks to arrive. The clothes were NOTHING like the picture. Its like a blind person stitched them together as they are so badly made and cheap isn't even the word to describe the material! Complete scam. Then one of the tops I ordered never arrived so I contacted them, they told me it was out of stock that I could choose something else or get a refund which would take 5-10 days to get to my account... I choose refund - its been 26 days and no sign of my money?! They should be closed down due to false advertisement and selling $#*!E clothes!
