I would like to thank you specially for your superb customer service. I ordered two jeans recently. But unfortunately one had a very little damage. I'm sure actually it was a mistake. Because, I'm a big customer of you. This was the first time I faced with a problem like this. Because, quality of your clothes are reliable. Otherwise I will not being with you until today.
However your staff were kind enough to refund my money for that dress as soon as i informed. Thank you for your patience and fair service. Waiting for next collection.

Please do not buy anything from this firm they are a rip off. I ordered two dresses only one came. The material is dreadful so thin one wash and it would fall apart. The sizing is all wrong. I am a size 14 in GB I read they were sized small so ordered an XXL. I cannot even get it over my head. I want my money back, I shall return this dress and want to cancel the one which has not arrived. They do not communicate when you write to them. They are a rip off.

I received a few things and sizes were off tremendously! Clothes cheap looking. I asked for a refund and told them not to exchanged them for anything because terrible quality of clothing. I've been waiting on a refund for a month or more. Finally got a email a couple days ago but still don't know when refund is coming. I will never look at their site again.

Trying to order a product from this site has been my worst online experience EVER. I tried to be patient and give them multiple opportunities to make it right, and they have only delivered empty promises. They were quick to process my payment, but 6 weeks later I have not received anything and am now awaiting a refund. I have had to follow up on everything, despite service reps promising to see this order through. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

This was the worst company ever. I order on dec 6 they were christmas presents and with it being the holidays i thought there might be a chance it would be a little late. But after i emailed the company mutable times and only got one reply back on the first email saying they would look into it. I gave up and now it being January 13 and i finally get the items. That is just bad business and not to even reply to my emails that makes me furious.
Also got the clothing in and it is the cheapest crap I have ever seen. But knowing it is a Asian company I knew the sizes would run small because Asian peoples frames are more petite then most americans, but was not prepared for it to be short on every thing. Length on everything was a problem. Just over all horrible experience. Save your self the time and money shop somewhere else.

The quality was very good and there were labels, I also got a refund on one of the dresses and also ther is 100% improvement from customer service and they are making considerable effort to resolve issues which is great. They have really stepped up to the plate. I am very impressed by their efforts to resolve issues. I suggest you contact them and they will help you. Also my stuff fitted very well. I made an order for 10 items over 6 weeks ago i. E April 1,2017. To date, May 8,2017, I have received nothing; only promises, or rather excuses as to why I have not received. You are not able to speak anyone despite an automated message saying they will get back to you. My credit card was also overcharged. I feel totally duped but intend to take action to recover my money!

Please, please read the reviews.
What this site does is take photos of designer dresses and then give you a shoddy sweat shop copy.
Then when this rag arrives, they give you the option of sending it back via registered post to China or saying they will give a partial refund.
Don't be sucked in to buying from them.
Trust me, the item you see online is NOTHING like you will receive.
I can't believe this company is still in business.

I did two purchases back in February for over $300.00 dollars, I received all the items but it was a cheap material so I returned them all, as of today I have not receive any of my money back; after they promised to do so. Their excuse is that their system is broken, I am giving them one day to resolve this issue or else I will sue them. Good luck to you, I will never risk my money with this company again.

After submitting this poor review I was contacted by a representative that refunded my $ within 24 hours. It's too bad it took a negative to review to get someone's attention.

I purchased a dress in May 2016, it's now Sept. 2016 and I still don't have my refund. I've sent emails weekly asking where my refund is and when I'll receive it. I will never order from this company again. The dress was poor quality at best. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

As far as Paypal is concerned, they finally reviewed my case and confirmed they would offer a refund for the purchase, but I don't know if FashionMia was involved in their decision at all. I think Paypal just relented, as I was making daily inquiries. Persistence sometimes pays off...

Do not order anything from this website. The quality is horrible. My item arrived damaged and the customer service agent is refusing to refund my purchase but rather wants me to send the item back to China. No matter how tempted you are by the price do not order from them! The coat I ordered was originally supposed to be a $250 coat and they were selling it for $35, I should have realized that was too good to be true. Waste of time, waste of money.

I placed an order back December 2014 for a total of 4 dresses. Took several many months to receive two I am still waiting on the other two dresses, status still says processing. I have sent several emails, I have filed two disputes and never a response. This company is a complete joke. I personally would not refer any one to do business with this company. I placed my order 12-19-2014, I got an email 12-19-2014 regarding my payment was successfully processed and normal process would be 3-5 days before dispatched, 12-26 I sent the customer service department a email, got a response same day that I would hear from a consultant within 48 hours, well it's been almost 6 months, no correspondence and my order is still not fulfilled. I have no choice but to call this a scam. What legit company would think it is okay to hold on to my money this long without making good on the order, or simply refund my money.

It's been two weeks and my order still didn't ship... I emailed requesting several times for an update on my order and they always gave me some lie. So I requested a refund oh yeah of course that takes over a week to get,, how funny is that! I would never order from them and I advised you not either! It's a RIP OFF.

I placed my order, received the items in a reasonable time. The quality of the items were poor, that's why prices are cheap. I kept one item and returned the rest according to their return policy. They told me there was a delay with my refund due to Chinese New Year. I waited and no refund. I followed up and they said I would have it within 20-25 days and not to worry. It has been seven months and nothing. It's too late to dispute the charge with Paypal and my credit card co. I feel they knew they were not going to return my money and dragged the process so that the time to file a credit card dispute would expire. They have $70 of my money and their merchandise. This is embezzlement. I am going to see if there is an attorney willing to do a class action lawsuit based on this common practice of theirs which amounts to deceptive trade. I am also going to report their fraudulent business practices to all government and private entities that have jurisdiction over these matters.

I can't believe I wasted money buying from this company. It is in China, which is not disclosed on the website. The items are cheap, poorly made and sizing is ridiculous. I ordered an XL and the dresses I got would not even fit my very slim 10 year old. I inquired about a refund and they said I had to PAY to mail the crap items back to China. Obviously, this costs as much as the items, and who the hell knows if I will ever see a refund (doubtful). The 5 star reviews on here have to be plants. I can't believe any sane person would leave them. Run. Run fast. You'd be better off tearing up your money and throwing it into the wind.

All inquiries were responded promptly within 2 business days. I was happy with the quality of the products, although the sizes don't match the North American size standards, so extra care must be taken to check the sizing charts. I inquired about the return/refund and exchange policy and the customer service staff were friendly, gracious and helpful in providing the options available to me.

This company show you these beautiful clothes, you order, and what they send you is laughable. It took well over a month before I received the 1st of a partial order. The dresses looked more liked Halloween costumes., the material was extremely cheap and flimsy. What you see is NOT what you get. I will donate this garbage to charity, you know the old saying "one man's junk is another man's treasure." Maybe someone else can get some kind of use out of it. What a shame!. Never again. This company should be reported!

Never buy from FashionMia - quality is very bad and the size M might be size S but not very sure, dress is Ok on top but bottom was very short and it doesn't fit. To return items I have to download pictures (I don't understand why - they send me those items) and when I tried to do that it says - error cannot download. There is no customer service phone # on the website. This company is a fraud.

After almost a year there is still no refund. The company lies about everything. Don't fall for the 'wallet' or any other promises of a refund. The clothes are bad and so is everything else about this company. They will take your money and rip you off at every step. Their positive feedback is clearly a lie just like everything about the company. Tell your friends. A shame that you can't rate them as even less than 0.

Will not refund if clothing do not fit, need to be invested for scam company. This battle is going on since order 2-8-18. I can NEVER satisfy what they need. Spent $11 plus to return order to a warehouse address in Cal. And know they got because I had a tracking number.
