I order from this site over a week and half ago. Still have not received items, sent 2 emails about my order as is has been stuck in "paid" status since I ordered and no response or anything. My emails/tickets keep getting deleted and I'm extremely frustrated! I will not be ordering from this site AGAIN!

Only because I was treated courteously by CS here. The sizes had to come 2 sizes up after I read complaints of small-sized dresses. It was a saver as I didn't have to go through any drama after my purchase. But I don't want to have to do that just to get dresses from this site. Not bad for the price. Fabric is good and delivery was just 2 days longer. Something about it being mixed was the response I got from CS

I shopped online at Fashionmia.com and found a nice selection of clothing with all the different designs and colors that really attracted me. Many items I have wanted for some time but found almost impossible to find at local stores. Easier even than shopping in town where I live in Florida, I was able to go online and find the exact items I desired, in the color and size of my very own choice. A convenient and pleasant way to shop for clothes.

Bought 6 dresses from this site feedback on all 6 - bear in mind I used the same measurements for all 6 items.

1) poor Seam work in the armpit- already ripped
2) weird fit could not get past my head
3) fit well, fabric looks okay for the price
4) fits okay
5) weird fit bust to waist ratios poor- had to give it away
6) nice fabric and nice design - acceptable

Out of 6 items 3 very poor. Not worth it. Emails are not responded to.

Just to Warn everyone who decide to buy things from fashionmia.
Very disappointed never used to see such rubbish the fabric not as it says, can see all through. Inaccurate cutting and stitches. Stay away and don't buy anything if you don't want to waste money. No service, No refund

I received my items and they were in great shape and came pretty quickly. I needed to return an item. Customer service was quick to respond and gave me very helpful information and advice when returning a shirt. I will suggest, due to differences in US and China' s clothing sizes... order big.

I ordered couple of items on this site. Once I paid the amount they send me an email that item is out of stock and I need to order any other item on their website. I asked them to refund me the money as its their issue that the item I ordered is unavailable. Its been 1.5 months and I still haven't got my money back. Plus they don't have a customer service number so basically your at their mercy. Will never shop again.

I ordered a coat in an extra large size thinking it would be more than enough room for big bulky sweaters. I received the order coming from CHINA - 3 weeks later. The coat was so small it would have taken a contortionist to get both arms in it. I had on a thin t-shirt trying it on - forget the bulky sweater. The sizing chart is not even close. There return policy is a joke. You have to pay for their mistakes by paying for the shipping to return to CHINA. To return the coat would cost me $103. What a scam!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 coats on 12-08-15 and still have no items 01-05-2016 almost a month. They have no contact phone number that should have been my RED FLAG not to order but the show such nice cloths at nice prices(that's the catch). I've email them 3 times with one reply change of size and two lies "This is to confirm that your request has been received. Our customer service will get back to you within 48 hours". No one has contacted me YET.

This is one of the best shopping site. I have given up on buying my clothes online mainly because of defective products i mostly received coupled with late delivery of clothes. A college friend of mine referred FashionMia to me for trial, I must confess what i got was way beyond my expectation! I purchased some clothes and shoes from Fashionmia and it's been wow. I like the outfits as they are good and of high quality. The fabric and sewing are superb. The best part of fashionmia is Fashionmia that it has a great variety of different clothing, accessories, and shoes. All of their products are reasonably priced and of good quality. I would recommend fashionmia.com to others.

I ordered a vintage style skater dress from Fashionmia after seeing an ad. The dress was delivered very quickly considering that it came from China (8 days). The garment was a fashionable cut and attractive but unfortunately it was too small for me. The quality was good particularly considering its price. I contacted customer services to arrange a replacement. My emails and queries were responded to very promptly.

I was worried about my order cause I checked out as a guest and typed in the wrong email. I got in touch with customer service explained my dilemma. Fashion Mia responded immediately. Not only did they provide me with my tracking info they gave me a date which was right on. My coat was a good price shipping was perfect. The color was perfect. I almost thought I received the wrong item cause it was packaged so well. I can't wait for winter to come so I could wear it. Keep up offering great merchandise at a reasonable price.

It took them more than a month to fulfill my 3 out of my 5 orders for dresses. When I inquired about the 2 missing dresses, they canceled the orders but never gave me back my money. They want you to lose your patience in trying to get your money back. Too much back and forth with emails for a while and then suddenly radio silence. They keep blaming paypal when all FashionMia has to do is issue a credit back to my paypal account.

I will never order from this website! There horrible product is terrible! No phone number for customer services, it's been over a month since I ordered and I haven't still received my ordered., they took my money and didn't send the item. Terrible!

I ordered what I thought was my size which turned out to be too small. Instead of having me pay a large shipping fee to send it back, fashionmia offered to just send the larger size. Beat customer service I have ever received.

I made a order in July 2018, pushed the cancellation button after realizing that the order will not be here for the occasion needed for, they promised to send a refund it is now December five months later, however, i contacted them and ask for a coupon to re-order some stuff they agreed to my surprise after entering the code it told me the code was invalid and charged my card again instead. I contacted them and no one answered in relevance to that.
A rep by the name of Kitty emailed me concerning my reason for pushing the cancellation button on this order, i explained why until this day no answer they have a total of $300 for me never receive an item nor a refund it's really sad. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but clearly they have no integrity.

I should have known something was up when they charged my account in less than 24 hours of placing my order - I've never been charged for an item with another site BEFORE it shipped. Six weeks after placing my order I received a few of my items. The sizes were much smaller and the length of the items were much shorter than shown. It's now been three months since I placed my order and still haven't received my last two items. When I contacted Customer Service via email they first wanted $5 for express shipping, which I'd already paid for, and then $15 for some other service I didn't want and they claimed would get my items shipped. I've asked for refund on my remaining items and shipping and the link they sent me was to a website that did not work. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. Fashionmia is a scam!

Hi, I am a regular viewer of this site, and a few days ago I was surfing the site for some new cloths when I stumbled upon a very Elegant Round Neck Body-con dress. As it was on sale so I ordered two dresses, one for me and the other for my sister. I can honestly say that it fits pretty well. I really enjoyed wearing it to a party.

I had to throw out all the items ordered due to their sizes and/or quality. No one even wanted any of them for free. One of the items is still processing almost two months after order was placed although money for it were taken right away. No refund was issued. The worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Always great online shopping experiences with Fashionmia. Their clothing collections are awesome and reasonably cheap. To summarize this, this website has an exclusive collection with a reasonable price. One site for everything. I can always count on this website for last minute shopping gifts. Also their customer service has been able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering, rookie mistake. The goods didn't fit and I got the run around when trying to return them. However they did reply in the end after PayPal was involved. I was promised a refund so I sent the goods back by tracked post which says they where delivered back on 4/8/2017. Still no refund. I now read all reviews before buying.

I ordered all xl clothes although I am a M and they all came too short, too tight plus they looked CHEAP. Even a pauper wont wear the fashion mia clothes. Do not be deceived by the pretty pictures advertised. Don't buy from them.If I could give them negative stars I would cos they surely deserve no stars

I ordered some items in my size - the size indicated by their charts, which was larger than my US size), and other items 2 sizes larger, that according to their size charts should have been swimming on me. Only 1 item fit. One of the shirts that was supposed to be an incredibly pretty pink is a garish orange. To return the order to China would be about half of the value of the return (plus their website says they will also charge you for the free shipping for any return, so paying for it both ways means it will be a wash anyway). I'll just give the items to my 10 year old daughter. They'll fit her :) You want to believe the beautiful pictures they show, but don't.

Quality of the fabric was also unbelievably bad - like a child's cheap Halloween costume.
