I don't typically order my clothing online because i like to try them on. I also didn't know how accurate the measurements would be. But i went ahead & ordered the dress. Not only was it adorable & a great price but when i received it, it was too small. I emailed customer service & they promptly responded & they are sending me a new dress. I will shop here again. :)

You need to stay away from fashionmia site. They are very bad business people. Their products' pictures look nice, but when you received them, their quality was so bad. In addition, if you ever cancel your order, you would never be able to get your money back. I ordered a dress, and I waited for 12 weeks, they still didn't arrive, so I cancel the order. Two years now, I still haven't gotten my money back. Stay away from them.

At this website if you are patient and consistent you can find all latest fashion items seen in the magazines for a fraction of the price. Advice. Have a measuring tape handy since sizes are on the small side.

Lucy from Fashion Mia made my shopping experience quite pleasant. She always responded to my e-mails in a timely manner and always kept her promise. The clothes are great and affordable. I plan on shopping on their site again.

I have had NO LUCK reaching out to FashionMia. I can't get a refund for damaged and wrongly sized items. The customer service employee suggested I might want to use them as gifts since they will not refund. They don't even offer a refund with me paying the return shipping as promised in the fine print, This company should not be allowed to do business in the US. There product is totally inferior, so the low prices mean nothing if you can't wear them.

This site is a scam and fraud. I placed an order in March but heard nothing for more than 10 days. After sending them an email to enquire, I was informed that the order took much longer to process. I asked how long it would take, I then received an email demanding my passport and driving licence details for a refund. I immediately realise the site is a scam. Who has provided the platform for the scam to be able to charge from public?

I order 2 coats from FashionMia. I loved both of them but they were too small. So I contacted the company and spoke with Mandy. She was very helpful. I am going to reorder the jackets but 2 sizes larger. Thank you for your help Mandy.

First I waited for my order for a month... and then when it arrives... all the items are poor quality... not true to size... poorly made... looks nothing like the picture on the website... looks like they were made in sewing class... I contacted FashionMia regarding returning all the items and was told to check my local Post office and see how much it would be to ship back to China and they suggested if it was too expensive not to do it! BUT THEY WOULD OFFER ME $15.00 AS COMPENSATION... my order total was 113.00... beware out there if you purchase from them... I know I will never order from there again!

Never again will I make a purchase. They got me one time never twice. For a return it would cost me between a $130 to $330. Well, I paid $79 total for all, but please beware for they have not responded to my email yet, just one that made no sense. The size they sent would not even fit a 6 year old American child.

Based on all the bad reviews here i feel i am just another victim. Paid for my item and getting the same "unknown" message when i attempt to track my item. Please advise this is not a scam by responding. Otherwise, i will pursue legal action if i dont get my item or a refund!

I recently ordered from this terrible company as well, over a month ago, and did not get my product nor my refund back, and am not willing to wait months and months to do so. Because it is not right!
I reported them to my bank and they are handling it, end of story!
So if you used your credit card, contact your bank and they will handle it for you as well. No need for you to keep begging and being bothered by the terrible non service of fashionmia~. Good luck!

The pictures look really nice. But when received the product, they looked quite different. Also the sizes are so tiny... not quite the American sizes, even following their chart. Will try to stay far away. No point returning if I have to pay for the shipping.

I recently purchased 7 dresses from Fashion Mia. All the dresses were exactly as described and they all fit. Keep in mind when ordering to use the size chart for each item and not what you usually buy. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have tried unsuccessfully to contact this team all day, and I have now requested several new passwords as every time I try to log on to my account it tells me it is incorrect.

I will NEVER order form this website again. I ordered 2 dresses 6 weeks ago and only one has arrived. The dress I received was poor quality, flimsy material and the delivery note does not give you any information on who to contact or how to return.

I purchased 2 dresses last Dec. 12 2015 and everything go good, that is why i purchased again last Feb 06 2016 but right after my payment they put a note that my order will be process after the holidays because they have this Chinese New Year so they said they resume processing everything in chronological order in Feb. 15,2016. Since it has been over a month when i made my order then i try to contact the customer service by writing them email so that they can give me at least a tentative date when can they dispatch my order but there is an automatic computer reply note telling that they will reply after 72 hours but sad to say i did not get any reply and i wrote to customer service again but i do not know if they really care to reply... i am pessimistic about them now

Fashion Mia has some of the cutest fashions available at affordable prices. They have a wide selection of all clothes for any occasion and season. In addition they have a great selection available in plus sizes which is great for a curvy chica like me. They also have a great customer service department that does their best to accommodate your needs. I would recommend it.

I ordered 3 shirts and 1 pair of pants. Paid extra for express 2-5 day shipping. 30 days later, I received the 3 shirts, and they were very poorly made. I still have not received the pants; they still say "processing ". Should have read the reviews before I ordered, but I was so excited about the discounted prices. Cheap costs, cheap product. The labels are all in Chinese, and have no how-to care information. I am honestly afraid to wash them because I feel like they will fall apart.

I have issues with two orders. They said they would refund my money. They never refunded my money for any order. They do not even respond back to you no matter how many e-mails you send them. THIS SITE IS SPAM. Please dont invest your valuable time or money in this.

The 4 dresses I received from fashionmia are so bad, I can't even begin to explain. They are pathetic imitations of what was advertised. I hate them all and regret buying so many items at once. A complete con and waste of my money! Never ever will I buy from fashionmia again.

First of all, it took 3 weeks before I received my package after I paid 10 dollars for the shipping. I bought 4 clothes with price around 12 dollars average. Only 1 I really like, 1 is ok, 1 has a hole on it when it arrived with very messy sewing seals on one of the cuff, 1 does not look like the picture at all. When I email the customer service, even after I gave them the order number and the photo of the clothes with the hole, still took them a while to figure out which clothes I bought. Then, they told me that according to their policy, I should just "fix" the clothes myself and they will pay me 3 dollars when I purchase next time. Really? Am I buying second hand clothes? I have to say that their website pictures seemed really nice and appealing, but if I have to take chances on every clothes I buy, I rather do a US company where I can probably get full refund without being asking to fix a supposedly brand new clothes.

I've been waiting for almost a month now for my dresses I purchased from Fashionmia. They said they would ship by 3-5 business days and yet nothing has happened. Apparently, it says it's at the fedex location and still nothing. I just disputed the claim for a full refund through paypal. Hopefully, I get my refund for their crappy service.

The great buys are made super cheaply, sizes are cut extremely off the USA norm and there are no returns or credits no matter they tell you. In fact when I pressed the issue it was suggested I 'just keep the items because it will cost you more than they are worth to mail them back to us." Gee, thanks.

The clothes were terrible quality, nothing like the photos. They offered a discount coupon - which meant I would have to spend even more money with them, which of course I turned down. They promised to send my refund if I returned the clothes - that was several months ago. They no longer reply to any of my emails or web submissions.
