Fashionmia.com is reliable and the shipment arrived faster then expected, in only 3 days I was expecting 6 days (I'm in holidays in Malaysia and got it delivered to my friend's home)! Tracking number /AWB was provided. Packed well.My new dress is just gorgeous and elegant exactly as described. Quality material, feels soft on skin and the size is right! Wrong items were sent through no fault of my own. Speaking with the customer service rep hoping to come up with a reasonable solution I requested half to be refunded. I ordered a maxi and got a regular smaller than ordered poor quality version. Got nowhere with fashionmia. Never got my money back though went through paypal... Very disappointed! Dont expect the quality you see on those photos! Oh no! Never again!
I ordered 2 dresses. Both were quite nice but although both were size M they fit very differently and one was too large.
I contacted Fashionmia and they said I could exchange but since the cost to ship back was similar to the price of the dress it made no sense. Instead they issued me a coupon for so I could buy another one in the right size.
The site and customer service is good but the sizes of clothing is not standard and different from the US. It's worth trying since exchanging is no hassle

The other readers are right! I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. First off Fashion Mia charged my PayPal account twice for the same order. I had to contact PayPal to get a refund for one order as FM is very difficult to communicate with. When the customer service from FM finally contacted me they were upset that I had contacted PayPal, well they should have refunded me for a duplicate order. Also when the dress's finally came after 4 weeks. One was 3 sizes to big. Also it is had been processed in Formaldehyde and my my entire bedroom room smell. I trashed it immediately. The other dress was extremely poorly made and was way to small. What a waste of time and money!
I ordered two dresses through Fashionmia and absolutely love them! Great value for money and dresses feel very nice on. Cant wait to wear them! From the time I ordered them they took less than two weeks to arrive. My only advice would be to carefully check the size, and would probably opt for a size bigger. I had contact with the customer service team through Cassie and had very prompt responses to my questions. So overall I am a happy customer!

I wanted this overcoat for a while and my husband decided to get it for me for Christmas. Yet he ended up getting the wrong size. When I contacted them to see if I can replace the jacket they offered to instead send me a new one for free without the shipping fee. I still can't believe how amazing they have been about this!
Two months ago I ordered an item from FashionMia, never received it and contacted them a month later to find out they didn't have it in stock, and didn't inform me. I asked for a refund to my credit card, and got an email to say they put my credit in their wallet, but I could then ask for the refund back after a few days.
I found out it would take another 3-4 weeks to get it.
Disputed with PayPal thinking they would expedite it but still waiting.
It's been two months.

They are probably operating from China but claim that they are locally situated. Had to pay £23 to return the awful staff back
It has taken 3 months to get my money back. Paypal said this site knows all the ticks to avoid giving a refund. Go directly to Paypal, or Trading Standards, you will get nothing but sweet apologetic emails from Fashion Mia asking you to wait a little longer. Hopefully they will be banned from this activity. Trading Standards will not look favourably at this.

Very poor quality. Bought 2, received one. They used delaying tactics to give me my money back. Paypal gave me my money back when they understood the scam about the vendor saying they would refund me. I fell for their trick of asking me to tell Paypal that the dispute was settled so they would 'unfreeze' my account then I could be refunded! Ha, no refund given! What a mess, so thanks Paypal!

Fashion Mia says they have refunded my order and that I should check my email - no email, no refund - has been over 8 days! Order B******* submitted 4. 26. 18 - still not resolved!
The response I received was unacceptable. They will need 3 to 5 weeks to process a refund. Yet it took hours for them to take the money from my account! When I followed up with them asking for a more immediate turnaround, they responded that the money would be in my "wallet" within 72 hours. I am not sure what that means? Ugh! This is very frustrating. I would really caution anyone from ordering from this company!
Looks great on the website - but can't get items I paid for over a month and a half ago - do not get any follow-up from Customer Service and got bogus additional emails asking for extra postage to be paid. After over a month my order still says "processing", so I have three times tried to cancel to get a refund, but the on-line status doesn't change. Have contacted Customer Service at least 4 times and do not get a response. My daughter also ordered from them, Her item took 3 weeks and was way too big for her to fit and cheaply made. She would have to have it re-made in order to wear it. SCAM for sure!
I bought a dress and when it arrived I was extremely disappointed. Dress is poorly made. Pieces of fabric that were cut from dress are still attached. Strings hang loose from dress, it's not the same color or design shown. The size is way too small! Ordered an extra large and its an extra small! Too expensive to return. Never buy from this company!
First of all my order arrive 4 week later, the sizes for a child and they use the cheapest material. After about 4 attempts to get a return address for a return. Alice in her email that if the clothes are damage I will not get a full refund. Not to mention I received damage products. And to return it, it would cost me $58. My order is $86.and they has no problems charging my account. I will make sure I tell my family and friends to never order from this company.
If the option of minus infinity would have been there, I would have rated these money eaters that. This company fashionmia, whose ads keep popping up on Facebook, are complete Fraudsters.
They have not returned my money (more than $200) for more than 6 months now. I filed a dispute case on their website (case#: *******). That was also of no use. I will be writing to Facebook and the consumer rights department. I'm going to start a proper campaign to blacklist the company. You all can join me. I have all the proofs with me. I don't see any reason why these cheaters should get away with their doing. I will be posting all the proofs the coming weekend, and getting the campaign started.
I waited for weeks for my order to even begin processing. I cancelled when it never processed. I paid insurance twice so I could get a refund. It has been since August and I still have not gotten my money back. No one will respond to emails, calls... They basically just stole my money.

I had purchased about 10 overcoats out of the 10 i got 3 or 4 that the quality was horrible, Awesome Hooded Breasted Loose Fitting Patchwork Overcoats, the inside material stays in your clothes, do not buy it.
The other jacket that i do not recommend to buy is Fashionable Slim Patchwork Lapel Overcoat, the material has a really weird smell.
I tried to send back the whole package but it was the same price of the value, so decided to stay with the items. Also the sizes are one size smaller, eg if you want an small item ask for a medium size.
But over all, the customer service was excellent.
I have been waiting for 2 months to get a refund from a dress I never received from Fashion Mia (see my previous review). I had to file a complaint and write my original review on this site in order for the refund to be issued... THE NEXT DAY! There is no reason why it should have taken this long to get my money back, and their complete lack of customer service is appalling. I wanted to pass this along for the hundreds of customers who are also waiting ridiculous amounts of time for a refund or their purchase so that you know what gets them moving and actually doing their job!

Be advised that this company grabs photos of clothing from other company websites, ebay, and people's personal photos and attempts to recreate it at a cheap cost. I bought a maxi dress that was supposed to be jersey knit. It was long and for fitting in the photo. The dress I received was thin and very lightweight cheap material similar to graduation gowns! It smelled of cheap dye as the pattern is not printed on the fabric. Ugh... never buying from them again. Plus it took a month to get it.

I order my clothes at the beginning of Feb, I have received only 4 out of 9 items. I have repeatedly sent emails in which I was told that one was to be shipped in 48 hrs which I never received the rest of my order will be shipped when the manufacturing coo has them. I will never ever shop at this company again. They take your money out of it card in less then two minutes but can't send my clothes to me in a good amount of time. This company is bullish**!
Ordered several dresses, when order arrived the dresses is either very tight or the material is really in poor quality, one of them I paid $20, and it's like a plastic table cover! Omg, who could wear a dress like that? Some dresses had a very lose seams! Two others that I order in different colors, one it fits ok, the other is very tight and did not fit me at all. So far out of the 10 dresses, I only keep one for myself, and some of the few tight one to give away to my nieces. But I have two dresses that is unacceptable so I emailed them to return it, they didn't reply right away and when they did, they told me that they would refund $8 for $40 worth of dress. I didn't get the $8 refund yet at this time. Anyhow, that's my experience. So to the curious one, I know that their website is enticing. Just beware!

Firstly ordering was simple, received trench coat after 7 days. It was "VERY CHEAP "
I was expecting a well made coat, took it out of the tiny bag to reveal a crumpled mess of very cheap material.
Do not buy anything from this company it is just utter rubbish tat.

I ordered clothes in December. I received some of the items in February. They are terribly made. Sleeves are short. Hem is ripping. See through material that's not supposed to be. I emailed them to find out about the rest of my order and they said it's out of stock! No refund for what I already paid for! They offered a coupon for more clothes. Yuck!
I would give zero, if it was possible. This is the worst web site for clothing. The dress I bought is nothing like the dress on the picture. My customer review DOESN'T appear. And all the reviews under the dress look fake to me. I don't even know how this company can legally sell into US?! They refused to return my money and accept the item back.
They also asked me to send them photos of me wearing the dress I ordered. I find this offensive and disgusting. They wanted to blame my body for their crappy dress. The dress was nothing like the one on the photo, took a very long time to get it too. How comes nobody sued them for fraud yet!?
I received clothes order for bigger sizes... Xl which were really tiny and ill fitting. Also skirt that is xl but really tiny size 2 US! This site sucks! All the sizes are wrong... The order was not received until 1.5 months after I placed order! Also, I suspect someone fraudulently used my credit card info from this site and started charging up my card yesterday! Don't use the site., its products suck and are not as advertised!
