When I'm so satisfied with a product ordered online, I always leave a review. It's my way of saying "thank you" for: a great service and a awesome white dress! Fashionmia.com is reliable and the shipment arrived faster then expected, in only 3 days I was expecting 6 days (I'm in holidays in Malaysia and got it delivered to my friend's home)! Tracking number /AWB was provided. Packed well.My new dress is just gorgeous and elegant exactly as described. Quality material, feels soft on skin and the size is right! I guess you've earned my trust and I will return for more shopping soon. I just love your site and the fancy designs of your dresses. Another aspect is the price: I've received a 50% discount which makes this stylish dress not only affordable but very very cheap.

You left the following comment: As a business owner with customers to appease I am disappointed in this merchant. I found MIA through google and this was my very first order. Wrong items were sent through no fault of my own. Speaking with the customer service rep hoping to come up with a reasonable solution I requested half to be refunded. This doesn't count the shipping I've already paid. The rep countered $5 below what I asked for. Why? He didn't want to make this right. Therefore, I decided to return items no matter how much it will cost me because it's not about money at this point. It's now about principle. Learn to do good business and you will prosper. I will be submitting my review on other social media platforms. You rated our customer service as bad.

Ordered a dress only to be told it was out of stock. Asked for a refund, they practically begged me to take store credit. 2 weeks gone, no refund, but I did get a poorly worded response from them saying it was not a scam!

Update to my previous review. I finally received my refund - 16 e-mails and 7 months after Fashion Mia received the returned goods. To be fair, whilst the e-mail content didn't inspire confidence, at least they did reply promptly and politely to every one I sent

Poor quality, appalling service, inability to process refunds

Back in January I ordered half a dozen items from Fashion Mia. They took over a month to arrive - and then in 2 batches - and when they did the quality can only be described as poor. Sizing was all over the place and the finishing shoddy. I contacted them for a refund for all but one item and was offered a cash voucher which I declined. I had to return the items to an address in the US which cost nearly £20 and at first they said they hadn't received the items until I sent the proof of delivery on 26 March. Since then, I have been promised on numerous occasions that my refund is being processed - claiming that a refund is "difficult", and there is a backlog - but as yet no sign of any cash. Paypal offer no solution as the goods were actually received.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way I have been treated by this company and have lost money. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. The clothing is shoddily made and trying to get a refund or replacement they totally ignore you.
Am very angry as I cannot afford to lose this money.
I hope they read the reviews but doubt it. After many e-mails requesting answers do not have the decency to even reply. My contact was Kitty. They should be ashamed of themselves stealing money as they are.

I ordered eight tops which cost me $112.36. I received them a month and half later. Not everything was in the package. Quality is a very poor. The clothes look different from the picture and sizes were off.

Reading the reviews on this company, it sounds as though the positive reviews are all written by someone whose first language is not English. The adjectives used to describe the clothing is almost not the most "appropriate" to describe clothing, and they all follow the same themes: excellent quality of clothes, excellent customer service, fast shipping. Meanwhile, all the negative reviews sound like they are from real customers. I smell a rat.

I ordered four dresses for my sister and it was delivered within the time frame.

What I saw here is what I got, the dress run true size which look pretty good on her,
That being said, the price is decent for the products.
Will definitely order more.

I ordered from this company and after reading reviews decided to cancel my orders. I never got money back although I keep writing them. The status says money refunded which I never received. Do not purchase anything from them, this is a spam website from China. Since they have bad reviews, they decided to open another websites but they "sell" the same inventory to hook another innocent people like me.

I wasted money on 3 dresses. When I didn't receive my first dress over a month I asked to cancel other 2 as other 2 were not processed yet. No one even reply to my request. They arrived at different times. The last one came 48 days. All three are bad quality and can't be worn. When I sent the picture of the dresses and reason to return. I didn't receive any reply till 10 days and then they are saying as dresses can't reach their warehouse with 30 days of return policy, they can give me $10 coupon. What kind of policy is that? I wasted my money.

I wish i read about their review before i ordered from them. They ship the cheap stuff and never send you the more expensive item. Is either out of stock or they just ignore you when you email them. They are thief. They should not be advertise in any page in USA. Don't be thinking to pay with paypal because they don't reimburse you either. Like throwing out your money out of the window.

I have a very bad experience from fashionmia. First of all they are not advertising properly. Also their size chart does not match with the actual products. When I ordered 5 dresses they dint send 1 of the dress. The other dresses are short than the actual given sizes on their website. After sending the returned items for the refund they dint reply properly. I think its just system generated messages, I did more than 25 emails still they are just searching for my parcel. Also have sent them my receipt of the parcel but still not received my refund yet. This is ridiculous & just waste of time & money. I advice not to buy this FASHIONMIA products. NO NO NEVER BUY.

This is copy of letter I sent them: Fashion Mia I will never be ordering from you again, I will never recommend you to others I know. Don't like how you defrauded me by flash sale description of 2 items I was interested in by the words "one size"----in America that means one size fits all---you don't reveal that one size means you only have one size to sell. Both items came as "medium size" and the filters I had used were for large women. I believe you are fully aware of this sneaky practice that you put on your website. Truly disappointed and very angry M. A.
P.S. I will give your product away to charity to undue the bad feeling I have when I look at these reminders of your bad actions.

I'm updating my review based on my receiving my refund for an item that was not in stock. I did eventually receive a refund and thanked them but also advised them on improving their customer service. If an item is not in stock they should mark this on the website and/or inform the customer. They should not expect the customer to investigate where the item is only to see 'processing' as the status. There also should be an immediate refund with no e-wallet. When we purchase an item it does not go into an 'e-cash register' for a while. It goes directly into the account of the retailer. If they are sincere in wanting to improve their service they will look at these simple processes.

I paid for my order through PayPal the month of March and received partial shipment on April. The sizes are off and did not fit. I requested to cancel the remaining order and a refund on April which they said will be processed soon. It is September now and I have not received the refund after repeated request.

This company is a scam. So beware, all buyers. If you are not satisfied with the product, or you cancel the order, you will not be able to get a refund or return the item

You can make a lot of money if you can just do the right thing. I ordered 8 outfits and as soon as I read the bad reviews I quickly cancelled my order. I place one order instead and if it works out well I will order more.

Why dont you write in BOLD that U. S customers should order Xxl for someone that wears large. This is what I did and I hope it works when I receive my order.

I will never order from this company again. The dresses were not true to size and made of thin cheap material. None of the dresses fit. My order was made in December of 2015. Beginning around the middle of January, after inquiring about my order, I received one item at a time. You cannot get your money back, just coupons for it, and it seems to be a hassle to return the item. I have yet to get the last item.

There are so many of these types of businesses popping up - either stand along sites like Fashion MIA or as a seller under Amazon. Don't fall for their cheap prices, bad english and non-existent customer service. They lure you in but ALWAYS remember, you get what you pay for, and their cheap prices get you cheap, hand made, substandard merchandise knock offs. Stop making these folks rich. Returns will become a hassle and that's even if you can get your money back. My experience is that they try to hold you hostage - remove your bad rating and they'll consider giving you a PARTIAL refund. Stay away from all of these types of companies - you can usually pick them out - they are popping up all over.

My experience with this website is very bad. I rated it with 1 star because there is no "zero star" to give.
One of the items I bought was totally different from what I received, and they refused to do except very mild partial refund, though it was totally their fault to send the wrong item.
The other items in my order were totally deviated from the size chart they provided at their website.
Don't forget also the very slow shipping. It took nearly 2 months for my order to arrive.
Very unsatisfied with dealing with such non-honest website. I would never buy anything from them again, and would never recommend this website to any of my friends.

I order four blouses on 29/3/2016. Only received my 1st three blouses last week and the 4th piece today. Delivery period is definitely more than 3-5 working days as alleged. The blouses definitely don't look a bit like what are shown on the website. Material were of low quality t-shirt material.and even the other two that come with more decent fabrics - look CHEAP! The worst is the inconsistent sizes for each pattern. I am size 10 or 12 (UK/Australia). When I got my blouses - two are bigger than size 14 (or could fit size 16) very disappointing indeed. I contacted fashion mia. They were quick in their response, That we have to given them the credit. However, disappointingly, they only offer a cash voucher of USD10 towards my next purchase. I paid USD 85 in total for my four blouses! This is the first time i bought from this supplier and likely will be my last. THINK TWICE before you buy from this supplier.

BEWARE! I ordered items in early November, got them just before Christmas and even though I had checked all sizes before, they did not not fit me but my 12 year old daughter (at least some of them). One item, a shoulder wrap, was OSFA and it would maybe fit a very small child! Quality was another issue. Buttons don't even fit through the button holes, hems are sewn properly, I could go on. What she could fit into we kept the rest was shipped back the following day. Since January 2017 I have now been waiting for my refund. I have sent numerous complaints and just keep being told their refund department is really this slow and the best line is: "I feel so sorry for this situation, could you mind waiting more days? But I can be sure we never scam anyone and surely refund you finally."
They are a scam! Do not buy!

Wish there were sub numbers. Clothes wrong size. Took over a month to arrive after contacting my card company. Sleeves were so slim, even my grand daughter could not put on. Blouses were winter types, but tissue thin! Tags stay stitched in with sizes no where near reality. Winter coat 3x and three long sleeve blouse fit in my mailbox!? The kicker, tried to return, they came back to me. You CAN NOT RETURN these shoddy products or receive your money back. BEWARE!

This company is scam and out to get peoples money for nothing. It's done more harm than good to people because of having online clothing which is nonexistent in their inventory (if they ever have one). Buyers be aware, do not buy anything from this godamn $#*! company because you will be sorry. I learned the hard way.

Update: Still no realistic offer from them, in fact they have stopped responding altogether now and done nothing to resolve the issue. Chances of getting a proper refund (If any) looking like zero!

Purchased items for my wife. One if the items was not in stock but they take your money anyway. When I asked for a refund for the missing item they messed about for weeks before telling me they couldn't give a refund as it had been shipped. Must have been a rush job as when the dress finally arrived it was very poorly made, the colour was wrong, stitching was all over the place, seams didn't line up and it just doesn't sit right when worn. Trying to get a refund results in total BS with offers of 10 - dress cost 30 with postage. Trying to raise a dispute on their page never works - links are broken all over the place. L

FashionMia is a SCAM store. I made an order on 24 Jan 2018 but never received any delivery. I cancelled order on 19 Feb. Their bloody CS repeatedly bull$#*!ting and said need 2 weeks time for processing refund. Today, I still not get my money back after 72 days!

Without a doubt the worst clothes I've ordered online!
Purchased thru a FB ad for a company called Guyinn, who now claim to be going out of business. I'm attaching an image of their model pretending to wear these pants.
Ugly mustard yellow pants with literal plastic bag pockets and t-shirt thin material. The attached card suggests hand-wash only and drip dry, no kidding. I'd hate for them to melt in my dryer.
I was expecting a reasonable quality khaki but these aren't good enough to wear on a casual beach walk. Piss-poor stitching and construction, I didn't even bother trying them on. These are the kind of pants you'd use to paint a wall or clean out gutters. The quality is similar to those $5 Dollar Store buys. I can't stress it enough - THESE PANTS SUCK.
I'll definitely do more research the next time I purchase any clothing online.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. All too small and terrible quality. Will not credit orders which they say are out of stock, money put inwallet for next order! They make it impossible to return orders, a total rip off and disgrace. They should be banned!
