I was stoked to come across this site because they have such cute clothes and really discounted prices. The quality isn't what I thought it would be after seeing the pictures online, but it will do for a while.

First time bought clothes from Fashionmia. Price is very good so anybody can afford it. Quality of cloths are very good.
One item is a little bit small due to size variance between China and UK, but service solve it out patiently. Will come back soon to buy more.

Fashionmia is a great company: variety of choices, excellent deals, superior customer service, fast shipping. All you need for great shopping with pleasant experience. I would recommend this website to everyone.

I ordered the dress from Fashion Mia which took more then a month to arrive and finally when I received it, I was disgust with the quality. I contacted them via email and received email after 8 days asking me so many question which is not even related to my complain about quality and delay in delivery. Still waiting for refund after 6 months. Stay away from this company as they are thieves. They will mislead you by showing beautiful pictures but their quality and customer service sucks.

Honestly the people there are so easy to work with but the shipment arrival time... sucks. I ordered since thanksgiving and still haven't received my package. If your a patient person go ahead and buy their products but do not expect them to come in less than a month.

This company must surely be stopped from promoting their clothing in UK.
The clothes are badly made copies in cheap fabric of the pictures on their advertisements and they keep promising me a refund if I wait for a little longer, some spurious reason given each time why they cannot refund immediately. I have waited too long for them to honour their obligations and now am trying to stop their presence in our country. It is sub standard merchandise and customer service is nothing short of criminal.

The items shipped took 2-3 months. The quality was extremely cheap. Sizing was wrong. Stay away from these rip-off artists. Their business practices are unacceptable. For refunding you have to send the parcel, at your cost to China - good luck, it ever getting there. In other words, you will waste money twice.
Negative comments are blocked off their site - dishonesty is apparently their business mantra.

I simply never received my order. 10 days of being inundated with their junk e-mails and no mention of shipping my order.
Finally asked for my money back. At this point there's no use for the dress. I get some sort of 'wallet' where they will put my money and through some confusing process then they say they will refund my money in 15 - 25 working days.
It's clear they don't know how to do business in the USA. They're treating the customers with indifference. Nice words, but no care as to our needs and expectations when it comes to doing any transaction.

Customer service is ridiculous. I paid for the item back in October, had to go through a couple months of re-sending, non-receipt, and items being out of stock before they finally agreed to give me a refund. I was told that I'll be receiving a refund via my original payment method on 1/20. Now it's been almost an entire MONTH and I still have not yet received my money back. Fashionmia is a scam.

This site is too good to be true. My whole order hasn't even arrived yet... it's been two months. The clothes do run small--when trying to exchange an item they told me i'd have to pay for shipping back to China and that i they would give me a "discount coupon or partial refund as a compensation, you can use it buy one fit item for you." (which I had to decipher based on the non-english person writing the email.) BUT their website states "Please contact with our customer service team before you return the product. And please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking NO. Of the returning parcel is required, we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel." Nothing regarding a partial discount or coupon or the fact it's a pain in the rear to exchange or return. BTW their CONTACT page doesn't work (surprise).
I highly recommend websites ban them from advertising in the US.

Recently I ordered two skater dresses from FashionMia. It took about three weeks for the order to arrive, but that was OK with me. The dresses look pretty and are like those pictured at the site, only the fabric seems a little bit different. Make sure to order two or even three sizes larger than you usually do, since their sizes are much smaller than the american ones (use the size chart published on the site of the particular dress you are going to buy, they differ from one dress to another). Overall, I am glad with the purchase. The customer service is OK too, just don't expect an immediate response.

It took 3 weeks to get my order. I just opened it up and the tops were pretty but very small. I ordered extra large after reviewing other people's complaints. The tops fit, but I don't know if they will when I wash them. They ARE pretty though, but no where near as loose fitting aa was advertised. If you get anything, make sure it's at least 2 sizes bigger than you take. They are from China and the people are most likely fitting these on their small bodies, not realizing that Americans are much larger than they are. Over all, I'd give them a C plus.

- First, you are ordering directly from China. Shipment comes from China, returns must go back to China. For returns you cannot ship via UPS, FEDEX, DHL-any expedited service.
- Secondly, refunds are impossible. They advise 10 to 20 days for a refund, but so far I've been waiting over two months and nothing.
- Thirdly, sizing is way wrong, as others have mentioned. I ordered according to my measurements, and nothing matched.
Although they make their website look very modern and hip, they are not, so beware!

Mandy in support not only has empathy she also takes ownership. This makes me trust her and continue business with Fashionmia which I was ready to stop doing. She is quick and excellent prompt responder. Its nice not to be ignored but understood.

I have never seen anything this poorly made! They are scam artists! I ordered 7 outfits, not even one that is presentable, quality wise (they all looked great on Fashionmia's site with all those models). It is a fraud! Please don't fall into this trap as I did... I wasted $130. Clothing quality at Kmart beats Fashionmia by 100 times!
Another problem- they try every trick not to refund your money. They are crooks!

I never got my refund for clothing that was not sent to me for "no longer available"... I've been continually told "it's been refunded"... no. It hasn't. Don't make the products available to buy if you can't fulfill a shipment. The clothes I did receive look nothing like the pictures. The sizes are all completely incorrect, and half my clothes didn't show up yet I paid money for them. Don't trust this company. They don't know what they're doing, it's all a scam.

Do not order from this company. The clothing is worse than awful, wrinkled, incredibly small. I returned my items and have been arguing with them for 3 months to get my money refunded. They play nice and string you along like it's going to happen, but it never does.
Terrible mistake that I will never make again and I hope nobody else will either.
I have never written a review until now. People need to be warned about this company!

If I could give a negative rating I would! I contacted customer service inquiring where my order was. I then received this ridiculous response requesting money vs providing any update on my order! Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. While investigating further beware this company sells the same items under different names.

When i had a look over it then i found that this is the web site where i can buy my desired gifts clothing or designer clothing for my girlfriend and sister as well. Really this online store saved lot of money. I was just amazed by seeing such a good deals and outstanding offers.The delivery process was good, they shipped me dress within one week from the date of order. Quality of clothing was nice. Awesome experience with fashionmia.com. The price was really up to its marks with around 60% discount i got when i was shopping. Finally i say that this store was too good.

I have purchased from Fashion Mia few times. I got the product before the expected date.The colors are true as shown on their web site. I ordered different types of material and they were very good quality

The prices are cheap so are the materials. I am 5' 7" and wear size 8 in US sizes which is between M-L. Ordered about 9 dresses in XL and L from website only 2 fit, they are all in petite. Contacted customer service of course it will cost more to return than I actually paid. Looking for someone to donate these cheap poorly stitched imitation clothing to. Serious waste of time and money.

The dresses I ordered in a size medium are so small they fit my friends 12 year old daughter! Who ever does the sizing of the clothing line needs to make adjustments for European & American women.

I don't see a way of getting my money back as there are no return addresses or contact information.

I ordered a dress on Aug 3 rd, received a mail after 5 days that it was out of stock, I opted for refund option. I have sent 19 mails on this, still they keep saying it's in process. Have a very frustrating experience, people do not ever get dress from here, their service is unbelievable.
