I've ordered from fashionmia a few times already. I love the fact that the products are as pictured and prices are affordable! Material is great as well. Decent shipping process. I wanted to exchange a product and after emailing them, they responded back pretty quick.

Ordered 2 dresses and they pulled the money out of the bank account, since then every time I track the order number it says that this order did not pay for yet, they don't answer the phone and there is no way to contact them,

Promised a refund because all items were returned. Website promises 3 - 5 days for refund. I have been waiting 5 months. I am complaining to the FTC at the link above. Maybe they have some sway to make them give me my money back.

Great service and cute clothes. I ordered a jacket that came quick and when it was the wrong size, their customer service was very helpful in getting the situation figured out for me. I will be purchasing from them again and highly recommend to others!

I ordered slipper from this site and this is really good purchasing site available in web world. I have never knew what is Fashionable style but this site taught me right way of wearing cloth. Everything they have are just perfect for my establishment. They have affordable prices and amazing discounts and great shipping prices. I must say that fashionmia is really the best in the market it contain huge range of product for every person.It has fast delivery process i got my slipper with in correct time as they told me. It is a great online site and no need to go for a market.

Poor shoddy clothing, if you try to return they want pictures so they can tell you there is nothing wrong with the clothes. You would be better off burning your money, at least these rip off artists would not get it

Getting to be up scale fashion wise was my concern but finance and budget were big hindrances. When I got to know FashionMia, it was like myth busters over again. I am able to get high end fashion at a cheap price. Quite a bargain. My clothes arrived on time through a courier and they fit perfectly too. If you are not shopping at FashionMia, take my word for it. You will be wearing New York and Paris at a bargain price.

The impressive pictures make you feel like ordering. The quality is worse than horrible, the fabric of the clothes and dresses are despicable. Even as horrible as everything was, still half of the order is missing when you receive it, just like everybody else's complaint. Do yourself a real favor and don't spend a penny on this companies product line. You are better going to a secondhand store in the city you live in and you will be 1000 times more satisfied.

Excellent experience all around! Fabulous customer service, as we took items off the shelf they were restocking to make sure they were full. Sales ladies were great! My daughters are huge fans! Would recommend to anyone and would go back again

Place order through pay pal. Receive short 1 item. Subjects received poor than it look on internet. Request return money on short item. I got reply back after 3 week. Then said wait for 4 week to get money refund. After time went by. I open dispute in pay pal. Day after they send email. Ask me to close it and will refund money in 24 hours. I trust them and close. No thing happen event send several emails to them. Response. They know after close dispute. I can not re-open the case. SCAM!

Fashion Mia is the best online site to buy stuffs. They have a large collection of new fashionable and designer dresses. The fit and finish and looks of the dress gives it a premium look, that can help you make others feel jealous. The customer support is helpful and nice. I loved shopping with them.

I ordered 2 dresses (advertised as made from wool). They took an eternity to arrive and then turned out to be really cheap polyester, definitely nothing like the dresses advertised on the site. I returned them but APPARENTLY they never received my returns. I wrote to them many times asking them to find my return in their warehouse but strangely each time they stopped replying to me once it came to checking their returns stock. Don't waste your money and time on this company!

The size is ridiculously small (even smaller than what described in their website). When I asked for exchange and they provided $20 credit when I spent $85. As I keep debating, they told me to ship them back to "China". Seriously?

Fashionmia is the WORST. Their clothes look like a five year old saw the picture and clumsily recreated the clothing with the cheapest material on hand. Sizing charts are wrong, terrible return policy. They keep a timer running for "deals" to make you feel a sense of urgency to buy something, but really everything is the same price all the time, they just stick a new timer on. Just pay a little extra and buy clothes from a company you can trust.

Well I finally received the last part of my order after 5 months and what a pair of pants it is.
Looked fantastic on the picture (excellent photo shop)! I have seen many poor made clothing in my day but this really takes the cake, as we say. If you want my opinion, STAY AWAY!

Do NOT waste your money on these cheap Chinese clothing! It took over 4 weeks for only part of my order to arrive. It's NEVER a good sign when a website has a button to "dispute claim"! This stuff is so bad it's not even worth donating! Even the dog didn't want to lay on the stuff... Worst online shopping experience EVER!

I have purchased two dresses from this company so far. The price and quality were excellent, and my only issues with them were the sizes, since I ordered a size up due to Chinese sizing running smaller. Turns out I am apparently the size of Chinese women, since the dresses were both slightly too big on me. But other than that, I am very satisfied with both orders. Not to mention, the employees who responded to my emails for both dresses were extremely polite and helpful (email about the first dress was for a payment mistake on my part, email about second dress was to ask about what size I should get). They go out of their way to make sure you're a satisfied customer, which I believe is hard quality to find in many employees nowadays.

I want to warning people to stay away from this scam web site. I was trying to write my comments from my bad experience on there page on Facebook but they block me and I'm an able to share my issue with every one so they don't screwed up just like me. Im surprised that this web site is not on the news yet, and no body sew them. Its really not fair for taking people money and ran away. I hope every one can read these comments before they submit an order.

I finally received my order after a month. The clothes are too small. The material is cheap. I wish there was a negative rating scale because they don't even deserve a one. And on top of all this they want me to pay shipping all the way back to China. I hope people read the reviews before ordering anything. Facebook should take their advertisement off there site. I wish I would have read the reviews.

I ordered 2 dresses according to the size chart provided. When they arrived, 3 to 4 weeks later because it took at least 2 weeks to process my payment, they were too small around the waist. I can't breathe in them but everything else about the dresses is perfect. A little concerned about what they are made of because all it says is 'blended'. Blended with what exactly?

Customer Service was fast when responding and very polite though. They offered vouchers and coupons to offset the cost of the small dresses.

I made my order on May 19,2016. By July, I didn't receive one of my orders and emailed FashionMia. I requested a refund. They promised to refund me but never did. I followed up many times and they simply ignored me entirely. Today is Oct 2,2016! Do you dare to shop there? The quality of the products match the price too. Be aware!

I tried to give negative review for the items on their website, but my reviews don't appear at all! Stay away from the rubbish they sell. I bought a few pieces and all rubbish, cheap material with poor sewing like a high school project. Don't trust any of the reviews on their site. Now is the long battle of trying to get refund, not looking forward to it.
