Do not waste your money buying things from them. Yes, their clothing are cute but you must pay the price of either not getting a full refund if an item doesn't fit. To terrible horrible Customer Service who do not respond back. To lies about their two day shipping. And so many other issues. I too was a loyal customer. Even gave them four chances. Yes 4, hoping things would get better. All these people giving great reviews are liars. Please do not believe them.

Fashion nova did a great job to establish things the way people wants. The shipping itself is more than enough for me. It seems too good to be true but it is really legit. They offer them free, with no pay and they deliver the exact same dress on site in 2 days or so.

Can't diss or talk trash to fashion nova since they have provided me a wonderful experience. I don't about the others but, my item was shipped two days prior it's ordering and the item was in great shape also! Really got no more words to say.

Spend over 75 and get free 2 day express shipping. That is a lie, I ordered three things from their website, two weeks ago, still no sign of my package or tracking updates. Their customer service is a joke, they don't reply in two business days. I honestly just want my money back.

If you're Canadian, do not order from this website, it takes forever and there is no live updates on where your package is, it's like ordering from China. Don't do it.

This company is unprofessional. I ordered on 10/28 and paid for overnight shipping. The expected delivery date was 10/29. It is now 11/24 (almost a month) & I still have not received my order. I have emailed this company a numerous amount of times with no resolution. I also asked for a replacement because I really wanted my items. Now at this point I want a refund! They are ignoring my emails! If this isn't resolved by the time the 30 day mark hits, I'm gonna file a complaint, dispute the charge & leave a very nasty review. I see customer care or satisfaction is not this company's top priority! They keep saying to contact FedEx when FedEx has already told me this package is lost!

They've got all the best things here. FN never let me down when it comes to quality clothing and efficient delivery services. For months, I've been buying from this shop and I never got any delays. Isn't that cool?
