Can't return Items that didn't fit. Order shows in transit even though I received it over 2 weeks ago. Emailed customer service 5 times and I keep getting automated emails in return with no true response. There is no phone number that i can find to call them? I'm out $75. Very disappointed.

I placed an order four days ago and only to find out via email today, they cancelled the order. Fashion reason reason listed as 'other' whatever that means. As a 1st time buyer, testing out their products; this experience left me angry. I called their customer service, no one pick up. Keep your money and shop somewhere else.

I ordered almost 4 weeks ago. They never send me my package or refund my money. They keep sending generic messages. I spend over 200 dollars in clothes. Ill be buying from other websites, Im done with FN

It is a great fashion company. Quality and cut and design are excellent. I ordered five pairs of shirts with varying fabric and the distinction was not clear enough from the website. They need clearer details when order.

I placed an order November 28 2018 with 2 day shipping and never received a tracking number or my items but they already took the money out my account. I sent multiple emails and they reply with generic messages some that doesn't even apply to me. Its really messed up because this was a gift for my daughter and they basically stole from me. Im not rich but they sure are! Btw the ppl writing the fake reviews for fashion nova need to get off here and to that warehouse to help send out them orders. How could you live with yourself lying to other people?

Terrible customer service! Fashion nova always send you these prompt messages without a real solution. I order $80 worth of clothes from this company to never received it. I'm completely upset because they won't offer a refund, store credit, or replacement of my items. I've been getting the run around for 3 days now from fashion nova and LaserShip. I definitely won't be order from them again Fashion nova is turning their company into a scheme for money grab. Fashion nova knows that LaserShip is an unreliable shipping company but still continue to use them as a third-party. Be sure to check reviews on both sites before ordering from Fashion Nova & LaserShip because its been many cases of missing or stolen products and they are well aware of.

One of the best online shopping sites I have used. Page layout is easy to navigate, shipping times are expressed clearly, and even product popularity can be gauged using a public review and availability system. More reviews and higher availability generally mean a popular, good quality product. Products consist mostly of cute accessories/clothing, generally fashion trends. I have used this site for over 3 years, and have been very happy with what I've bought so far.

Though it seemed sketchy at first to be buying such cheap clothing off of a previously unknown dealer, recommendations from friends and the huge array of super cute clothing drew me in. There's always a ton of pictures of the merch which is helpful, as well as clear measurements for each piece. My order hasn't come in yet, but I'm very excited to see them!

The payment process is literally quick by only using cards. Anyone can shop here anywhere and more importantly for those who doesn't want to go out of their home. For quick fashion transactions, fashion nova won't fail you.

First time ordering for them and i had horrible experience. 2 day free shipping is a nice way to get you to order. USPS is worst carrier. I waited almost 3 weeks to receive my order of $350. When it items came the material was so cheap. Jeans are over hyped. Cheap material, gets fuzzy easily. The size 7 is like a 9. So big. Now I want my money back (I am aware of store credit) I still haven't received my refund it's been 2 weeks now. The phone number is a scam no one picks up just machine telling you to email them. Which they never responded. Save your time and money. Ignore YouTube videos praising them.

On time packages, fast transactions and great dresses. The jean collection would be my favorite among all. They're so comfortable to wear and fits my backside perfectly. I haven't found a similar brand as good as this one.

Ive shopped many times in the past 4 years, they have a lot of cute things. But styles can be found on other fashion stores for cheaper. Just has a lot more options and is a more user-friendly site. I think they package stuff well, and thats why i keep coming back. However, some items are overpriced and mediocre while others are excellent quality.its really hit or miss for me, only some brands deliver good items.

Even though their are many items on the site that can be considered pricey, I am always able to find something cute at a low price. As an added bonus, many of the store's brands have sales often. The fashions vary from cutesy to professional to dressy and more.

I saw a review on here that said people must only come on here to just to vent hopefully I'm wrong but soon enough unfortunately you'll prob be up here venting aswell! It was all Good with my first 3 orders then the next few orders I placed a few items would be missing just as most people expressed then they send u a store credit! It's no way to contact customer service because it only a v-mail that answers and you'll Neva get a return call and nobody from customer support has responded to any emails, and they also will delete a comment that you post if not in favor of their terrible service.

Granted, they are not the delivery people, but their attitude is absolutely atrocious. Normally a retailer takes the time to handle matters to make things right. FN has taken no steps. I've tried contacting USPS but 90 min wait times to talk to anyone isn't helping. Meh on both.

Great place to get anything and everything, cheap but good quality products and they're always on time for shipping. Customer service is extremely fast when you're in trouble and I've recommended the site to all of my friends.

I've emailed them twice asking if I could get a refund on returns instead of store credit (what actual credible company doesn't offer refunds?) and haven't gotten ANY response other than an automated one apologizing that they've been "flooded with questions". It's been a whole week and no response. To make it worse, one of the items in my order was out-of-stock so instead of refunding me for it, they just gave me store credit. No thank you! I don't want anything from your site anymore, I want my money back!

Stay away from this company all they do is scam people. I made a purchase of over 200, my package was never delivered and they would not refund me. It makes sense to require a signature for deliveries specially of such high amount. They just keep on offering you a 25% discount code as if after such a bad experience you would make the mistake of shopping with them again.

After a week from the order date, only received a pre-shipment email. After read all the reviews I am so scared that my package won't come even though I purchased over $75 which qualifies for free shipping. Should have visited this review website first.

It has been a since I have wore something like this and it was pretty much an awesome thing to have and own. Fashion nova has a lot of skirts that are being sold and If you want some, try checking out their site. Got mine in less than 3 days or so.

I have recently decided to bought some tops, dresses and jeans here in fashion nova. I never spent way much money on clothes before thats why Im kinda hesitant into trying this site. I bought a 200 USD worth of those and it turned out to be the greatest purchase I ever had.
