So they didn't scam, I finally got my order tho almost a month later. However, I was extremely satisfied and it all fit, so I don't have to try to quickly return because they were Christmas presents. Customer Service has redeemed themselves, I was missing a small item, they quickly responded and rectified my concern with an apology. I ordered some more items the same day and got free one day shipping.
This company took my money and didn't provide the product I ordered. They are thieves. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to help and their website is one big loop in terms of looking for support. My items have sat in "label created" mode for 2 weeks. This is consistent with many other reviewers. They turned off their phone lines and the only way to get help is on their website where they just point you to articles that state their store policies. There is no one to help or refund orders.
I have to say, the delivery services here at fashionnova are very fast. My items always get in time as promised, no delays.

By far worse customer service ever! Paid for express shipping never got my merchandise, and all emails have been ingored!
