I purchased a few pairs of jeans, some heels, along with some other pieces from Fashion Nova, and I had an overall great experience with my shopping trip. Everything that I ordered came in looking like I had expected and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend Fashion Nova for shoes! I only ever buy my heels from there. I also love to buy jeans from there, however the sizing can vary with each style, so I recommend to check measurements before buying.
Placed an order #146084916 on November 11,2024. Still haven't received the package as of today, December 8th. Fashion Nova is not concerned about customers receiving the merchandise, as they have not submitted a claim to UPS nor followed up to assure that I receive the order or a refund. Order at your own risk and hope that you receive your merchandise or you'll only get an automated email response from them, advising you to contact UPS!
I am seriously floored right now. I got an order from fashion nova and their clothes are as advertised. Pretty cheap, but gets the job done and its worth it for their prices. Anyway, one of the dresses I got had a hole in it. No problem though since their return policy says contact them at *******@fashionnova.com within two days. I immediately emailed them and heard nothing, followed up -- still nothing.
Then I contacted them through their online contact form, which is not linked on the return policy page so I had to dig around and find it myself. After that I finally I get a response. The representative who contacted me told me return policy, which I was already aware of and that I didn't contact within the 2 day period, which I did. I was getting pretty annoyed at this point, but I felt the customer rep may have not had all the information and wanted to stay patient. I tried to explain the situation to the customer service rep. I have proof that I had sent the email and I even have read receipts on all emails (which said fashion nova read my email).

I was like WTF. First of all I took all this time to try and get this return and now this BS. I really am not the one to complain or even write reviews, but I just need to let off this frustration and hope no one has to go through this.
Anyway, luckily I have read receipts the two emails I sent -- which I sent to them and hopefully this gets resolved. Their clothes just aren't worth the hassle. If your going to be an online business now a days, you should not be conducting your business like this.

Just to give a background story... I have ordered from fashion nova previously before and didnt encounter any issues. My first order, I was very happy to have received it so quickly. Judging off of that experience i decided i would order from them again. I have shopped at their store in person and i thought their styles were super cute therefore making me want to shop there even more. I knew my friends/family would enjoy their clothes too so i bought a few items thinking they would make good christmas presents. I ordered over 300 dollars worth of clothes on November 22. BEFORE black friday and cyber monday. I still havent received a thing. My tracking # they sent me has not had any progress. I have emailed them multiple times only to get a generic message saying there was a delay due to the holidays with a code for cyber monday and after that no more responses. I have emailed them almost everyday. NO response. I called their toll free number probably just as much as i have emailed them and each time got nothing but a automated recording. I called USPS, they said according to their records the package had not left their store. I have never ever ever waited so long for a freakin package. I doubt i will ever order from them again. This is OUTRAGEOUS. I have ordered gifts through other sites on black friday and i've pretty much received everything i've ordered except Fashion Novas. I'm pretty pissed. I am hoping to recieve it soon but honestly, I am not super hopeful. Their customer service freakin sucks. They need a better system. As of my experience, I give them no stars. Can't even make up for the delay with good customer service. What a waste of time and $$

"Fashion nova has helped me with my fashion ventures" WTF lmao This goes to show what a sketchy business they are running when they are using bots or hiring people to leave fake reviews on this site. BUYERS BEWARE.
I placed an order on November 27th and have yet to receive it. Their claim is always that "they're behind because of the big sale" or a big holiday. Well, hire more people. At your level you should have an army of people working for you to fulfill orders. Don't falsely advertise 2-day shipping. This is the second time this happens to me and I honestly feel like an idiot for trusting the company a second time. I sincerely love their jeans and can't find anything like them anywhere else and sometimes their other pieces are a great buy as well. It's too bad. I have placed over 20 orders with them. This only started after they "upgraded their website" earlier this year. The upgrade was a downgrade and now everything is a mess. If they DO send your order, be prepared to have things missing from it and to receive a 'store credit' DAYS later.
Fashion Nova, you are now a giant stars in the IG fashion world, but even giant stars burn out eventually. You are on the fast lane to that destiny with your $#*!ty customer service if you keep it up.
LADIES, FILE A DISPUTE WITH THE BBB and CONTACT YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. F@#$! THEIR STORE CREDIT. DON'T LEAVE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

Fashion Nova is all cool & nice until your package gets delayed, you need to return something, or you're trying to contact them. Customer service is HORRIBLE! No exaggeration. I had an order that was delayed like twice. I bought two birthday outfits early enough but did not get them on time because of the delays. I contacted them to see how I can return the item when it got here. It took me forever to get a hold of them. It got to the point where I had to call them as soon as they opened, and even then, I would be place on hold for a good thirty minutes. THIS makes NO sense at all. If I didn't call within the first hour or two, I would go to voicemail... even when they were open... After I got a hold of them they told me I could just "return the package back to its sender". I did this and y'all... two months passed... three months passed and I still did not get any refund for my items. I talked to a store representative to get my full refund instead of store credit and they said it was okay because I had no control over my delayed order. It took three months for them to send me back my money. And although they even promised the shipping money back too because I did pay fast shipping, they never sent it. I talked to MULTIPLE people that said they placed an order for me to get my full refund... They were all unprofessional and sounded so unsure & hesitant. The first did nothing, the second said he would do so but the third told me that person just gave me store credit which is not what I was promised. The third person hung up on me, and the fourth finally gave me a refund but promised that the shipping money would be back in my account within the week but that didn't happen. I just stopped contacting them after that. I gave up. For an order that was late on their part, an order that I sent back unopened, it took forever to just send me a full refund. Last time I will be shopping here. Getting my money back shouldn't have taken litterally 3 months!

I ordered a shirt that looked very cute in the pictures they posted of it on their website. On the picture, the shirt looked like it was a regular shirt size, but when I got it in the mail it turned out to be a crop top when their description mentioned nothing about it being a crop top. Personally, I dont like crop tops because they're not within my comfort zone of things I like to wear. I guess it turns out they tucked the shirt the chick was modeling. They also didn't make it clear that their sizes run small, so I ordered a medium and that super cheap-material shirt fit me like an extra small. I paid a total of $21 for both the shirt & the shipping (I used a 30% discount promo code) and paid an additional $5 to return the item back to their Return Department. $26 isn't a whole lot of money, but I work my butt off at my minimum wage paying job, so that money is worthy to me. When I returned it, I was told by the post office that Fashion Nova would receive the package within 2 business days and gave me a tracking number to know when it was delivered. Fashion Nova received the package the day they were supposed to, and not once did I get an email notifying me in regards to the process of my return and no money was given back to me. I emailed their customer service and they told me they couldn't do anything about my issue because they don't deal with returns and that their Returns Department would give me in-store credit within 5-7 days. It's been 2 weeks since they got my return and they haven't bothered to give me back my money. At this point, I kind of feel like it's a lost cause, and im starting to lose the hope that I'm gonna ever get my money back. If I would've known they were gonna pull this crap on me I would've just donated the shirt and saved my $5 on shipping it back to them. Never again am I buying from them, the way the clothing is made isn't even worth the price. Their images on the products are very deceiving. I highly reccomend people to NOT buy from Fashion Nova.

Each time I have ordered from Fashion Nova, it was for a few hundred dollars worth because I live in the UK and the expedition fee is quite expensive and I thought I'd save up by ordering big at once.
The last time I ordered, years ago, one of the items was tagged wrong. I therefor received a wrong item which didn't fit me, wasn't my taste at all AND was priced much cheaper than the item I actually ordered. I asked if I could get a return label for free since this was an error on their part. I was told off without any compensation.
I told myself I wouldn't order from Fashion Nova again.
Time have passed and I told myself I'd give it another go… apparently it was a huge mistake on my part to do so… because this time I placed an order worth of over 500£ worth, and THE PACKAGE has DIASPEARED during transit. I contacted them and after several exchanges they said according to the courrier, the parcel is UNTRACEABLE at this point.
So they offered a refund which I accepted, with the intent to wait for the refund to be processed, to place the same order again. After a couple of weeks the refund still wasn't processed so I contacted them again and received a message confirming they would escalate my case for it to be solved faster, only to finally receive a definitive answer a couple days ago, that no refund would be made and that I could try and contact the courrier myself (And have a good day of course).
I don't understand this lack of professionalism from a popular brand like theirs.
I don't know if you live in the US territory, but IF YOU LIVE ABROAD, I definitely DON'T RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM Fashion Nova!

I live on a Caribbean Island and have ordered in the past with no issues. This time after Cyber Monday, I get an email on Dec 11 saying order confirmed (after placing it on Nov 28), followed by a next email saying security flagged my order (yet payment was posted on Nov 29th according to my bank, so they took the money long before). The second email that came Dec 11th said I have to send a picture of myself and my ID so they can verify. I promptly called my bank who informed me that is a common scamming technique. They said not to send a picture with ID and added a second billing address. I sent Fashionnova the number for their "Security" to call and verify the billing address as it is the Master Card call center in the USA who can verify. I told Fashionnova if I don't receive an answer within 48 hours on my shipment being sent out then my bank will file a dispute with the company and fraudulent claims. They said in an email hours later (amazingly since they take 2 days to respond to anything), that they will 'cooperate with dispute' and nothing further. Yet I still cannot get a phone call or anything from them after multiple attempts asking for one. Not one ounce of customer service have I received and am utterly disgusted. Then this bot "kat" responds to everyone's complaints with the same generic message... I made sure to include that fake email address in my complaints and attempts at resolving the issue. But alas no reply there yet either. Please call your banks and ask them their opinion on you emailing your picture next to your ID... i assure they will tell you NOT to do that. So why is Fashionnova encouraging this practice? I have taken the extra step to add a US billing address instead of the international one (as this is the problem) and they will not take Master Card's word! IF that isn't suspicious then what is?
