My fuego booties from FASHION NOVA just arrived yesterday and I got to wore them today on our company trip. My co-workers love it.

This review is about Fashion Novas service and not the physical clothing (as I still havent received it 7 business days after placing the order to Canada). The company had ridiculous customer service hold times (45 mins to 2 hours, regardless of when you call). Ive called 8 times in the past 3 business days and 5 times it was disconnected. I placed an order on Oct 1st for my Oct 12th trip and when I called a few days after placing the order, I was told that it had been shipped and I would receive it in a day or 2. I realized a day after that I still hadnt received tracking info, so I put aside a chunk of my day to call back. I was then provided with tracking info. Finally, today I thought it was odd that there was no change to the tracking infomation on the UPS site, so called UPS. The customer service rep there informed me that Fashion Nova had only sent them the billing label and no package. I tried to call fashion nova 4 times today and after 20 mins of waiting each time, it was disconnected from their end. On the phone, they tell you to reach their customer service through the email for updates, I would suggest not listening again to that as they do not reply. This has even made my entire trip planning a stressful experience. My suggestions would be to better train your staff, to update delivery times on your site so that consumers could avoid making somewhat last minute purchases (although 8 business days should be more than enough time to ship from the US to Toronto Canada), and please update your phones system! They are TERRIBLE. I will never shop from here again due to my first experience. Hope this review helps Canada shoppers.

So, let me start by saying how excited I was about ordering from Fashion Nova. I placed 2 separate orders back to back. I received my first package and loved everything. The second package, I wasn't to happy with 3 out of 5 things I orderd. So I sent them back. Firstly, i didnt like that after spending all that money, you have to pay for shipping. Secondly, the policy states that after 5-7 business days a E-Gift will be emailed to you. IT NEVER HAPPENED! They claimed they never received my package, which per my tracking number from the post office, it was delivered 2 days after i shipped it! Customer service is horrible because its via email! And its days after you write them. Also, its several different people, never the same. They ask you to send pictures, tracking numbers and order numbers! Like, how dont you have this information already! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY! I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY 75 DOLLAR CREDIT OR SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON! I DID A REVIEW ON MY INSTAGRAM AND THEY BLOCKED ME! BE SMART. SHOP ELSEWHERE. I ASK THAT EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD ISSUES WITH RECEIVING THERE PRODUCT OR MONEY/E-GIFT CARD GO ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS AND BLAST THIS MEDIOCRE STORE! Pissed off would be an understatement of what I am feeling right now! I can't even put into words how upset I am! I feel taken advantage of and scammed! I've ordered from them before and recieved my order so I thought they were a trustworthy and legit company, well I thought wrong! These people took my money and never sent my order! I ordered one package that was $286.19 on June 22,2017 and the other package that was $198.19 on July 1,2017! This adds up to be about $484! Still haven't even recieved a tracking number which means neither package has been shipped yet. Which means the 2 day shipping for orders over $75 is a complete lie. I've watched many reviews on youtube of customers who haven't even recieved their orders or have recieved some of the things they ordered but not all of it. Which is pretty $#*!ed up because the items said they were in stock. I've also heard that when they don't send you your order they try to make up for it by sending you this gift card that is even less than the money you spent when you purchased. If you guys can't send customers their first orders, why would they want to order from you again? I've heard so much bad $#*! about this company it's ridiculous but if they are scamming they will eventually get caught! I've called Fashionnova, no response. Emailed them, no response. Contacted them on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, still no response. I'm going to give this one more week, after this I am done. Fashionnova send me my orders like a trustworthy, non-fraud, non-scamming company would do. I either want EVERYHTING that I ordered sent off together or my money back! If my clothes are not shipped off in the next week and no one calls me or reaches out to my email I will have no choice but to file a claim with my bank. But I won't stop there, I will then take this into legal matters because I do not play about MY hard earned money and cannot respect the fact you guys could potentially be stealing peoples money! Send me my orders and contact me ASAP.

I purchased two separate orders with fashion nova on Feb10,2018 I received my first purchase on Feb 15,2018. I had 2 day shipping on both purchases but I understand processing might take time plus it was the weekend so it wasn't a big deal. But as of today, March 4,2018, I have not received my second purchase or receive any confirmation that it was being shipped. On my purchase status it just saus paid because they made sure they got their money but I haven't my purchase. And yet almost a month later still no shipping email or response to my reply emails. I really like what I received in my first purchase and I wanted my second purchase and to keep spending my money with them but of I get ignored and my money taken with no response then I can no longer support them. I would understand of they sent me a message saying hey something is out of stock or something but nope. I was so happy with fashion nova now I'm just pissed off.

I ordered 12 items, paid through an app called Zip (where you can pay for your items in 4 increments over a 2 week period) back on August 27th; I was supposed to get my items, yet nothing it kept saying TBD (To Be Determined), I paid it ALL yet still didn't get my order. I kept contacting "customer service" on their site (they don't have a number or an actual customer service email set up) and nothing! I literally messaged them 5x about my order so I decided to make a complaint through the BBB (Better Business Bureau) with screenshot proof that I paid for my order and it wasn't shipped out and the BBB contacted them & finally an actual person contacted me from Fashion Nova through email saying either they can ship out the order or I could get a refund. The pants that I initially really wanted is "sold out" in my size so I told them I want a refund as soon as possible. Like how do you forget MY order than run out of what I ordered from August? It's now October! I'm very mad about that cause I wanted those pants THAT I PAID FOR, yet they sold all of them off to other people, it's ridiculous and that's not how you do business. Unless it's on Mercari, Poshmark (maybe I've had issues there too) or places like Plato's Closet, I'm NEVER buying anything from Fashion Nova ever again! As far as Zip I don't think I'll use them again either! Never had this issue with Klarna (another app you can use to pay for items in increments) and I've never had an issue with my orders from SheIn.

Denim skinnies are my staples and the best ones that I own are from FASHION Nova. Nothing comes close, they're perfect for me.

FASHION NOVA's gold hoop earrings are very eye catching. They're perfect for a tube gown or maxi dress. The shop's got other designs as well.

Here are some of the issues that I've with Fashion Nova. Their web page needs work. When you select something to buy. It goes to a page with a description of that item and a size selection. But there is no image of that item. If you want to put that item in your bag, you select a size (and sometimes a color). When you do it will go to the bag page. You need to make sure you look at the size you selected because nine times out of ten it will be different from the size you wanted. When you do go to select the correct size it will bring up all the sizes that are available. And for me a lot of the time it won't have the size that I want. So I have to remove it from by bag. Another thing that I have noticed is that if you are on the main page and you go to the top of the page and hit the sign in button. A pop up will come up that says "oops, the page you were looking for doesn't exist." "You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved". And "Take me back to the home page" But you never typed anything in and you never leave the home page. When you do order something make sure you are getting what you want. Because if it isn't, there are no refunds. All you will ever get is a store credit. That's aright if you know you are going to get something from in the future. Otherwise you might be stuck with something that you might never get any use out of. Other than that, I bought a dress (gown) for a gala that I am going to later this month. They what I was looking for. Full length with sequins, long sleeves, high collar, in the size I needed (size18) and I also got free shipping. Even thou it wasn't sent by priority mail, came in the mail two days after I ordered it.
