I purchased a few pairs of jeans, some heels, along with some other pieces from Fashion Nova, and I had an overall great experience with my shopping trip. Everything that I ordered came in looking like I had expected and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend Fashion Nova for shoes! I only ever buy my heels from there. I also love to buy jeans from there, however the sizing can vary with each style, so I recommend to check measurements before buying.
Placed an order #146084916 on November 11,2024. Still haven't received the package as of today, December 8th. Fashion Nova is not concerned about customers receiving the merchandise, as they have not submitted a claim to UPS nor followed up to assure that I receive the order or a refund. Order at your own risk and hope that you receive your merchandise or you'll only get an automated email response from them, advising you to contact UPS!

ONLINE store. IT IS A SCAM BEWARE! Here are the reasons why:
1: fashion nova claims they have a 2 day shipping on orders... now they are giving people a lame excuse of 4-5 business day delay. THERE ARE ORDERS FROM MAY that fashion nova has yet to send out to their customers. (mine being from june 13)
2. They DON'T DO REFUNDS, even if you are within their policy guidelines for a refund.
3. they DO NOT NOTIFY YOU OF OUT OF STOCK ITEMS, they will allow you to purchase products that are out of stock, not let you know, then issue a "gift card" for less $$ than what you payed for the item. ABSOLUTELY no refunds.
4. they are constantly DELETING NEGATIVE comments/reviews on social media so other people do not find out about their fraudulent behavior.
5. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, don't bother calling, because they have no one answering phones on purpose. They know what they are doing and they are avoiding talking to the consumer/public at all costs.
6. EMAILS: only getting generic responses with NO resolutions.
7. fashion nova continues to advertise and post on social media while TONS of people have been trying to get answers for missing orders. WHATS WORSE IS THAT THEY KEEP ADVERTISING THAT THEY OFFER 2 DAY SHIPPING KNOWING THAT IT WILL TAKE WEEKS BEFORE ANYONE GETS THEIR ITEMS, let alone IF they even get their items...
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS, NOTIFY THE (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE FTC) IF YOU CAN, THEIR JOB IS TO LOOK INTO SCAMS LIKE THESE AND SHUT IT DOWN.
For those in the same position as me with not receiving refunds or your orders, CALL YOUR BANK AND FILE A CLAIM. Ive heard alot of people are issuing claims and getting their money back through the banks, and that the banks are apparently catching wind of what Fashion Nova is doing. First of all there is a lot of GOOD about fashion nova because the clothes are semi cute/ good condition. Also because their not that expensive. But the customer service sucks so bad it makes me want to kill myself for giving these mfs my money. I have had two problems with you guys. Did yall help me? NOO LMAO. I even went out of my way after emailing you guys that when yall sent me the wrong $#*! in the mail, and messaged yall on instagram. First time fashion nova messed up my order I bought 4 things. And on the emails I got about the order and on the white piece of paper it said correctly what I ordered. BUT one of the items was the wrong size, that time I didnt email or try to fix the mistake bc it could still fit me and i didnt want to wait. The second time pissed me off so bad that I am never buying from you guys again bc when I reached out to you several times and in different ways yall didnt help a girl out. I ordered ONE ITEM. SO TECHNICALLY YALL HAD ONE JOB. And yall some how wonderfully messed it up. So of course me odering one item and not only was it the wrong size but it was the wrong item?! I ordered PANTS P A N T S. If you're looking for inconsistent, cheap looking and feeling clothing, look no further! I finally went to this site after repeatedly seeing it being advertised on Instagram (this should have been my red flag, to be honest). I was surprised and excited to see so many cute and current styles. I ordered multiple rompers in the same size and was pleased by how quickly the shipment arrived and for a relatively low price. This is THE ONLY positive experience from the entire transaction.
Upon opening my package, I was shocked and saddened to see cheap, thin and overly wrinkly 'clothing' spill out. Despite realizing the quality wasn't there, I was hopeful I could at least mask that with it falling well on my figure. To preface, I am in shape and well proportioned, so finding clothes that fit me is never a battle. After trying all three rompers on, dye my hair and call me Goldie Locks because each item from their Fashion Nova brand in the same exact size all fit me different. One I was drowning in, one was way too small and I couldn't even fit my arms down the sleeves, and the only the reason the last one 'fit' me was because it was an off the shoulder and loose bottom design. Truly cheap and pathetic 'fashion.'
When I went online to file my return, I found that they only do store credit, most likely because they know they sell women garbage and want to make sure they don't lose any profit on returns, but they actually charge you 10 dollars to return their trash that they'll likely repackage and sell to some other poor schmuck.
Ladies, save your dollars and realize that these outfits are made for the pathetic Thotianas of IG.

I made an order with fashionnova via my iphone. No i did not use the app. While adding items to my cart i looked at the size chart and noticed that they have items gong up to size 3xl. I clicked the size guide chart and it only showed sizes up to XL. So i was basically forced to guess my size. I ended up ordering a 2xl in all of my items. Well today i received my order and the clothes where huge. I emailed fashionnova all day long and they kept sending me the same copy and paste return policy over and over again. Eventually someone sent me the size chart and claimed it was on the website. After i clicked it i was able to see the rest of the sizes. Now how was i supposed to know that i was supposed to look around the site to see the rest of the sizes? Why do they not have all sizes on the chart when you are picking out outfits on the mobile website? I still have not had this problem resolved. I explained to the rep that i am going on a trip soon and need my items exchanged. I was told there was no exchanges! That i had to return all items and wait for them to send me a store credit and then i could repurchase my items if available. While waiting for a resolution i decided to place another order with most of the items since they seem to be popular and i need them for my trip. Well come to find out my address was missing the street name. Which i know was a mistake on my side. But i emailed fashionnova right away. They told me my order could not be edited or canceled. I was asking for them to simply add the rest of my address. I was not even asking for them to change the address. Anyway, I kept getting back the same copy and paste policy without anyone resolving my problem. I still have not even recieved a confirmation email and the charge on my credit card is still pending. Fashionnova customer service is horrible. All they do is copy and paste the same thing over and over in their email responses.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you look through the website to find the size guide that includes ALL sizes!
Also make sure you put the correct address or else the order cannot be edited.

I have ordered two times at fashionnova and those two times I didn't have a big deal except for the first time they did the trick with the gift card and by mistake for one and two items send me the wrong size (could have happen with any company and I ordered a lot of clothes that time), the second time was perfect. I was suprise when I saw all these negatives review about fashionnova and now... I understand why!
They are money hungry, it's already digusting that some of their clothes are so much cheaper in other places like Ali express and they sell it way more expensive and then there's their manipulative tactics with gifts cards and to gain more money from shipping.
They pretend to give coupon codes like 30 % for ex: than play the gift card trick they issue you with no explanation about why the heck you will not receive the $#*! that you wanted and the card is not enough to buy what you really want, can't even cover shipping so the coupon code didn't serve up to anything.
They supposedly give 15 & off for each reviews while it's stupid because at the main page I often see 20 %, 30 % (so you see it's more worthy than writing a review for their money hungry manipulative scam $#*! that they are!) What a joke!
I'm having $#*! right now because in one of my order that they throw me their stupid gift card I used it to buy other stuff and when I received my cloth wasn't there! That's what I was waiting the most for.
I have enough of this shameless company that needs to be shut down.

Also, I'm sure some of the positives comments are from the fashionnova. Don't waste you money with this company!

I ordered a bodysuit in a size M but clearly the size chart for bodysuit are way off because it didn't fit. I couldn't even get my arm into the shirt and I never forced it wasn't on my body just my arm. The tags are still on the shirt as well as the packaging. I would like if you guys put up a size chart for bodysuits because now I am out of 13 dollars on a shirt I cannot wear. When contacting customer service it was the most difficult and annoying process, I sent an email to *******@fashionnova.com only to get an automated message and at the very bottom of the message it says to reply back so I just copy and pasted my message. Then I got another automated messages saying the same thing except at the bottom it said to open up a ticket which was link which redirected me to a website like a blog for Fashion Nova. I had to sign in using my Fashion Nova account then write a form so once again for a THIRD time I copied and pasted my concerned about the body suit not fitting and never putting it on only putting my arm into it and that it had original tags and the packaging is still good. One or two days later I got a very bland response saying they can only give me 50% store credit back on the items which would only be about 6.50 which I do not appreciate. I understand that certain items are finale sale items such as undergarments but going off your size chart I'm a M in tops and the items didn't fit when I ONLY put my arm in and instead of 50% credit back I would like the full 13 dollars because I was scammed in a piece of clothing I wanted to wear that does not fit and would like a full refund. When you can't physically try on a item and only go off a size chart then receive that item and try to send it back the same day because your arm can't get into it and full refund should be issued. As well and creating a size chart for bodysuits. This is the second time I have ordered from Fashion Nova and I did not appreciate the customer service as if my business wasn't important and the fact I won't get issued a full refund. If it is your first time ordering from them go a size up always.

I normally would not waste my time writing reviews about company's, but I feel as if my experience with Fashion Nova should be known. I am very upset with my overall experience with fashion nova. A year and a half ago I purchased a set as a birthday outfit and I was sent a different color top than bottom. I wanted a refund for that purchase because I couldn't wear it for my birthday since they messed up the order. They informed me all I could get was store credit, so I just kept the items to avoid any further annoyance and inconvenience. I decided to just not order from the company going forward, until recently. Seeing so much promotion and popularity on social media, and giving much time to grow as a company, I decided to give this clothing company another chance. So I placed and order with 2 day flat rate shipping for clothes I needed for my upcoming vacation. This ended up being very deceitful because 8 days went by without a notification that items were even shipped. After the headache of contacting their support team multiple times, through email because no one every picks up the phone or returns phone calls, asking to cancel my order for a refund (since it was not shipped and therefore would not get it in time) with no response to my inquiries the package was respectfully over-nighted to me. Now I get the package finally, and in time. The front belt loop on a pair of shorts I ordered came broken! I then had to pay to send the item back to them as a return. They then sent me a store credit e gift card for 13 dollars when i paid 26 dollars for the shorts. I emailed them about this and they have yet to get back to me with a resolution. Going forward I refuse to give them another penny of my money and would like to share my experience to help potential customers know what they are getting themselves into. Come to find it, many have had a similar experience with them. DO NOT LET THE MONEY THEY PAY TOWARDS MARKETING WITH SOCIAL MEDIA DECEIVE YOU!

I, too, ordered from Fashion Nova with the same disappointing results, as mentioned by others already. I ordered a pair of jeans by using the Fashion Nova size chart. According to them, I was a size 15. I have lost a bunch of weight and haven't been a size 15 in a while, but I figured they just ran small and that I'd give it a try. The jeans came in 3 days, not bad, but not the 2 day shipping they promoted. The wash of these jeans were the first thing I noticed. Completely disgusting and looked nothing like what I ordered. Then I tried them on and they were HUGE. They sagged everywhere and made my body look frumpy and DEFINITELY not like those "body perfect models" they have doing their clothes campaigns on their website. So I RETURNED them. I noticed right away that they don't give refunds, but rather "in-store credits". I thought this was a very clever way for them to cover their $#*! and insure that they get their money. I DIDN'T fight it. I figured I could order a smaller size and be done. I paid $19.99 plus $6 shipping. I used a %30 off discount bringing the total down to $20 even shipping included. Because Fashion Nova does not include a pre-paid shipping label, you then have to pay to RETURN the item, which I think we all can agree that is RIDICULOUS. I paid the return shipping thinking that I would be reimbursed for all the trouble. NOPE! They gave me $13 back in "store credit" which is EQUAL to what I paid just in SHIPPING! This makes me absolutely FURIOUS. The costumer service is ridiculous and I find it funny that there are absolutely no negative comments on their Instagram. I call this a scam because that's exactly what it is. I just feel sorry for the poor people who ordered $400 of items from this store. I guess when you have people like Kylie Jenner, Kim Khardashian, and Black Chyna sporting this brand you wouldn't think that the company would be so slimy, manipulative, and unethical. Maybe if we made as much money as their models or celebrity clientele they would provide better customer service...

I placed an order on May 13,2021 during the 11am hour. I choose the overnight shipping for $14.99. Assuming I would get my items on May 14,2021. I received a FedEx message stating my order would arrive between 8:30am and 12:59pm on May 14,2021. 2 pm came and nothing yet. I checked FedEx again and it stated my item would arrive on May 15,2021. So I contacted FASHIONNOVA.com and asked them, since I paid for overnight shipping and your company couldn't send me my stuff overnight, is there a way I could get a refund. Overnight shipping was $14.99. I was told that they would not give me a refund as they have no control over FedEx. As of 8:37 pm I still have not received my items. When I check FedEx, it now says to expect my items on May 17,2021. This is a poor service to offer if you can't deliver when you say you can. I'm writing this review because I don't think this is a fair practice and businesses should not be able to get away with stuff like this. Something should be in place to refund the customer's money if the item doesn't make it overnight. I placed this order for a May 15th 2021 event, even though I paid for overnight shipping two days in advance, I will receive my item 2 days after my event. FASHIONNOVA should stop this fraud practice or people should start bringing lawsuits over the companies that do stuff like that. To anyone that reads this, FASHIONNOVA does offer overnight shipping because friends placed their orders after I did and they received their items this morning but mine seemed to have got lost in transit. I just think there should be a refund policy for something like that. No percentage off the next purchase because I don't know when I might receive my next item. I don't think I will order from this site again.

Just be careful when choosing overnight shipping. It works for some and in my case , it didn’t work and there is no refund. If you have a special event definitely order a week or two before.

I am Fed Up with Fashion Nova! Every time I shop with Fashion Nova I spend $100 or more. My items come and it is always a problem. The first time I did not receive one of my items and received a gift card for Fashion Nova saying I could use that instead to purchase something else. If I wanted something else I would have purchased something else but I purchased what I wanted Fashion Nova did not provide it and instead of putting my money back on my card Fashion Nova gave me a bs gift card. I didn't trip it was a small issue so I was fine with that. I purchased from Fashion Nova again this time I purchased some leggings a size medium I am 5'3 140 pounds but the leggings ripped before I could get them up. I immediately sent pictures as well as receipts and asked for an exchange but Fashion Nova doesn't do exchanges. Then I purchased two jumpsuits a pink and blue that are basically see through made from the cheapest material possible instead of a strong cotton and they show everything you don't want people to see. So basically I waisted $70 with those two jumpsuits. Lastly I just purchased from Fashion Nova spending around $150 and decided I wanted to change my sizes on a couple of my items. I called customer service to ask and received an automated voice saying I am calling after hours when it is 1:11 on a Thursday. If these items come and I can not fit, they look raggedy or they tear I promise I will NO LONGER shop with Fashion Nova because for $40 per piece I want great customer service and I am not receiving that but I'm sure if I was a celebrity receiving free items just to promote I would not have these problems.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
My first experience was decent. Shipping took FOREVER but I can deal with it since I didn't pay for expedited shipping. My next order though, was/is a joke. I placed an order on Tuesday with 2 day shipping. Thursday comes around and I e-mail the company. They told me it can take up to a week to process the order and THEN they ship two day. So I spent over $100 for nothing since I needed this order for that weekend. I requested a cancellation since the order was not going to be delivered by when I needed it and they proceeded to inform me that they do not cancel orders and that I can return it when I receive the order, of course return shipping would be on my dime again... AND they won't refund the order, the will only give you a gift card. I was upset but what can you do?
I later received an e-mail that due to delays in the warehouse I had the option to wait or cancel by following a link. I did just that and chose the refund option... I got an e-mail today saying my shipment is out for delivery so I respond immediately informing them that this order should not have shipped since I had already cancelled it. They respond saying they can't cancel orders once they've been made? I replied with a screenshot of the email that I received giving me that option and am now waiting for a response from someone who for all intents and purposes is worthless as a vendor... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Also, in case my experience isn't enough, my sister ordered a 34C bralette and received 34A.
My cousin ordered 3 different XL dresses and received 3 different XS dresses.
Their clothes is cute but they need to get their business in order because as it stands it is a disaster.

I ordered one pair of jeans on July 3rd. I received an email saying that they were upgrading their website and that it would take 4 days to prepare my order. No big deal, I thought! On July 20th (way longer than 4 days)I check to see if my order is in transit. It still had not been processed! I try to call, the phone number does not connect you to a human, so I email them and receive a generic email saying that their system is STILL being worked on! I email about 5 more times between then and now, same generic email! WTF. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they got in contact with them. Fashion Nova is claiming that my jeans were out of stock and that they refunded my card on July 10th! This is all Lies! For one: why wouldn't they send me an email informing me that the jeans were out of stock and two: the card I used to purchase the Jeans was cancelled on July 8th because I lost it so how can you refund a card that is not active?! YOU CANT! They are con artists! EVERYONE ON HERE SHOULD MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB!
