I purchased a few pairs of jeans, some heels, along with some other pieces from Fashion Nova, and I had an overall great experience with my shopping trip. Everything that I ordered came in looking like I had expected and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend Fashion Nova for shoes! I only ever buy my heels from there. I also love to buy jeans from there, however the sizing can vary with each style, so I recommend to check measurements before buying.
Placed an order #146084916 on November 11,2024. Still haven't received the package as of today, December 8th. Fashion Nova is not concerned about customers receiving the merchandise, as they have not submitted a claim to UPS nor followed up to assure that I receive the order or a refund. Order at your own risk and hope that you receive your merchandise or you'll only get an automated email response from them, advising you to contact UPS!

I have ordered from Fashion Nova a few times in the past. The first time, it was honestly a great success. They have beautiful clothing and it is very nice quality. With my first order, I did not like what I got due to personal preference, but it did ship very quickly (I ordered it with 1-day shipping). I wanted to return some items because I did not like them and they make you pay for return shipping. I found this a bit ridiculous that overall I paid $18 for fast shipping + $8 just to return the item, but they did refund it. Only gave me half back on some of the items and sent the refund in form of gift card. That was annoying, but I used the money to place another order and that one came very quickly and I was IN LOVE. Absolutely adorable clothes and very comfortable shoes. Happy happy happy.
So, I am going to Chicago this weekend and decided to place another order. This time, I went big, I spent about $120 and with that was promised 2-day shipping. I received a confirmation email and the money was pulled from my bank account but I noticed that it has been four days and I still do not have a tracking number. I received an email a couple days after I ordered, explaining that the company was doing some renovations and therefore orders placed after June 13 are delayed.
I understand renovations and delays but here's my beef- if you're going to charge people money and motivate them to spend over $75 to get that 2-day shipping (which is really why I went over $75 in the first place), you should PROBABLY tell people if you're not going to be able to get those shipments out PRIOR to them paying for it and expecting one thing and then getting another. I emailed them (like everyone on here) and got a template response. Called (like everyone on here) and could not get into contact with a person. I am frustrated because now it is too late for me to order clothes from another company and have them be here in time. Terrible customer service and only adds to my irritation that they have this chipper template voice calling you "nova babe" and giving a SORRY30 coupon code in a sickly sweet voice when they're just screwing us over. Will be contacting FTC, the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and my bank first thing tomorrow after I get off WORK. (Capitalized to emphasize that I work hard for my money and don't appreciate it being stolen).

I ordered three items from Fashion Nova that were initially scheduled to arrive 04/01/2022. I received an email stating that it would arrive early; March 30th. After not arriving on that date, I received another email stating the items were undeliverable with NO CONCRETE EXPLANATION to why. I then submitted a customer request in regards to delivery issue and received an email stating the following:

I verified that my address was correct in the order and was home the entire day the package was expected to arrive. So now I'm without the merchandise and I'm receiving a STORE CREDIT from an online vendor that I will NEVER shop with again. This is unacceptable and I do not plan to shop with this company again.

I don't always write reviews, good or bad. Sometimes i feel its necessary and this is one of those times. So far we have ordered 3 times. I have to say, the 1st time we ordered and it went off without a hitch. Online ordering was super simple, and the item arrived a day earlier than i had expected. It was the wrong size (our fault) we did not ship it back so i cannot comment on the return process. Although now heading closer to my daughters event, we had to yet again place the order for a different size. This time I had to pay for extra shipping to expedite the item. The item never shipped and now it was after my extra cost shipping date. I emailed them and they quickly replied with a generic email that basically said "shipped", ad then the next day or 2 we had the item. We assumed it was a fluke thing and moved on and she was very happy with the item itself. Now this is when my review might go bad, kind of. Just last night I found out my daughter ordered here on her own back in March. She told me because her orders has not come yet. St off, oneof her items in her order was out of stock. They are not crediting back her credit card, and they told her store credit only. I can see a return being store credit, but if an item is out of stock and you realize this after the order is placed, hen a full refund should be given, but we will let that go. I had to email them today over 2 months later for when her order was placed and I got that generic email again that says "your item has been shipped". I am not looking for excuses and an explanation won't change the fact that someone "dropped the ball" in their company, but it might have an influence on whether or not we choose to order again. Not to mention they are holding money that is not theirs forcing us to order again.
Pro: so far the item(s)s we have received we are happy with as far as quality and fit
Con: 2 separate orders i have to chase them down to get them to ship even after we spend extra shipping cost for expedited shipping
Pro: when i do email I have gotten a prompt response and so far followed through with what their response stated
Con: store credit only even if it was out of your control with being the item was out of stock after it was accepted into the shopping cart
I wouldn't say not to order from here, just be sure to follow up with order and don't order if you need something last minute.

I placed an order from fashionnova.com on 1/6/19 for a total of $262.38. I used gift cards totaling $235.64 and paid the remainder ($26.74) on my Visa Debit card. I received an email the next day which stated: "Some items in your order have been refunded Note: This can be from either customer protection or an inventory discrepancy. Total amount refunded: $31.49 USD Order Number: #******* Refund Date: 01/07/2019" I never received the refund. I emailed on 2/19/19 to inquire about the refund and was informed that I would be refunded via gift card. Fashionnova's own refund policy states: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled." I have called the customer service phone number numerous times and have been hung up on or told someone would call me back and ultimately that because of "the system" the refund has to be in gift card only. I want to be refunded the amount I paid in cash "$26.74" and the other portion on a gift card is fine since the original form of payment is gift card/cash. If the original form is a combination and they purport to refund in the "original form of payment" it is unfair and deceptive to choose to only issue the refund in a gift card, especially when the item was not even a return, simply an item that wasn't in stock. I would have had no way to know that the item wasn't in stock and that I would have to forfeit the USD I paid for a gift card. The money was stolen from me because that part of the order was not even fulfilled and they kept my USD, even though it is clearly against their own policy. Additionally their own email plainly stated to me that I would be refunded $31.49 USD but I never was. I will never use Fashion Nova again and have filed compliants with the consumers office of the attorney general in PA, the BBB and the FTC. Hopefully someone will hold them accountable as they take advantage of more and more consumers.

Fashion Nova has some really cute clothes, but unfortunately you have to weigh whether or not you are OK with dealing with the world's worst customer service. I had been a loyal customer of FN for years, but the past six months, almost every one of my orders arrived with at least one damaged item. My experiences with them when trying to get them to help with damaged items was awful. I sent in photos of damages and described damages with item numbers, etc. They ask for more photos. I sent more photos. They ask for more angles. I would send more angles. You go back and forth with them and they fight with you about it. I just wanted to return the damaged items (without paying for return shipping bc I don't think it's fair to have to pay $8 to return an item that the company sent damaged). They either would not let me return the damaged items, or they made me pay to return them with no refund (only store credit). I understand their policy is no refund and instead store credit, which I am completely on board with. My problem is when the item arrives damaged, ethically, the company should either issue a refund to your original form of payment OR at least let you return it (with a prepaid shipping label at their expense). The last time I ordered from them, and got 2 clearly damaged item (a dress with a broken zipper and white heels with a big ol' black mark on them that I could not get out), I reached out to customer service. They sent me an auto email accusing me of "wardrobing" (umm.look at the tracking people, I literally had the items delivered to my doorstep the day before I contacted you)! At that point I was just too exhausted to want to fight with FN customer service and insulted that I was sent their "wardrobing" email after years being a loyal customer. Bottom line is, you can get some really great items at Fashion Nova. However, you have to go in with the mindset & understanding that they don't really care about keeping their customers happy and understand that the customer service experience is similar to buying from an online company in China. Just for reference, I am loyal customer at Lulus, Shein, ThredUp, Forever2, Anthropologie, The Real Real, Revolve, etc. I buy a ton of clothes online. I never have customer service problems with any of these other companies. By far, Fashion Nova has the worst customer service out of any vendor I do business with.

If they say they are giving you a gift card. And then you order what you want based upon that gift card..well you just got screwed. They LIE AND NEVER APPLY IT. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I made an order which totaled around $250usd on Black Friday I've been reading reveiws and was quite nervous because I was thinking I wasn't going to get it but I finally got my tracking for shipping today dec 12 (yay!) but there wasn't much info besides from saying intransit so I went onto the ppx (the shipping company) website and put in my tracking number and it says it won't be delivered until 9th of January to the 29th(by the way I live in NZ)! WTF man my New Years outfit is in there too so now I need to buy another one else where it's just such a hassle. Had I known I would get my items from November would arrive no earlier than January I would I have NEVER ordered from them. Like 2-3 months really? I would completely understand 1 month cause of the sales. Ive never waited this long for ANY online order like get it together your a million dollar company how about you act like one. And get off cardis insta comments and DO YOUR JOB that people are spending there hard earned cash on. I'm not even going to bother to refund because I'm scared I won't even get a refund from them.
