The return policy is trash, the majority of the time they don't email your e-gift card, and you literally have to threaten and then just wait to see if you're lucky and get the "e-gift card" which is your own money that you pay for the purchase. They will continue to reply to your emails like an automatic response stating the same thing over and over again but with no gift card. To me, that is a form of stealing people's money. DONT Buy from this company

You never know what you will receive - sometimes the item is pretty cool others it is horrible, cheap, and misrepresented. Then the return policy and procedures are ridiculous and expensive without actual refunds, only credit.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EXPEDITED ORDERS. This is the third time I've purchased 1 day delivery and this is the third time I've been screwed. I placed my order on Thursday the 22nd and won't be getting my order til Monday the 26th even though I paid for 1 day delivery. Why offer a service you can't provide? I now have to go to whatever store I can find to get what I need before my flight leaves tomorrow. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company but I'm so frustrated with the last couple experiences that I won't be shopping with them again.
I purchased a dress and it was too small and out of stock! So, I returned the dress only to find out that I can't get my money returned only a FASHION NOVA Credit? Really? If you're not sure, leave them alone unless you buy from them all of the time. I was a 1st time buyer.

Never shopping at Nova again! Plus, it's too cheap and other sites are better in my opinion. WARNING, make sure you know your bathing suit size (which is hard to judge sometimes when you're buying from an online store and can't try it on before purchase) because you will NOT be able to exchange it for a bigger size! Fashion Nova will KEEP your money and you are NOT allowed for an exchange PERIOD. Horrible policy. I ordered 3 suits in my original standard size of medium that I always wear and these run too small and I did not gain weight or anything, I'm a medium in everything! But these Bathing suits did not fit and they won't let me exchange just for a larger size! I could have at least been compensated with a gift card or discount to purchase a larger size or something! But nope I just got an email and they said there is nothing they can do. So they just take your money and that's it basically. So sad. They lost a customer and I will not be taken advantage of and they will not be taking my hard working money ever again! Fashion Nova, you guys are criminals. Super ignorant policy!

Fashion Nova has a horrible return policy. I purchased cloths from Fashion Nova, several pieces were not allowed to be returned, because they were on sale. The other pieces of clothing were returned, but Fashion Nova only provides a return to their store. WTH! I want my money returned to my card, not returned to Fashion Nova. Find a reputable clothing store with real customer-oriented refund policies. Conclusion: Don't shop at Fashion Nova if you feel you might need to return merchandise.

When you are more concerned with getting paid versus great customer service that's your number 1 issue for me. They don't give a F about their customer. Short story I ordered an item, the address validation never appeared. They thought they had the right address and soled immediately to update my address. No luck! Their system don't allow it. Afterwards, I said cancel the order. No luck! Their system don't allow it. They'll ship to an address in Fl but I'm in TX. I couldn't cancel or update my address in less than 30 minutes of placing the order, their system doesn't allow it! I'd say an F company just because of how they treat customers. If I get the order I can ship it back well I won't get it bring the address is wrong but even address was right I shield be able to cancel in order made less than an hour. You want to ship it and see what happens! Just poor service for me! I already didn't really want to shop here! I'm turned OFF. Pathetic company that prefers to get the money than service their customers! I say NO! Do not order from them.
I have sent 3 emails from their website, replied to 2 of their automated "customer service" emails and sent a DM.
I have solid proof that there was an issue with an order, and no one is listening. I keep getting the same generic email regarding my never delivered package. Each time the reply says, "I have investigated your issue using our internal tools. We appreciate your concern and are here to help." This is clearly a lie. If anyone read anything I sent, I would not get the same answer each time. I've provided the "support team" with proof that I never got my order, and now I have to resort to posting messages on a public page to get any response from this company. I want my order refunded. I want a real person to contact me.

I had an accidental purchase from this company and found out 3 hrs later. I immediately notified them and they responded with "we already processed your order so we can't cancel it." Convenient since their return policy states "store credit only." They didn't process my order (since it gives notification) until the next day and the item supposedly delivered 2 days later. When I inquired, it became incumbent on me to do the investigation (they told me to call the carrier and look in my neighborhood!). When I finally asked for a refund considering my case, they provided the cut and paste ansewr and referred me back to their website.
So every single time I order a package which is multiple times a month it constantly gets delivered to the wrong address due to this ongoing issue that Fashion Nova there's nothing about I will not order from them anymore. It does not make any sense why they cannot just do what Amazon does take a picture of the package on the stoop so when you can confront Fashion Nova, maybe they will do something nice and Refund you or redeliver or have something worked out with LaserShip that can help out the people for the stupidity of the dumb $#*!ed. $#*!ing drivers is an ongoing issue that will never get resolved. Apparently money does not grow on trees Fashion Nova pick a different company to do deliveries with or do something for the people who lose out off of another companys stupidity

Their products are very low quality and don't fit well. You will never see your money back because of high fees and the fact you can only get money back for store credit only. So you effectively get stuck with their shoddy products.
Clothes look good on models, but what you receive is hit or miss. I got pants size 9 (which is my size) and they are huge, and got pants size L not realizing they are 11/13 size but they fit me perfectly so it's complete mess in sizes. Also their pants are way too high on the waist. I don't if they think we are older heavier women or they think we got such giant behinds, but for sure this is not a store for juniors. If this company is the same company like 10dollarmall they need to go back to that because I can't shop here. So now I have to spend 4$ extra to ship these giant pants back, when it's clearly their fault for sending completely different size
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
