My fashion nova experience has been well ever since I encountered their great staffs online. They have assisted me throughout my online shopping without even asking them to! Talk about being competent, huh.

Worst customer service ever! No matter what I sue is, you will be directed to email them! Made an order I was unhappy about, paid out of my own pocket to return it and they have not sent me a gift card back! Fashion Nova does anything to not loose! They dont refund you back your money, they only issue you credit! Still waiting for mine! Highly disappointed.

I was an enormous fan of Wal-Mart but from now Fashion Nova. Com will be towards the top of my favorite list given it brings an fantastic experience on my own online shopping. Finally I want to recommend this shop to all or any of my family & close friends and would invest in again. Great price, fast shipping and a very good customer support.

The jackets or blouse goes well with their skinny jeans which makes it a lot easier for us women to create and pick our own style! I ordered 2 pair of jeans last time and a jacket because it was my thing. Anyone can order here so what are you waiting for?

I am unfortunately part of the group of people who ordered from Fashion Nova for Cyber Monday. I was super excited because this was my first time ever ordering from them and I've seen so many great reviews of their products online and I wanted to get my hands on some cute clothes. I've also reached out to their customer service and got an e-mail saying it would take up to 7 business days to process but it's now been 10 and my order still hasn't even been shipped. I've tried to be patient but this is ridiculous. I've literally received the rest of my orders a week ago so there's no excuse. I'm going to do a fraud dispute with my bank as well because this is bs and I honestly don't even want my order anymore. Oh, and their return policy is a joke.

No hidden fees! Unlike some out there who really robs you in broad daylight, fashion nova is different. They ship the products you order at the right price given and asked so you won't disappoint with this. Using them is like a dream come true!

They are very attentive when it comes to customers needs and this proves well in their customer support hotline. Problems can actually be solved within an hour, based on my experience. If you have problems, fashion nova will surely help you, like they did to me.

Fashion Nova should be reported to the better business bureau. They are scammers, the customer service agent lies. Second time I've had this experience. Luckily I paid with Amazon, I'm am now trying to get back my money because I haven't received my order. Beware

Love how well-rounded fashion nova can get instantly and I greatly appreciate them putting stuff that are more than just dresses. They are also cheap yet the quality is totally top-notch, giving it a 9 out of 10 because of how they look and almost all of them are in good condition when shipped, or to be precise, brand new. So blessed to have this site, actually.

I ordered 2 pair of jeans last weekend and they said the delivery will be extended for a day due to some holiday traffic. And as promised, it arrived Tuesday morning on with a free tee in it. Nice save, FN. I'm happy. Great delivery.

These people are scammers, 2 day shipping but it's been over 5 days. They don't answer they phone. I planned to wear it to an event now I'm stuck looking for something else. I'm sure they'll offer me store credit but that won't do. I will never shop with this company again.

I finally received my order but still have not heard back from a single live representative for FN! My initial review still stands, that this company takes zero accountability and has no customer service skills. Based on other reviews, I think maybe they are ignoring regular customers like me because they have such a huge A-List profile.

Fashion Nova is the next best thing to instant gratification. It's always nice to come home from the store with clothes that you can wear immediately. But sometimes because of time constraints or availability, that's just not possible. Fashion Nova makes it so easy to buy and return online. They are great!

The customer service on the other line listened to my constructive criticisms and welcome each and every feedback I threw at them. This is true though, I hope they will consider it much soon to add more things than their 2 day shipping. Otherwise, still a good site to shop.

I've ordered from them before. Things usually come out how you see them online which is great! The only downfall is their stock. However, they DO give warnings about how long it will take an item to ship into stock. Still, I sometimes end up waiting longer than I originally expected, but it's worth the wait for some of the unique items on this site. Transaction was simple, and customer service is pretty decent. If you do need to call, you will actually get to talk to a human being which is always a bonus in my book.
