Bad reviews must perish because this site is literally giving everything they have for customers high value and for them to stay which is really effective. FN's skater skirts are so cute. They have a lot of different types and all in cool colors. I also really admire the material. It's not cheap and doesn't easily wrinkle. The skirt gives me a fresh look.

All of a sudden they have changed their customer service voice record and offer 30% off your NEXT order for their inconvenience. I don't plan to spend any more of my money with them first off and secondly my issue isn't resolved. I have since done my research and I've learned that they are very fraudulent from customers to even the models on their website that they fail to pay.

Models are actually important for me because I use them as a scale and in my situation. Im always researching first before making purchases in online shops. Fashion nova has a wide variety of choices that are carried by models and they were visibly displayed on site. This feat is great and awesome.

FN's tropical ivory dress is so beautiful, every girl should own a piece. It's so cool to skin and feels so breezy when worn. My item got delivered real fast, too. Amazing items and services, FN. Thumbs up.

All these hate is hurting this brand. I don't get it. Fashion nova has always been good, at least for me. Their products are so trendy and very comfortable to wear. Plus, they don't charge extra for the shipping. Their services are great, overall. You should try for yourself.

They have started to steal from their customers. I placed an order on 5/9/17 for 15 items that cost me over $300 including a jeans skirt. I received all my other items on 5/15/17,6 days later, instead of the 2 day shipping. I live in the U.S. by the way. I however didn't receive the jeans skirt and these piece of $#*! people send me a gift card of 18.50 when I bought the skirt for $34.99? I have been emailing them but they're not telling me anything that's helping me. They're not responding to my emails. I won't stop until I get my damn money. Never had this problem with them before. It's so sad that I'll stop shopping at my favorite store because of their stealing

I used to order from fashion nova since 2 years. At the beginning never had any problems! Since one year they never sent me my complete order! My last 3 orders there was at least always two things missing. When I phoned them... no answer, email... no reply! They block all unhappy customers on Instagram Facebook! They're deleting comments on social media! They don't give you your money back! That is criminal... these nasty people belong in court/jail! I wonder how many people got robbed by fashion nova! My last order is totally missing! They sent me an email that my parcel is sent but the link is not working. Since weeks it is in transit! Since weeks! Can't understand why nobody stop that cheating money robbing company! Do not order from them!

First of let me just say, fashion nova can kiss my@$$. I ordered from them a few times it was fine, loved my items. But I recently ordered from them on July 4 and it said it would take 4 business days too ship out so I was okay with that. I still have not received my items! I'm extremely irritated because people who have ordered this past weekend have already received their order. How does that make sense! Not to mention ive called numerous times and emailed as well and no $#*!ing answer. THEY BETTER SEND MY $#*!. Otherwise they need to credit my account back! And include shipping rates! This is the worse customer service I've ever received. I would rate it a negative 5.
