I wish I could do zero stars. The package of over $100 was delivered to another address and signed by a name I don't know. The customer service is horrible. They answer slow and are not taking responsibility. I'll never use this site AGAIN

Made an order never received anything. Can't reach them. These people need to get seriously exposed. For all the people who are worried call your bank and get your money back. But it is wrong that such brand dares risking their name like that.

I noticed that all my orders from Fashion NOVA are packed carefully. The delivery guys don't just shove it anywhere in their vehicle. My orders are always properly folded and there's no damage or dirt on them ever.

I did many orders and never was disappointed. Sometimes it can take more time for delivery, but I can trust packages won't be lost. Customer care is very polite and quick response to any question. Items are a good quality exactly same size and color. I like to do shopping here. Waiting for my next order - gold dress.

I only do transactions with the best and fashion nova.com, this site is one of them. I love every single one of their feature especially their dress that fits for me and some of my niece. Been using this a lot and customer service is really good. They also have an efficient shipping free! Items are supposed to arrive in 2 days or maybe three. Applauded!

The virtual world is huge and trusting your money to just someone is really risky and good thing, when it comes to shopping, fashion nova has been always there. I have ordered here several dresses already in the course of 5 months and most of them are tops which are used by me for my every day hang out. So far, they look great on me and I dont have complains yet.

You guys still can't get your $#*! together after all this time huh? Last black Friday I ordered and had a horrible experience with customer service and over 3 weeks until I got my order... I thought by now you would have fixed your kinks but clearly thats not the case. Almost 3 weeks with no response from any of your team out there. Your company may be growing but it will be short lived, if you can't treat your customers right everyone will learn and stop ordering. Just wait and see! And whoever is reading this probably will be out of a job soon also :) happy holidays

Fashion Nova has no real customer service that you can talk to which makes it really hard when you need to reach out to someone. Their customer service is also bot-like. However usually, when you do email them which is the only option to contact them, You do get an email back pretty fast depending on your issue and how busy they are. Some of the clothes are made of chemicals and things that are known to cause Cancer, Birth defects, and other serious issues. Since they get all their stuff from China Wholesale it's made with cheap materials of bad quality. Not everything is bad but I would definitely recommend buying things only without the warning tags. If you do end up buying something with a warning tag then make sure you wash it first before wearing it.

They don't have a way for you to reach a live caller. What multi million dollar retail store only has email and form submission options for their customers? I will never order from them again. It's been 4 days and my order hasn't shipped and I haven't gotten any follow up. How they grew this coming with sub par service and mostly poor quality offerings is beyond me. I was purchasing for my teenage daughter, but will NEVER spend my $ here again. Forever 21 has better service than this place.

This website has such a wide variety of styles that whoever shops here is bound to find one thing they like! They're styles are very fashionable and vary from casual to formal! They have just about anything!

I love their clothes but their customer service is severely lacking. I ordered an item on November 12, but more than 10 business days later no update. I have sent one email and received a reply filled with excuses (see picture). Please note my order was placed before cardi b collection and black Friday happened. If I don't see movement I will contact PayPal... again.

A good tip is to use PayPal when you shop with them I have always gotten my back and quickly in the transactions I disputed. I am speaking from experience; you don't have to be stuck with their store credit. Last year I ordered something and then 1 hour later received an email saying the item is out of stock but they gave me a gift card. I promptly disputed the charge with PayPal and received my money back.

They supposedly have a new state of the art distribution center but this has been by far the longest I have gone without an update or items. So disappointed:-/

I received an email stating that they have moved and have better than ever facilities and customer service and fast shipping... so I took a gamble and ordered with them on Saturday afternoon. Since then, my order has not shipped (5 days later). So much for the "Free shipping over $75" because my order was well over $100. Very disappointed in myself for thinking that they have improved things. Needless to say, I don't care how cute their stuff is I will not be ordering from them again. Maybe less marketing and more customer service would benefit this company.

This skirt is so comfortable and cute. It's just a bonus knowing that it is made of organic cotton! I have considered ordering another one and I'm definitely looking at shopping on this site in the future!

I have ordered over $300.00 of items from fashion Nova on November 19...more than 20 days later. I have not received my items nor have I received a tracking number. I have emailed them twice and got the same automated reply about black friday sales and to hold off on emailing them. How rude?
Why advertise fast shipping if you cannot maintain or keep up with orders? Im also afraid to cancel my order and ask for refund because I have seen so many reviews on people who have been getting the run around from them to get back their money.
Fashion Nova really needs to get it together!!!

I literally order from Fashion Nova (FN) every month, sometimes 2 or 3 times a month. I've never had a problem in the past, but as of now I am frustrated. I placed an order on October 23 and have yet to receive my order or at least get any updates on it from FN. I understand they are moving their distribution center but they should put a hold on online ordering or wait to take the money out of customers accounts. Thankfully the items I ordered are just clothes I brought for the winter and are not outfits for an event or my birthday. Here's some advice Fashion Nova, if you want to keep your customers come up with a better way of having them communicate with you. And as for that 30% apology coupon, that's not a big deal because I've been using that code for months

Placed 2 orders with Fashion Nova one on 10/15 and the other on 10/17. Both orders were for 2 day shipping, neither one of them have been shipped. Customer service is a joke, they reply with the standard automated email, stating someone will get back to you within 48-72 hours which is a lie! I just want my money back, I will probably have to dispute through paypal since I cant get anyone to respond via email. I will never buy from this company again! I honestly feel like the good reviews that they do have on here are fake since I can log into instagram and see that the majority of their customers are having the same issue as me.

I ordered from fashion nova and only received 50% of my order no response at all. They certainly took the damn money from my card I am reporting this to my financial institution and putting any future blocks on fashion nova purchases. Please, Please do pay attention to how absolutely perfect those 5 star reviews are something is wrong! As if someone paid them or hired by the company daily to put out good reviews to drown the truth in the bad ones. Never ordering from them again...

Im 100 percent sure that no one will ever beat fashion nova when it comes to delivery time. As of now, they still are offering the same 2 day shipping they offer when their site started and Im so happy that they dont change, in a bad way.

Its a statement! Fashion nova has been there for me, always. The way the products were in their site and as what have been described is pretty much accurate when you receive the item. Expect it also upon three days prior to your initial order... great great great!

I have always been in love by fashion nova. I'm actually a bit boyish but their dresses are just so gorgeous, even for me! This shop is totally worth of my time and money because of their dresses' quality and fast shipping service!

It's really only popular from sending free stuff to people on Instagram other than that they will trick you into thinking it is popular when really they won't send you anything, your money will be taken instantly and then u will receive nothing, currently processing this matter with a lawyer as I think they deserve sueing by now so that they are finally boycotted.
