So they didn't scam, I finally got my order tho almost a month later. However, I was extremely satisfied and it all fit, so I don't have to try to quickly return because they were Christmas presents. Customer Service has redeemed themselves, I was missing a small item, they quickly responded and rectified my concern with an apology. I ordered some more items the same day and got free one day shipping.
This company took my money and didn't provide the product I ordered. They are thieves. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to help and their website is one big loop in terms of looking for support. My items have sat in "label created" mode for 2 weeks. This is consistent with many other reviewers. They turned off their phone lines and the only way to get help is on their website where they just point you to articles that state their store policies. There is no one to help or refund orders.

My husband & I are flying to ATL this weekend for my bday, so I really wanted to make sure I was on point with my wardrobe. I ordered some stuff on Amazon that surprisingly came within 2 days of ordering (as promised). Unfortunately they looked really cheap & nothing like how it looked online, so I was back to square 1 less than a week away from the trip. I found out about Fashion Nova ( aka scam artists) through Blac Chyna's snap (HA!) & they had some really sexy dresses for great prices. Top it off with free 2day shipping which would get here no later than wed-thurs ( according to their shipping policy) it was too good to be true... literally. I ordered my sexy outfit on Sunday 9/10 & here it is Wed 9/13 & I haven't even received anything saying it's been shipped... NADA since I got confirmation of order. Of course my money has been withdrawn already, of course there's no way to talk to a live person. Just automated recordings that direct u to their email & then u get hung up on. I emailed them yesterday morning & got a message saying they reply within 24 hrs... it's now been 36 hrs. No response, dress still not shipped. I am EXTREMELY irritated because now I have to pay more money & go searching for outfits & our flight leaves early Friday morning. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
