I purchased a few pairs of jeans, some heels, along with some other pieces from Fashion Nova, and I had an overall great experience with my shopping trip. Everything that I ordered came in looking like I had expected and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend Fashion Nova for shoes! I only ever buy my heels from there. I also love to buy jeans from there, however the sizing can vary with each style, so I recommend to check measurements before buying.
Placed an order #146084916 on November 11,2024. Still haven't received the package as of today, December 8th. Fashion Nova is not concerned about customers receiving the merchandise, as they have not submitted a claim to UPS nor followed up to assure that I receive the order or a refund. Order at your own risk and hope that you receive your merchandise or you'll only get an automated email response from them, advising you to contact UPS!

When I placed my order I made sure to carefully measure for each article of clothing. Shirts run a size smaller than size chart indicates but I decided to keep. My main issue is I ordered 3 pair of 8" low rise jeans. As you can see from screenshots below they are marked 8" low rise. What I received however are 10" high rise jeans (I incl screenshots of what low, mid & high rise measures for reference). It took 3 messages before I finally received a generic copy & paste response telling me how to purchase a return lable to return their falsely advertised mistakes. I hope fashion nova realizes they just lost A LOT of money from this former customer as I just deleted everything in my cart over lack of customer service & postage on a return lable. They got me, never again. Now I'm stuck paying to return their mistakes to receive store credit that I DON'T want. Due to this company's lack of honesty & integrity I seriously doubt I'll get what I pay for again with my unwanted store credit. I paid credit so it should be re-credited to my card. DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE I DID, shop elsewhere
Tip for consumers:
Don't, zero customer service... you'll pay for their mistakes & deception then get store credit to buy more mistakes & deception.

Jamás he comprado en una página tan complicada para aceptar devolución cómo esta. Cuidado si le compras y no te sirve o gusta el pedido: 1- no te devuelven tu dinero, lo dejan como crédito para que compres con ellos. 2- para solicitar ese reembolso ponen todo extremadamente complicado para que no lo logres. Llevo casi un mes intentado devolver un paquete y el número de orden no me sale en el sistema. Desinstalare la aplicación, y se los recomiendo. Precios similares a tiendas como Zara y sin embargo Fashion Nova no hace tu experiencia agradable. Me siento estafada. Doy una estrella porque no puedo darle cero. Horrible mi experiencia con esta tienda online.

À toutes fois où j'ai passé des commandes en ligne à Fashion nova, je n'ai jamais été decue de la qualité des produits ni des prix. Grâce aux rabais de 30% à 50% sur tout, je peux vous garantir que vous ne trouverez pas mieux ailleurs. Je ne suis jamais déçue de mes achats. En plus, la livraison est très rapide. Je me sens toujours belle et bien dans leurs vêtements.

Ordene 2 vestidos que supuestamente serÃan entregados el lunes y aparecen que lo entregaron y yo nunca los recibÃ, ahora ellos no se quieren hacer responsables, dicen que es problema de UPS y una empleada me dijo que solo por cortesÃa estaba hablando conmigo, y que fashion nova una vez que salÃa el paquete de fon ellos ya no eran responsables, no puedo creer que existan compañÃas tan abusivas cm esta, rateros, y el supervisor no tuvo tiempo de hablar conmigo y según me va a regresar la llamada, pésima compañÃa ojalá y me devuelvan dinero
