I placed an order for about $8,000. The flooring came in great condition and the floor looks amazing (see picture). Our contractor ordered 8 boxes too many and I had no issues returning them to Fast Floors. We saved a lot of money over our local company. We are happy we went with Fast Floors.
Salespeople were polite and very helpful. After they received payment, the delivery company made 2 appts for delivery and neither was correct. When they finally showed up, they lost one item and the flooring was damaged. The driver left before we could inspect shipment and forged my name on paperwork, stating I received shipment in good condition. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with Fastfloors for 2 days, but they will only communicate by email. Now they are refusing to acknowledge the damage because the driver forged my name. Upon opening the boxes, most of the planks were chipped in ALL 30 boxes of flooring. Purchase 2/12/21; delivery 3/9/21
We were referred by the guy installing our floor. We were very impressed with the selection and the great customer service. Our flooring was delivered on time.
Very bad experience, delayed delivery and products were damaged, customer service was horrible? Now I understand why so many complaints in Better Business Bureau against them
I order my flooring in July 2021 and ask to have it delivered October 30,2021 I was reassured that that would not be a problem. The week before I was to received it I reach out to the sales person Robert Hinson who said yes my delivery would be there on the 30.As I waited on the 30 from 8 till 4 the next day I reached out to them and got no response left a message. The next day Brooke from customer service call me and I was mistaken that the 30 was the day it was to be in there warehouse and not to be deliver till next week.So as I wait till the next week Brooke contacts me Wednesday night to tell me that they are going to deliver the floor tomorrow and gave me a number to contact the delivery service. When I call the number Brooke gave me they said that my delivery was not today that they haven't even schedule it yet now they are saying Monday. This company can not be trusted and if anyone thing this was a small order it was11,000 dollars. The sales people and the manager pretend that they care about you then once they have your money your at there mercy and that's the reason there prices are cheaper than everyone else
When I called to place my order Jason quoted me the price per square foot for hardwood flooring. Being a responsible buyer for our company, I was doing the math as he was working up the quote and came up with a much lower total. I asked him to break the cost down he could not. When I confronted him about it there was dead silence because he had padded the final quote! At that point I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that a supervisor wasn't there... No supervisor, sure (eye roll). When I kept insisting he hung up on me. I WILL be reporting this company to the BBB! They should change the website name to FastTalking instead of Fastfloors and potential customers should ask them to give an account for the quote they're given! Better yet, find a company that has integrity!
Update to Response:
It's not surprising to me that since this unethical company lied trying to make a sale that they would lie in response to a negative review to try and redeem themselves. In truth, I was the one that was hung up on. I can certainly understand that he didn't want to be exposed for trying to cheat customers. No surprise there.
We always try our very best to make our customers happy as we have for over 25 years now. We don't have any problem with a customer speaking with a manager however in this case the manager was on another call. We advised the customer the manager would return the call but unfortunately the customer then became irate and abusive, then proceeded to hang up on our rep. We would suggest to this customer in the future they would be much more successful practicing a higher level of decorum.
I recently ordered 1300 sq feet of flooring from FastFloors. They went above and beyond the normal standards for providing assistance. My order was held up due to one piece of trim that was backordered. I was notified that my shipment was not shipping on the scheduled date, when I called they explained the backorder situation to me, and when I explained that I had people coming to lay the flooring before the expected backorder could ship, the customer service representative had my order shipped that day and the shipped the back order two days later all with free shipping. I have never ordered flooring online before and I was understandably nervous. The customer service representatives were excellent at working with me. They took the time to go over the warranty, what to expect with shipping, and answered any questions that I had. The packaging for the shipping was fantastic. My order arrived on time, with the exception of the back ordered piece, it was all correct, no damaged or missing pieces. The price was fantastic, the quality of the flooring was top notch. I can't stress how pleased I was with the experience. I will order from FastFloors again.

Bankrupt and still taking orders.
Excellent experience. Couldn't be happier with the service and time of delivery. Everything looks great now that it is delivered. Thank you Fast Floors for saving me money on my flooring project!
My wife & I started researching flooring options for our new home almost immediately after closing on the home in late 2020. After extension research, we choose Luxury Vinyl Planks from a well known manufacturer.
We met with local distributorss, scanned thru Amazon and Wayfare, and then various search engines.
There are lots of flooring guys online! I started to reach out to them one by one. Usually, the first contact was via email or their website form. Some would follow up with us quicker than others. Many of the salespeople were aggressive, almost reminding me of old school used car salesmen (no offense to the car guys). There were only a few that were persistent, but yet helpful.
This is where Jason at FastFloors.com got my attention. He responded to the web form with a phone call and an email. He was very patient with us, we changed our minds several times. He actually listened to what we were saying, and then tried to resolve it for us. He also balanced his follow up very well. We never once felt pressure to purchase.
The new flooring was delivered, right to my driveway, within 15 days. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. We had a GREAT experience working with Jason and the rest of the crew at Fast Floors.
In the end we chose the ADURA Max Apex LVP from Mannington. We started to install it this week (really nice flooring). I had to reach out to Jason again last night to purchase some additional trim pieces. He called me back promptly, and the order has been processed.
I highly recommend working with Jason and the team at FastFloors.com

I have been meaning to write this review for months and - finally I can tell the world what I think about fastfloors.com.
One word best describes them: OUTSTANDING
I barely read review and mainly because out of a 100 great reviews - everyone will always pay attention to the bad ones. I stumbled upon this lovely company and was quite impressed. I talked to a girl who knew everything there was to know about Teragren Bamboo. She listened to what I needed in terms of installation and told me what to use. I originally wanted the Teragren Synergy Strand - I liked the different lengths of boards. I needed a floating application and she told me I had to use the Wide plank version - it is the only one that floats.
My purchase was made - 2600sf and I had a residential delivery. The time line was perfect. I had my flooring 5 days later and I was chomping at the bit to install. Luckily fastfloors.com told me I had to let the floor acclimate at least 72 hours - my sales girl said - wait a week. I did and I am overjoyed with the end result!
Excellent sales rep took care of my needs. Price was fair for discontinued item shipping was fast aswell
Salesman Christian Diaz telephones and emails repeatedly, asking if I've "made a decision" and "what [he] can do to earn [my] business", and up until today, my response has been the same -- NO, I haven't made a decision yet, because you haven't done the ONE THING I asked you to do to earn my business: tell me how much the tile I want is going to cost. Today, my response was "You -still- haven't given me the price quote I asked for. I placed an order with one of your competitors last Friday."
Other people from FastFloors have been emailing me, too: General Manager Gerard Cuozzo assures me that their goals include "You get immediate return calls or email responses" -- nope, I have received NO email responses at all from anyone; it doesn't appear that anyone there even reads emails -- and "You get the pricing to fit your budget" -- nope, NO pricing information at all so far -- and "We answer all of your questions" -- nope, NO answers at all, just more empty words about how important my business is to them. Sorry, Gerard, you're 0-for-3 there. My business obviously isn't all THAT important to you, or you'd respond to my emails at least once or twice. Customer Success Manager Greg Thompson writes "I wanted to just make sure that we did everything we could to earn your business" -- nope, you haven't done ANYthing -- and " If there is anything more we could do for you, please make sure to contact me and let me know" -- nope, I DID contact you to tell you that Christian isn't giving me a price quote, and you never responded.
My experience is that this company is long on talk and short on action.
The 100% TOTAL LACK OF RESPONSE to my emails -- when I'm just a *potential* customer, and they're [supposedly] trying to "earn my business" -- does not bode well for how they might respond if there's a problem with an order AFTER they have my money.
So do what I did: buy somewhere else, anywhere else, from a dealer that responds to customer inquiries with useful, meaningful information instead of a long stream of BS.
Tip for consumers:
Pricing. They seem to be doing all they can to AVOID providing pricing information to potential customers.

Great company. I recently ordered over 1500 feet of flooring from them. The flooring came on time and no damage
Robert and team were extremely timely in reaching out to me and securing my order. Pricing was excellent and I now eagerly await the product.
I ordered a few thousand dollars worth of material for a project and as luck would have it a mistake was made and the company is unwilling to accept responsibility. I don't have any experience/vast knowledge of the flooring industry so I called in to spoke with a sales representative (Christian) that should have more experience than I do. I read off the list of materials that I needed (as provided by my installer) and everything seemed to be received fine until I asked for the shoe molding. The salesperson told me that they did not have shoe molding for this manufacturer (Bruce, that matched the flooring I ordered) but they have quarter round in their system which is the same thing. I told him that based on my limited knowledge that they were NOT the same and I needed shoe molding to match the floor and molding I currently have in my house. Christian was adamant about them being the same, so I agreed to receive them due to the fact that they were in stock (I needed them quickly) and he said that I could return them if there was a problem. Of course, there was a problem, they did not match what I had, so I called back in to the store and spoke with Christian again. He was very irritated when I told him that the quarter round is NOT what I asked for. He told me, again, that they were the same thing and that if my installers did not know how to install them to match what I have that I should get different installers, then he said that there was nothing he could do and that I needed to speak with Leah to file a claim. NOW, they are denying the claim because they said the salesperson is NOT responsible for the orders and essentially is was up to me to know what I was ordering. IF, that was the case, the salesperson would have told me that they did not have what was requested and we could have just moved on but he fought for this sale. There was no offer/attempt to resolve the issue at all. Absolutely no regard for the customers needs. At the end of the day, they use strong-arm tactics with their customers and I lost $700 as a result. I, for one, will never use this company again and am spreading the word. Oh, and btw, their prices were not the best

Other items were either incorrect or was not received until after the project was completed.
The customer ordered quarter round which is stated on their invoice. We sent the customer Quarter Round/Shoe Molding that the manufacturer produces. The manufacturer only produces one type of molding for this installation. If the customer had current molding that was not produced by the manufacturer, there is no way for there to be an exact match. Since this customer received what they ordered, the claim was denied. Had the customer received the wrong product, we would have replaced the material for them.
Chris was very helpful with our flooring shopping. He researched what we told him we needed and found the very best price for us.
Flooring arrived quickly with no damage. Very happy with my purchase and most importantly the savings.
I ordered a sample tile. I was hoping to get it quickly, as the deadline for my project is fast-approaching. I had options of where to get it, but ordering from "FastFloors.com" seemed like a good idea. When I submitted my order, I received a notice that I would get an email when my order had shipped. A few days passed, and I got no email. In the days that followed, I submitted 3 emails, trying to get a status update on my order. I got no response. I finally called today and was told, "Oh, we shut down our whole samples operation." Why did no one tell me this? Why can people still order samples via their website? Why didn't anyone (especially you -- Greg Thompson, Customer Success Manager) respond to my emails? I lost a week and a half waiting for these people. I'm definitely not placing another order with them.
UPDATE: Wow -- this company can't reply to emails about an actual order, but somehow finds the time to respond to online reviews on this site. Crazy.
Thanks to the company's response below, I did find the email that the company sent, notifying me that my order would not be fulfilled. It was in my spam folder. I want the company to understand that I did check my spam folder back when I was expecting to hear from them, but I missed this email because it didn't come from or reference "fastfloors." The email was from a Christian Diaz at cgfloors.com. So when I searched for "fastfloors" in my spam, nothing showed up. But I concede they (or rather, cgfloors) sent it. What bugs me, though, is that they never responded to any of my emails asking about the status of my order. How hard would that have been? And why is their website even taking orders for samples when they have no intention of fulfilling those orders? It's telling that their response to my review ignores those problems. I am glad I ultimately bought my tiles elsewhere and avoided this company.
Customer placed order on August 8th (Saturday). On August 10th at 8:32 AM (Monday) the customer received the below email. We took out names and emails to protect privacy. We are not open on weekends so unfortunately it did take us until Monday to respond to him. Sorry it was not quick enough to meet his deadline. Unfortunately, we can't make all customers happy but we do try to respond as quickly as possible like we did in this case.

Subject: Flooring Sample Purchase
Hello Matthew,
This is (Rep Name) reaching out with FastFloors in regards to a sample purchase you made.
We currently have no stock of the sample and you have not been billed. It is best to try and source samples locally. Once you come to a conclusion on the product you want, reach out to us and we can offer the flooring at wholesale prices. My direct line is listed below if you have any questions.
We look forward to your business. Please reach out to me once you are ready for a flooring quote.
I should have stuck with my gut after reviewing the reviews of this company and fastfloors.com. Initially, they were very nice (who wouldn't be when they want your money?), but two days after placing our order, we ended up finding a bit of a better deal locally. Since the employees here told us our tile wouldn't be shipped out until Monday, we figured we would just cancel our order. Upon attempting to cancel, we were told the manufacturer wanted to charge a ~40% restocking fee! They were apologetic as if it was an unfortunate thing they could do nothing about, except for the little fact that they didn't inform us of the restocking fee with a cancelled order. (I can see a restocking fee if I received the tile or if the order had physically been pulled and was ready to ship, but not when no moving of tile has been done.) So here I'm thinking, "Why are we getting charged a restocking fee when the manufacturer hasn't even pulled the tile yet?" Mind you, we placed the order on Tuesday and now this is Thursday.
Then this afternoon, we receive another phone call that our tile is now delayed a few days because catalfamo gallery/fastfloors held it from the truck on Thursday in case we decided to cancel and now the manufacturer won't place in on the truck until Monday. That's when we decided to dig a bit deeper and found out the manufacturer is indeed NOT charging a restocking fee, but catalfamo gallery/fastfloors is! Deceptive practice! My husband brought up this fact to them and they argued their case about commission and having paid people already and what not. NOT OUR PROBLEM! They are not a honest company and I truly regret doing business with them. It's not worth it.
And you know they had the audacity to offer us a $250 discount on our next order with them?! As if we would ever order from them again! Shop local and if local includes them, shop elsewhere.
Not sure where to start here but there seems to be a communication issue. This order was placed by a gentleman whom we've been working with closely. The order was placed for material that is special order for us and there is no cancellation. That is clearly listed on the order and in the terms and conditions at checkout. The customer called us two days after the order was placed stating he was thinking of cancelling the order and getting it locally. We explained that it could not be cancelled however there would most likely be a restocking fee if we were able to. The customer spoke with a local office however the manufacturer is national and we do not deal with that office. We then received an email from the customer that stated "do not cancel the order" so we followed those directions and set the shipping process in motion. The customer then called again today again asking about canceling the order. He spoke with our manager and explained he needed more material. Our manager agreed to give him a $250. Discount on that order. The customer told us that was fine and thanked us for working with them. The customer did realize that the savings were not as great as he thought since buying locally he would have to pay sales tax. That was the last we heard from the customer, then received this review. We did everything we could to satisfy the customer and also never spoke with anyone other than our customer who was completely satisfied. If there's anything further we can do we will be happy to do so. We have never spoken with anyone other then the gentleman that placed the order with us.
This was a great company to work with. Clayton is awesome. The floor is BEAUTIFUL. The price was right. It shipped great. I would highly recommend.
Chris Cadena was excellent and on top of things from the start. We needed extra material and received it asap. Thanks Chris
