I placed an order for about $8,000. The flooring came in great condition and the floor looks amazing (see picture). Our contractor ordered 8 boxes too many and I had no issues returning them to Fast Floors. We saved a lot of money over our local company. We are happy we went with Fast Floors.
Salespeople were polite and very helpful. After they received payment, the delivery company made 2 appts for delivery and neither was correct. When they finally showed up, they lost one item and the flooring was damaged. The driver left before we could inspect shipment and forged my name on paperwork, stating I received shipment in good condition. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with Fastfloors for 2 days, but they will only communicate by email. Now they are refusing to acknowledge the damage because the driver forged my name. Upon opening the boxes, most of the planks were chipped in ALL 30 boxes of flooring. Purchase 2/12/21; delivery 3/9/21
I was looking for an online store that had a good price on Tesoro tiles when I found these guys. I checked out their reviews and liked what I saw, so I placed my order. SInce my time frame was pretty short and my delivery requirements were unusual, I did everything over the phone. Well, they came through and met all my needs: great price, quick delivery, and delivery method that worked for me. I was really impressed with the condition of the tiles when they arrived - carefully palletized and securely wrapped so that I had zero damage in transit. These are great people to do business with and I highly recommend them.
Tried to buy ~$410 of flooring for 100+ sf new shed. We were paying for shipping. However, once we went to place the order, they rejected it and would not place it. They said it had to be $500+ without shipping.

I had a few questions about the product I was interested in. I was provided with wonderful responses in a timely manner. The entire process was very smooth and arrived as promised. I was kept informed throughout the entire process by email communication. The product arrived and was exactly as expected. Would highly recommend this company!
The representative that assisted me in placing my order was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I reviewed the order and found one mistake so I called back. The error was quickly corrected and my order was on its' way. Order arrived a couple of days early. Was complete and in perfect condition.

I was very impressed with the service from the moment I called. Clayton was extremely courteous and professional. I was quoted a very reasonable price for my flooring, and it was delivered the very next week. I had a fabulous experience with Fast Floors and have already recommended them to friends.
Greg was great and very attentive in helping us with ordering and delivering our flooring. We searched for this flooring for months and found it through Fast Floors at a price that couldn't be beat! We just had it installed and couldn't be more pleased with the product. We will refer business to them in the future.
I was in a predicament with a partial order of bamboo flooring purchased through another company leaving me short ~20% to complete my install. Per the manufacturer this flooring SKU was no longer being distributed so I contacted many flooring companies with absolutely no luck.
Fastfloors.com was going to be my last attempt and luckily Chris took my call. He was super helpful, very transparent, and took the time to contact a vendor and track down the boxes I needed! During the same call Chris was also able to get my "small" retail order submitted and now I can finally breathe a sigh of relief...

We were under a very tight time frame with the remodel of a Park City Condo, and heard heard good things about Fast Floors. Not only did they come through for us on timing, but the floors look amazing! We couldn't be happier with the product and the experience. We will for sure use them on our next project!
We purchased LVP floors and worked with Chris (Cadena-Cort). He always answered my calls and responded immediately to any questions I had. He also reached out to the manufacturer to confirm a question I had about installation. We ordered the product 2-3 business days ago so I can really only comment on my experience so far but there haven't been any issues/concerns. From the information I had, pricing seemed very fair and Chris was able to quickly source the inventory I needed.

Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring.
I bought 17 boxes of LVP flooring. The delivery process was difficult. Of the 17 boxes (136 pieces), there were 6 that were very damaged and 4-5 others that were damaged but still could be partially used. I submitted a claim for 1 full box (8 pieces) to replace the damaged ones. Fortunately, I had many pictures of the damaged boxes and well as the damaged content. Since I installed the flooring myself, it took longer than expected.
Although I was right up to the claim submission date, Marcia guided me through the submission (through their website) but wasn't sure that it would be successful. Within a couple of weeks, the new box arrived. My thanks to Marcia for all of her help to retain a customer satisfied.
Fast floors canceled my order due to "damaged stock" and didn't bother to contact me. I emailed * After a few day of not receiving a confirmation of shipping email with no response. I then called and was told that the order was canceled. I tried to leave a message for * and still have not received a response.

I was nervous to order online but the process over the phone ended up giving me confidence in Fast Floors. Everything worked out great! Would highly recommended!
Fastfloors.com is also getfloorsonline.com. Horrible experience on $6800 order. Very deceptive firm. First, flooring price appeared a savings versus Lowes but then a $670 shipping fee wiped out savings (vs. Lowes free or $79 delivery fee). Second, got told item was backordered unlike Lowes. Third, and most important, delivery did not include all items and pallets were overloaded and crushed to the point the shipper could not unload product. We manually unloaded over 50 boxes at 66 lbs each. We immediately submitted a claim (on a Thursday) for the missing and damaged items but were told by Marcia we'd have to photograph each individual piece by Monday or the claim would be denied. That was impossible for us. The claim was denied... we we're even denied the missing items. Marcia was unfriendly and unsympathetic. Last, we realized the salesman asked us to pay via an echeck, later, realizing that limits customer ability to dispute. Overall, a cunning firm. Lowes would have returned, replaced, provided missing items... and cost the same in the end.
Tip for consumers:
Insist on knowing shipping costs beforehand. Insist on paying via credit card, not e-check, to allow later dispute if needed. Avoid Marcia in claims.
I do a significant amount of online shopping and frequently read reviews in order to make a decision whether to purchase an item or not. I have never written a review of my own before, but felt compelled to write this because of the number of negative reviews out there. I was a little skeptical because many of the negative reviews were complaints about delays in shipping. I decided to take the risk as the price was good and we were somewhat flexible in the timing of the delivery. I placed an order for luxury vinyl tile on August 17,2020. The shipment arrived in proper condition on August 24,2020 which was in the exact time frame in which they indicated it would arrive. At the time of the order, they informed me that it would be 5 to 7 business days for the product to reach them and then additional time to ship from Illinois to Ohio. Further, I spoke with multiple people on the phone on different occasions prior to placing the order and all were knowledgeable and helpful. It is without hesitation that I give Fast Floors a 5 star review.
I had one broken tile and needed it replaced to finish two commercial bathrooms. Marcia, worked with me to get the supplier to expedite the material so the job could get completed in a timely manner.
If I could give them a negative rating I would. First off they do not offer samples. Secondly, their website showed a photo of (2' x 2') dark gray carpet with no color in the description. When the carpet arrived it was blue. We called and discussed with them the problem and asked if we could exchange the carpet for another color. They said that we would have to pay for shipping both ways and a 25% restocking fee. We talked to several different people in an effort to get the fee waived since we were exchanging the product due to their poorly designed website. FastFloors said it was the manufacturers policy and they could not do anything about it. We contacted the manufacturer and they informed us that they don't charge a restocking fee. When we told FastFloors this information, they said sorry, we will charge you a 25% restocking fee regardless. We sent the carpet back to the manufacturer, which is where it came from and disputed the charge with our CC company. Now FastFloors is claiming that we owe them the whole amount! Crooks and poor customer service are nice words describing this company. Stay away, far away. Instead go to * like we did!

BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased 73 boxes of flooring and the shipping company rescheduled once, no showed on first delivery attempt and when they showed up 2 days later they only had 3 of the 73 boxes and no transition pieces on their truck. Took them a day to inform me that the missing boxes were located but that it would be another 4 days to receive it. This morning I called to reconfirm delivery and they lost the order AGAIN! 4 days of missed work and absolutely no help from anyone at this compan. I repeatedly called and emailed the sales person, Lacey the manager In claims and the
General Manager. Of the 3 boxes I received one came in completely damaged! AWFUL experience and suggest buyers to use anyone other than this company… they need to rename the company to LOST and NEVER FOUND Flooring!

I ordered Coretec but almost a month later I Still DO not have my flooring. Only recieved 3 boxes of 73 ordered and no one will call me back! Literally called 4 times left vm and when agent finally answered she said Lacey the supervisor was on the other line but would call me back. She never bothered to do so. Reached out to GM and again no call or email.

Great experience from start to finish. Ordered 112 boxes of tiles and only 7 arrived broken. They promptly sent 3 boxes to replace the broken tiles. Marcia in particular was extremely helpful.
