I also saved around $400 over the cost locally even with paying the extra shipping. Also, was surprised, no broken tiles or scratched hardwood a definite plus.

Chris was wonderful. He was able to answer all my questions about the product I was interested in. I purchased Soho Chevron Maple and was a bit weary of purchasing online due to the product being so fragile. However, Chris assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Ordered during the Covid pandemic this year had some time for a remodel! Was very nervous specially during these times to spend $5000 over the internet but they had good service and right price. I ordered 22 boxes of Somerset Hardwood solid flooring from FastFloors. The quote per square foot was very reasonable. Once the shipping was added, the total amount was a good deal. I am anxiously awaiting the product to arrive in a couple of weeks and hopefully it will arrive accurately and healthy.

I just ordered my floors yesterday and I'd like to specifically thank Jason, the customer service rep/sales person that assisted me with placing my order via telephone. Jason was extremely pleasant from the moment he took my call. He answered all of my questions and even asked me a few to ensure that we placed the correct order. What truly sold me is just before he finalized my orderhe wanted to double check what he called, "the good supply" to make sure there was actually enough stock to fill my order. Only after he confirmed the "good supply" did he place the order. On top of that, I had to call again today with a follow-up question and Jason talked me through their process and put me in direct contact with the specific person handling the next phase -- scheduling the shipping. I just finished a remodel and highly recommend Fast Floors for your flooring needs. Matthew and his team were extremely helpful in helping me pick the best products for my needs and budget as well as walking me through the installation. I had planned to only replace half the flooring in the house, but I liked the product so much that I ordered more and did the whole house.

I bought 600 worth of molding, My floor is a medium orange wood and the moldings came Dark Grey.

I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months now and just counted the emails, I have sent them 26 so far. I have even sent them pictures.

For the flooring you get to review and sign off on delivery but for some reason the moulding didn't let me do that.

I purchased 2100 sqft of wood look tile and while I was concerned purchasing online, Clayton assured me that I was covered by both the manufacturer warranty and any damage that may occur during shipment. Well, my concerns were put at ease very quickly. Fast Floors delivered the flooring in 4 days and not one piece was damaged. I saved approximately 30% over my local store and I am very happy I made the decision to go with Fast Floors. Spending over $13,000, online, was very scary but going with Fast Floors was an excellent decision. I would highly suggest Fast Floors for your flooring purchase.

When I placed my order the salesman was very helpful. As soon as I had a problem he blew me off! I received the wrong flooring. The driver refused to take it back. It took 2 weeks to find my flooring. The delivery company was supposed to pick up the wrong floor and leave mine. I received no notification of delivery. They dumped the flooring at the end of my driveway when I was not home. Several boxes were damaged and several slid off the pallet. I still have the other flooring. The instructions I received in case of damage were useless. They emphasized making notes on the drivers paperwork. The first delivery was paperless due to COVID and I was not home for the second delivery. I will do a follow up review after this issue is handled if it ever is! What a nightmare!

We purchased 8 x 72 wood look tile. Everything looks amazing. We received 8 pallets and nothing was damaged. Fast Floors has great people and great service. I would highly recommend Fast Floors to anyone looking for flooring.

They lie and give you the run around. I am currently waiting for a full refund on an order I placed a month ago and never received. Every interaction with them was nothing but lies and circles.
