My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!

FedEx has claimed to have delivered my husbands wedding band. Keyword claimed! I have been home everyday all day and nothing has arrived. They are saying it was signed for but refuse to provide me with that proof. All I can say is I'm now missing a wedding band and will never use FedEx again.
Extremely slow and their tracking is wishful thinking on their part! The world on Who's time? Over three days to move less than 300 miles and they might get the address right the last time they delivered something i had to search the neighbor hood at the suggestion of customer service to find my package. Frustrating to do business with them from now on i am changing my package delivery company.
Horrible, just horrible service. I get it- we are coming out of an pandemic, but really, shipments have been late consistently.
My family is using meal deliveries, and in five weeks it has been late every single time. Three times we had to throw out the food completely.

Had a terrible experience with 9648 Kenwood Rd Blue Ash OH ******* location. The person at counter was very rude for answering a simple question. Had the impression they don't want customer coming to the store to use their services. The people at the counter need to understand without customer they have no business. Would be better to start treating customer bit better. Its not like they offer service for free nor charity.

Fedex is less than credible as an organization. How can we trust a company to deliver goods we pay for when they are on the news for their drivers kidnapping and killing children and they are "losing" packages that were supposed to be delivered in town when we know they are straight stealing them. Absolutely ridiculous
Every time I'm expecting a FedEx delivery I get an SMS notification saying that there was a failed attempt to deliver the package for no reason. Then I have to figure out a way to get customer service to tell me where my package even is, which might take about a week.
Extremely disappointed.

We have reschedule the delivery and package was delivered on the previously described delivery date. It took us 5 minutes to explain the call service center the actual issue and then they said they can't do anything. I just lost the good worth 50+ euro just because this guys don't understand the meaning of postponed delivery.
I would leave no stars if I could and unfortunately since my favorite workout clothes store only uses them to ship I won't be ordering anymore. My package was at a PA facility since Friday and just left today. Worst delivery company and I don't know why people use them
Package once again not delivered when it was even already on the truck. Says business closed or nobody home. This is not a business and I have been here all day waiting on package that I don't even need to sign for. This is ridiculous. Not the first time this has happened.
Tracking my package every 12 hours my package moves roughly 150 miles... in 3 days it has moved 350 miles... what a joke. It has 1,500 more miles to go... it will never make the delivery date if the driver keeps stopping for coffee and doughnuts. Worst f%_$ing shipper ever.!

I had faced multiple issues with FedEx delivery within span of two weeks.
Never order costly items with FedEx.
In my case, as AT&T is tied with FedEx. So second time also AT&T courier mobile with fedex. Two times FedEx didn't deliver the mobile.
Second time when i called fedex agent, the agent said instead of delivering to our address the driver delivered another address and told that driver will collect and handover in 2 days. Even after 5 days, there is no update. When i called on 6th day to the agent, the agent replied to contact shipper and file lost claim,.
Worst experience. Stay away from fedex..

Contacted fedex to inquire about possible discounts for shipping for our business. Was told a sales rep would call within two days. After 5 days called again and was now told that they will only call if they think it will be worth while.
How fedex gets any new business is beyond me.
They mixed up the labels on my packages and my cat's urgent medication arrived weeks after it was supposed to - they admitted they had put the wrong label on for someone else's package and the delay was because of that. My cat died because of them and all they did was ignore and insult me when I informed them of what had happened. I will be contacting all media and press interested with proof.
For many years Fed Ex was my courier of choice. Not any more; every shipment is either days/weeks late or shipped across the nation and back again. We have received unreasonably late shipments that contained perishable items and every one had to be sent back.; The worst part is that Fed Ex keeps posting on the tracking website for the next day, the next day, the next 3-4 days, then pending and then No Tracking Available. We also have packages sitting for days at the local station and still not delivered.
The fact all of the packages are way beyond the original delivery dates is frustrating enough, but all the delivery times Fed Ex keeps updating are wrong and you end waiting for a delivery that never happens. Presently for any items that might be coming to us, I am requesting the shipper does not use Federal Express. I will not be using Federal Express for anything I ship.
10 Boxes expected to be shipped from Canada to Dubai, were played with. They messed up my university and personal files, missing files and books, broken computers and monitors. To my surprise by mistake these unprofessional people put a supposedly an overnight priority box of live reptiles in my items. The reptiles of course belong to another client who is a victim also. Given the mistake and the long flight, the reptiles were dead and my house was filled with awful smell. As a big animal lover this upset me a lot thinking about the horrible way the reptiles died! My valuable items are broken and my files are missing and played with. Horrible horrible horrible company! They did not compensate me or take this seriously! #animalcrueelty

I ordered parts from Charbroil on 7/3 and was disappointed to discover FedEx was the shipper. It's now the evening of 7/8 when they were promised... not here. I found out the parts have been in some FedEx place in Georgia for 3 days and there's no estimate now. Great job FedEx! Don't fall for it the Ex in FedEx should stand for Extremely unreliable or Excessively slow.
This has got to be the worst shipping service available. We paid for three day shipping but it never arrived on time. They even passed the parcel on to another company to deliver. I think even one star is too high a rating.
Takes 2 days for a package to go 30 miles. It then sits in a facility for 3 days before it moves again. Fed Ex constantly pushed out delivery dates. Use USPS or UPS if you want anything delivered in a timely manner.
Not delivered on time and actually never delivered at all. I had to pick it up at a local Walgreens 7 days after the delivery date noted in the app. Complete mess from beginning to end. I will never use this company again.
Don't use FedEx has your shipping company they are the worst. They pick and choose what package needs a signature even when you didn't request a signature. They say they attempt to deliver my package but no one has knocked my door & now it's says they don't know the ETA of my package when you call. And when I try to track it my package isn't traceable.
Package which was urgent as it was a medication was very late in arriving. Not put on the truck for delivery therefore remained at facility until writer called to complain. Unacceptable, as this was not the first time.

Since FedEx will not deliver packages to my apartment, they cannot find the doorbell to get a required signature, I tried to have them deliver to the leasing office. FedEx could not deliver the package because they need an apartment number. This is a leasing office, not an apartment.
The past three deliveries with FedEx were all delayed for some reason. One of the shipments was pretty important, I even paid more money to have it shipped/delivered sooner, but it also got delayed. What's the point of paying for expedited shipping with guaranteed delivery by a certain date when it always get delayed?! Not happy with FedEx
FedEx treats you like you're a number. The second your package is marked "Delayed", they will completely ghost you - no more tracking info, no more current package location - nothing. I'm getting this treatment on an Overnight Delivery of a rare aquarium fish, that is now, undoubtedly dead. When will I receive the dead fish? I have no idea, because I am just a worthless number to FedEx. Tell everyone you know to stay the hades away from FedEx!
Fedex is the Robber Barren company that could care less about the PEOPLE (customers). I have been burned by them several times. This last debacle Fedex decided to wait until the very last second to deliver my important package. The parcel sat in a warehouse literally for 3 days before it went out for delivery. I noticed UPS does not duplicate this selfish practice, they get the item to you as soon as they can.
