Fed Ex's quality and customer service have gone down the tubes. Every time I am waiting for a delivery from Fed EX it is always delayed. Currently, I am waiting for a set of tires, I have made the appointment twice now to have the tires put on and I have had to call the mechanic twice to cancel. I have received 3
different delivery dates and when I call, they say it is because there is a "backlog" in my area. This means everyone else's packages are more important than mine and this is after paying for expedited shipping, which is now being refunded after a meltdown! Fed EX needs to do better! There has been nothing enjoyable about this experience! So over them.

I get nervous every time I order something and it is being sent by FedEx. So far in the last 3 months of living in my new house I have had 2 packages completely go missing after being marked "out for delivery." I have a had soooo many delays that I cannot count them. I have had to drive to FedEx in another city 4 times to pick up my own packages, because they couldn't find my new address even with specific instructions and while all of the other shipping companies could. I wish corporations would stop using FedEx, but it must be the most cost effective option and companies care about the bottom line before the concerns of the customer.

A replacement Toshiba TV from Hisense has not shown up two days after promised delivery. Signature required.so I have waited at home for two days and still no TV despite their promises of delivery each day.

I'VE REQUESTED A MANAGER AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. I'M GOING TO GET AN ATTORNEY AT THIS POINT. PISS POOR SERVICE!
Customer service is horrible. They aren't knowledgeable to assist at all. I received my shipment with a ton of damage to my breakables. They couldn't inform me how to check the status on the claim. They had no problem billing my order but they didn't put the discount on. The website has no information regarding my invoices and after now two weeks they want me to wait another 48 hours for an account executive to return my call. The tracking was totally erroneous in showing that my packages literally sat without movement on certain days and was not precise with the delivery time. Was called to pick them up when tracking was not showing they had even been delivered. I would not recommend them for your shipments or the coveted JD Powers award for excellence in customer service. If I could do a half star I would.
Fedex has my house address yet everytime they have lazy drivers that just take it to the post office. I don't have a PO Box and am home everytime they supposedly try to deliver (which they never even drive by my house). Don't use FedEx unless you don't want your packages!
They lie and claim no one was home when we were home the entire time they're just lazy scumbags who can't even read.

I left my cell phone at a hotel when I was on vacation. I sent a shipping label to the hotel, and they sent it, but the package was rerouted by Fedex, then I was told it was delayed, then it was lost, then found, then was part of a fraud investigation and was with their legal team, then suddenly was damaged and with the dangerous goods department, and then I wasn't even allowed to go to pick it up. Four agents hung up on me when I called about it. Send something with Fedex and you'll NEVER SEE IT EVER AGAIN! But- they are very happy to take your money. Sounds illegal, but I guess they get away with it.
I've been waiting for four days for a package to be delivered after FedEx claims it was delivered. Keep calling every day and am told the same thing: the package is out for delivery. One day, was told package was signed by someone that doesn't even work in the building. The next day was told the driver attempted to deliver the package at 5:20 pm but that delivery was denied. Today i'm told the package is out for delivery. FedEx is the worst!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered an item whilst staying at an AirBnB, had to change accommodation unexpectedly and spent a week trying to change the delivery address. Three different people ensured us that the address had been changed, consistent delays and misinformation on their app and still the package was delivered to the initial address where they let a stranger sign for the package without ID. Nobody is able to do their jobs ok the back end and despite their apparently being three delivery notes attached to the packaged they were all ignored. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone other than an AI bot and the assistants via the live chat are completely bone idle and useless. Never in my life have I experienced a "courier service" as pathetic and incompetent as FEDEX UK. You deserve bankruptcy.
My shipment got to the Forest Park hub in 2 days and has been sitting there for the past 3 days. Don't know how anybody would choose them
$200 for shipping. Box showed up nine days late. When contacting FedEx no compensation, and was told that I could not speak with a manager. There are other shippers cheaper and better quality business. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Spent hours trying to speak to a real person, while trying to track my parcel which was late as usual, the tracking system telling me it will be delivered that day to my house in England while it was still sitting in the USA. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last 3 weeks. You get no response to emails, or from the complaints team. The worst company i have ever dealt with

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.

Memphis, Tennessee is an air hub. If your package was shipped by air for some or all of its journey, it likely was sent to Memphis.
