My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Additionally, their tracking system provides detailed updates, allowing customers to stay informed about their shipments' whereabouts. However, there are areas for improvement. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Over the past year, I have had about a dozen or more deliveries from them and they only delivered 2 of those packages without issues or delays. They cannot give me reasons as to why they keep giving me issues with my packages. I have attached the latest issue. I understand it says estimated delivery, but I still don't have the package and they can't give me any updates outside of it's still not at the correct delivery location yet. Don't give me a delivery date estimate if you can't delivery within a day or two of that date.
Not sure what is with this FedEx company or it's just in my area, but this isn't the first time. Several several several times have I had an important package with perishable foods or even today where my delivery for the same item came into different packages and some how ended up on two different tricks. Long story short this has happened on multiple times where my package will not arrive on time and the food will end up spoiling and I will have to toss it out, a few times where my package was dropped off at a completely different house, every single time something is shipped by them there is an issue, I have no clue what's going on with this company, never have this issue with ups
Expected Delivery Saturday 3/19. Then late in afternoon, tracking shows I changed Delivery Options to a future date. I did not change anything. I waited all day for package.
I made 2 calls to customer service, they opened investigation and opened my complaint.
I got a call back and was told that they might have information by Monday. No one can tell me when I will get my package.
This review is not about delayed delivery. This review is about bad delivery drivers. Company not able to give you information about your package and about company employee taking liberties to change Delivery Options with out consent.

They are the worst out of all companies. They will put packages on our side porch that doesn't get used even in the rain. All others open our porch screen door and place them there. When we have to sign for a package, they walk up with the "missed you" note to stick on the door without even carrying the package! This company is horrible!
This company allegedly delivered my packages to my front porch but in reality after checking my video cameras I found they out right lied. Avoid using them at all cost... very shady... very, very shady. I'd rather cross hot lava and go get my own packages.
Fedex consistently loses my packages. Representatives say they will open a case file but nothing is ever resolved. I don't have much trust in customer care since agents say they will phone back but they never do. I am now leaving feedback for vendors in the hope they will switch to a better shipping company.

Tracking showed it was delivered and left at my front door while I was home all day and it was nowhere to be found. Their drivers are lairs. I had the exact same experience with FedEx a few years ago. It never happened to other carriers.
FedEx is the worst, most inept, incompetent company I have ever seen. They give you a " tracking number " and then comes the day of your delivery, and your package disappears from FedEx and they have no idea when it will be delivered, if they can find it! Oh, and the tracking status changed to pending at 7:30 pm, yes I am really upset.
After 6 days of delay (we were between snowstorms) we finally received this delivery. Driver as too lazy to bring the delivery to our porch and our front door. L Our driver way, walkway, and porch steps were completely cleared of snow. He instead left it out in our driveway, which is out of view from the inside our our house and wide open to theft. Our delivery date was changed 3 different times and your tracking frankly is awful. You could take some serious lessons from your competitor.
You wait all day for a package that's supposed to be out for delivery and it never comes on that day. Today it said delayed for "operational reasons". The last one was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday and everyday it said "mechanical failure" but they didn't notify me of that until the end of everyday until it finally came on Saturday. Just pathetic service!
Never brings package to door - put downstairs on a chair where anyone can get it and I have to find out it's down there and lug it up myself.
Never had a problem with UPS! Can't do the job? Then get out of the Fed Ex truck! No wonder UPS is giving out raises to their drivers!
Takes a day and a half if not longer to get your package that's on the other side of town to you. We have had boxes delivered before that the side of box being pushed in. Side of box bonded with tape. I feel like drivers should handle packages a little better.
I was lied about 3 times with different shipping dates! Since it's a signature required package I had to leave work early just so I can be home to receive my package and sign. Instead I was waiting for no reason and wasted my time and work hours. Website did not provide any updates for 5 days. Seemed like my package was stuck in independence, Kentucky for 5 days. It's been 8 days and customer service cannot provide any reliable updates! This is pathetic!

I was charged $183.97 instead of $32.95 for a shipment. I called the customer service three times. First time, the lady said the invoice was not completed yet so call again. Second time, the lady hung up on me when I explained my problem to her. This second lady was rude and condescending from the very beginning. Third time, they said they would email me regarding my issue and everything else will be communicated via email only. I called to get help not to email your stupid company. At least the third call I was able to know that Fedex messed up on their part and charged me more than they should have. Scummy company feeding on regular people. I honestly do not even expect to get the email at this point.

FedEx is amazingly the worst shipping company there is. I placed an order on the 1st of the month and have yet to receive my package. Since the time that it has "shipped" I have gotten 3 different delivery dates. One of the dates happens to be today and still no package. Unfortunately the company where I ordered my things from has lost my business because they deal with FedEx. I don't understand how they still continue to get business. UPS would never give me the run around like this pathetic company does!
The so called "combine your packages and save $$ on shipping" is absolutely wrong with this company. It's cheaper to use a friend or family member to receive the items and have them ship them to you internationally. Finding a customer service phone number and or email was very difficult on their Website. I will not use this service again.
Would give 0 stars if possible! Ordered medical supplies for my father 3 times. The first package was tampered with. The second was delivered to the wrong address and disappeared. Your company was notified of the situation, and a week later it was delivered to the wrong address AGAIN! Thankfully the homeowner knew my father and returned the desperately needed medical supplies that my father didn't have now for a month because of fed ex s incompetence! On top of all that the customer service reps I dealt with were uncaring $#*!s! Safe to say I'll never deal with this company AGAIN, EVER!
Every time we get shipped fedex its horrible! My delivery person wants to keep the same packages on the truck for over a week. Every day tracking says out for delivery. But at the end of the day. They go back to fedex and start the same thing over four days in a row. Called fedex took over an hour to get to a person. Said package delivered next day. Never got it. From now oo will not purchase from business who use fedex YES ITS THAT BAD!
They don't deliver my cargo that normally should be delivered today. It has been waiting at the same spot for 5 days. I live in OH but kargpm is on hold on WI for 4 days. They don't deliver even though they say the delivery date is today. This is a sign that it is a lousy shipping company. I do not work with companies that do not keep their word, and I will tell everyone about this mess they made.
They destroyed packages and approved a claim for the cost of the damaged goods ($84). Then they charged me for the shipping ($148) and when I filed a claim for that they came back and said that because it was Fed Ex Ground they will not refund it because the "money back guarantee" doesn't apply to Ground. Absurd - so they think they can charge for shipping an item that they themselves admit they destroyed in the shipping process. This company is out of control.
First day guy never rang my doorbell while I was in the house so he didn't leave my package Plus I watch him put the wrong package on my door they come back and bring the right package just to take it again. I called FedEx you got to run around for the last three days still waiting on my package
HAAAAATES fu$#@! Ex with a passion package has been in Pearl Mississippi for 3 days saying in transit no movement now it says pending! Fu#$ing ridiculous then calls customer service and can't get no straight forward answer on why it's just sitting there! They needs to be put out of business
Driver keeps leaving packages by the road instead of placing on porch. Two weeks ago he left a 3500 dollar solar generator with big letters on the box,reading "Jackaby" printed on the box, right by the road. It is a miracle it did not get stolen. I hurt myself and my 12 year old daughter hurt her back as we struggled to get it in. The supervisor of FedEX in Braselton GA promised they would not do again after I contacted BBB. They did not contact me until I contacted BBB despite repeated calls to customer service and repeated promises they would call. To get me to remove of of BBB they promised the moon and one week later did it again. Worst company in the world for service. Horrible. This time they blocked my steps and I can not go down and no one can come up. Heavy rain is moving in. I am under lift restrictions and getting ready to have surgery for a complication. I would not have ordered anything else if FEdEX had not promised me this was resolved.
Crappiest customer service ever! Parcels get often lost or returned to the sender without warning and without even attempting a first delivery. This company is managed by lazy incompetent couriers that most of the times fake deliveries and say "they've attempted to deliver many times", although there is zero proof.
I purposely wasted entire days staying at home to don't miss my delivery and nobody ever showed up! They never left a single email, text or proof of attempted deliveries in my mailbox.
Then you call the helpless and rude phone operators (that can barely speak English), and 99.9% of the times they say "there is nothing they can do" or someone will call you back and that obviously never happen.

An expensive item clearly marked on box what it contained was left at the end of my drive by the road. Anyone driving by could have scooped it up. Common sense people! I have a front porch it should have been left on. Just glad I had my alerts on and was not gone when it was delivered. BTW: they lost the first one I ordered and I've waited over two weeks to get my product. I called Custormer service was told the delivery person can leave the package wherever they want. So I didn't have a complaint! Really poor service. I have my delivery preference set to front porch in my FedEx app.
