My company sent me a package from Dallas to Houston and after 5 days it still has not been delivered. The Post Office is better. They told me it would be delivered yesterday and they never came and then they told me delivery would be today. Same story, they don't know what they are doing and you cannot find anyone on the phone. I think UPS or the Post office offers much better service.
On Feb 14th at 4 pm a fed ex driver refused to drive on I 78, and Instead took a local road d rt 22, created a 30 mile back up, driving 30miles per hour from shartlesville to allentown, pa. A 1 hour trip took me 2.5 hours because of this jackoff, and I missed valentines day dinner.
This company has gone from being the jewel of the delivery service companies to the bottom of the barrel. Since they outsourced the ground service, it's takes them a solid week to get packages to us from an hour away. 1-2 day ground for USPS and UPS takes FedEx a week.
Two years ago they started leaving packages in the mailbox, which is illegal. The mail lady found them and took them back to the post office and then reported it to FedEx, who never responded. For 6 months we were stuck in a loop and thought someone was stealing the packages. It turned out we were stuck in a war between FedEx and USPS.
I tried to call FedEx but they have insulated themselves from any live phone calls. Finally, I was able to contact a couple of the drivers in person and asked them to stop leaving the packages in the mailbox. Now they drop them at the end of our driveway at the street, 1/2 mile from our house, if they deliver them at all.
So, now the shippers notify us on a daily basis of delivery, exception, delivery, exception for 5-7 days after it is "on the truck for delivery" in Madison. When it does make it here, it gets tossed out of the truck at the road. Within the last month they sent us a photo of a shipment in the mailbox with a notification that the package was left in our garage, 1/2 mile from the mailbox. I could drive to Madison and back 30 times in the time it takes for them to deliver a package.
I am currently waiting for two separate packages that were to be delivered yesterday. The soonest we will see them will be tomorrow but it will most likely be another three days. I believe we are on the outskirts of their service routes so they delay coming out here until they have sufficient packages to make it "worth their while". 1 day service can take 7 days.
Our only recourse has been to choose different suppliers that will use UPS. Would rather give them feedback, but they DO NOT CARE.
Duty and Tax dept is the worst. You can't speak to anyone. They tell you to email them. Over a month has passed and they keep sending me letters but I can't talk to anyone to resolve my issue. I have already paid and have the receipt from Fedex but they keep billing me. Seems the only way to deal with them is to contact an attorney. This is ridiculous.
I ordered a pair of Nike Jordan trainers to arrive for Christmas for my partner costing £230 and FEDEX UK lost the parcel. And to top it off they are only going to give me £80 compensation claim. FedEx will not honor the liability claim for damages to the content of their packages. I have own my business for about 12 years and I am a very experienced packer. That said, I ship out about 500 packages a year with FedEx. Of those 500, they will damage the contents of 1 out of 100 packages. FedEx is known for damaging packages, USPS is known for losing packages, and UPS (more expensive) has not damaged or lost any of packages. Lately since COVID, FedEX has not been honoring the liability claims. You have to fight them tooth-and-nail to get them to approve the claim. I don't have time to do this every time they damage a shipment. The last one, the shippers gauged a hole through the box while braking the contents. I had pictures and everything. They told me that I didn't pack it right. I sarcastically said, 'I will be sure to use a metal box next time'. The contents had a value of $500. The buyer said he would fix it, which was nice of him, and it only cost about $135 to fix. FedEx couldn't even cover the claim of $135!. Which I feel they got off cheap. Now, they will lose me as a customer. Not a big deal, but collectively this will be a big deal if they treat enough of their customers this way.
Ordered and had delivered broken 3 televisions in Florida and the super said they were *having problems* with drivers there. So we moved to WV and I placed 3 Walmart orders, got notice one was delivered but we didn't get it. Turns out the label had transposed numbers on it and the address doesn't even exist, so he left it next door. I called Walmart and told them to change the address on the ones coming because FedEx won't let the customer and he said he would. Today I get notice 2 items were delivered, again to the wrong address. Son went next door, again not the right address and we put a huge cardboard sign on porch for said wrong address. Again he took it next door, to an address not remotely close, and she told him it goes here and since he had taken it off the truck, he refused to back up 100 feet and deliver to the correct address, and not only that he told her to *just keep it since it's Walmart*
I'll never use fed ex again, if you have the opportunity to go with another shipper I recommend doing so! They stole shipping money plus my package by delivering my parcel to the wrong address. The idiot took a photo of another person's door step, not the unit number, because he or she knew it was not correct. Fed ex did nothing, instead pushed it off into the buisness that originally sold me the product! How is it there fault? The woman I talked with on the phone was in a hollow room with dogs barking,! Meaning, at home call room, not even a manager if you requested one,! Fed ex is a joke, total pieces of $#*!, idiot delivery personal and all in shady organization. $#*! you fed ex, $#*!s
These people are the absolute worst. I don't know what's happened to them as they used to be the best. They've gone from first place to last place in my book. I had a package shipped to me that I need it today Friday and it was scheduled for Friday. I called Fedex four times trying to get them to leave it at the distribution center so I could pick it up because I didn't trust your delivery after having bad experiences with Fedex. My package is scheduled for delivery between 10 and 2 o'clock. I had signed up for notifications in regards to my package. After the package didn't come around 2 o'clock I noticed they had change the time to end of day now. They never notified me like they were supposed to just sit in the day now a few minutes before 5 o'clock. I get a notification. My package won't be delivered today. It's gonna be delivered tomorrow. I called Fedex immediately. I called five times and I got five different answers. The reality of it is they took my package off the truck this morning at 9 AM and never notified me so I wasted entire day waiting for a package that I needed and it was sitting at their office that I could've gone and gotten they lie to you they have. Outsource their call Center to a foreign country and they have no problems lying to you. So now I am totally screwed because I need this package this evening and there's no guarantee I can get it tomorrow and now they tell me I can't even go pick it up please whatever you do stay the hell away from Fedex they are miserable. They are absolutely horrific. If I could give zero stars, I would. They don't even deserve one star.
I sent a important document by FedEx express mail they said it will deliver in 3 days and I chose FedEx they told me it will go to destination in 3 days but it took 2 weeks still in transit when I contacted customer service they tell me always delays due to bad weather but it only effects to FedEx one of my friend send the document to same destination using other corridor service it gone in 5 days I'm really got worse experience I never use again FedEx also I asked them to send a email what was the reason because I really want to submit my documents to immigration but they never sent it to me service really worst
When I request things next day and you have a delivery window of two hours and I still don't receive it that's bull$#*!. I absolutely hate what FedEx has become. I need my items the day I say I need them by. Not the next day or whenever you guys feel like it. I will pay for ups from here on out.
FedEx is awesome! They always deliver to my address on time! The guy that delivers to me today on 2-10-23 at 12:08pm was very nice! He was very professional and took care of my package well! My package wasn't torn or dented anywhere! It was in great shape when he delivered it! I was very pleased with this delivery guy! He delivered to me at 1056 Asbury Rd. In Pacolet SC.
Use any other shipping company but not these morons. They are inefficient, lazy and with very poor customer service.
Our FedEx package was mailed 31 Jan with the promise to deliver overnight from TN to VA on 1 Feb. The package finally arrived on the afternoon of 2 Feb. When we pursued a refund, we got an annoying runaround in three phases. The clerk at the origin FedEx office stated we can get our refund by calling their *******339 number. Assistant at the 800- number told us that a refund cannot be given due to a bad weather delay in the delivery. She then told us to go on-line (*******@fedex.com) to dispute. The on-line site was also useless. This was a costly experience. We had to drive to Chesapeake, VA (in one day overnight!) to complete our tasks.

Every time I have something shipped by FedEx it arrives late. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Not once have they ever delivered anything on time. The latest thing I ordered, the vendor only offered FedEx or else I would have chosen a different logistics company. 2nd class mail would have been faster and I paid for 2nd day air from FedEx. It's been sitting at the local center in Tucson for 5 days now. The website says every day that it will be delivered that day but it doesn't show up. I HATE FEDEX WITH A PASSION. Ordered on Costco Online in Mexico. Delivery is by Fedex, It shipped from Mexico City on 30 January and arrived PV on 2 February. So far I thought it good service but it has sat in PV now for 4 days and FedEx propose that they deliver on 15 February, 9 days from now. It has to travel 45 km, so 14 days to travel 45 km on a 2 day delivery service sounds like a service that doesn't care for the customer

I wouldn't write a review of this was the first time that this has happened with FedEx. But this is the third time different things have been told they were delivered and not. First time was a check and he delivered it down the street and I went running because I knew it was supposed to been here. The other two time to say they have tempted to deliver it but no one was home lie lie lie because we have cameras and I definitely stay attentive until my package gets here. Guess what now the delivery driver showed up I was waiting for him to stop and he did he ask if my address was 1826 I said yes and he looked 2 time and said it wasn't on his truck. Boy o Boy. Fed Ex delivered my Father his Electric Wheelchair. Even though the directions on the box and the shipping instructions specifically state to bring to the apartment the driver just left it in the lobby.
My Father is handicapped. He cannot get it. He called Fed Ex and they told him to hire someone. They just don't care.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
