The driver decided not to stop at our home and instead lied that no one was here. This has happened before but this time the product is perishable and now without trying again it is being shipped back to the supplier. Support was less than useful. I suggested they contact the driver to see what happened and they blew me off. No accountability - and no one ever cared.
Fed ex is full of it. I asked them why do they have delivery instructions...if they don't follow them...my package was supposed to come tomorrow...however it came today...with no notice...and I'm at work...I asked them to call or leave my package with my neighbor...they say I can't do that...well I know for a fact as long as the person is over 18 they can sign for the package.but whatever...after this package...fed ex never ever ever have to worry about me ever again...I get medication delivered...but imma stop that...all because they have no care or concern for the customers.
My package arrived at 6:32 AM this morning in Greenville SC. Was scheduled for delivery today. Fedex driver pulled in my driveway around noon. Got out with a package but guess what. Not my package. Got back in his truck and left. Obviously my package was not loaded on the truck so another screw-up by Fedex and I did not get my package. It sat on a shelf in Greenville SC all day. Fedex is crap.
I received a message this morning to call back on a package that could not be delivered. The rude customer service gentleman with a foreign accent said it was an old message from a previous date and I must be mistaken. Except the call was like 30 minutes ago. I do not appreciate being called a liar on when I received the phone call and luckily the issue was already taken care of. Rude customer service.
My FedEx package was delivered to the wrong address. I verified this via picture the driver sent. I can't get through to a live person. It looks like he dropped it off in some hallway. I have no idea where it is.
FedEx takes no responsibility for the package lost. Instead of opening up an investigation, and asking the driver where he put it they suggested I call the seller and ask them to resend another one. Which of course they won't do because it's marked as delivered.

Back in the 80s, FedEx was the bomb. It was the new fast shipping and the customer service was excellent. No more, this business has gone so far downhill that I use either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS if I have to send something. Since 2014, I have had issues with FedEx, starting with when I sent something to my son. I phoned FedEx TWICE, each time speaking with them so long that in the end, it was 1.5 hours total on the phone with them and the package was still never delivered. I stopped shipping with them but do receive deliveries from them and oftentimes the package is held up for DAYS at one of their locations. My daughter's computer got stolen by FedEx. Speaking with the agents, you could tell by their feedback that this occurred. I think it got stolen off a truck, from what they were saying, because it was in the warehouse, then on the truck, and never made it to our house (nice neighborhood, things don't get stolen). If you have a choice, use USPS or UPS.
I have had nothing but problems with FedEx for years. They deliver to the wrong address. They deliver boxes that are broken open. You can see sometimes they have tried to tape them up but other times the box has been open. One time they dropped the box in the middle of my front yard. That was after a complaint that I filed. I have filed many complaints with them over the last 10 years. They always say they will call within 3 days.
Paid $110 for a package to go from Michigan to Toronto. I'm not the expert in this, so assumed I was being taken care of in shipping my package.
Apparently there is an issue with customs in Toronto, needing a better explanation with the contents - one pair of used Nike shoes, three used sweat pants, etc. I didn't know. FedEx attempted to deliver a package that needed to be signed for on days I was not available, not their fault. So I paid them $11.50 to deliver it on a Tuesday. I waited around all day for them to never show up. Essentially, they took my money and never performed the service. So I called to have it rescheduled for the next Wednesday, or I could go pick it up.
They then proceeded to try to deliver it two more times before Wednesday when I was unavailable. Each time I called customer service to find out what was going on and they said they communicated with the branch to ensure it'd be held until Wednesday. Picking it up myself now wasn't an option because I didn't know if it'd be there when I'd have time to go.
It is now that Wednesday. I called to see if my package was en route. Guess what?! It's not!

I will not be using FedEx in the future. We were having something delivered, we called FedEx and left specific instructions to leave the parcel by the front door, as no one would be home. They agreed. What do we know? They came, no one was home, so they took the parcel back. We then called, and were told that because it was a mistake, they would re-deliver the parcel. Then the next day we get a call saying we would have to come pick it up from there head office, although we received a verbal promise it would be delivered. Inconvenience and waste of time. They clearly do not communicate messages among each other.
I have been receiving text messages from FedEx that your package will be delivered today. It has been three days, and my package has never been provided. So I call FedEx, and they don't know where it is. Not the first time that this happens. UPS is much better with delivery information.

No communication telling me what to do to clear it and then I find the wrong value attributed to it (double the auction hammer price). Then told me I had to contact the shipper the shipper then directed me back over to FedEx and they told me they could not deliver down my Rd because part of it is dirt. Shocked that a package from Oahu to Maui, sent as 2 day shipping, and reported as on the truck for delivery the next day, was NEVER delivered. Received notices for 3 days ' saying on the truck out for delivery', but never delivered! On day 2 they lied and said they attempted to deliver at 6:30 pm. They absolutely did not! Day 3 they didn't show up, and on day 4 they again said 'out for delivery, making the 4th day in a row. Horrible Maui management for FedEx. Will not trust them going forward. We eventually had packaged returned to sender for a full refund of our purchase, as we were flying back to mainland. Pathetic FedEx!

Not sure who FedEx hires as drivers anymore. I love my UPS and Amazon drivers but Fedex won't deliver packages to my house. I have a long gravel drive that the other delivery services have no problem navigating. I watch my packages stay on their trucks each day and not be delivered. Sometimes they'll leave the package down by the road but rarely to my door, they don't care about residential customers and there is no one to complain to. I will never knowingly use FedEx again if given a choice. Overnight delivery is a joke, I'm lucky to get it in a week and usually only when I change the delivery to be delivered to a local FedEx store for pickup. I now shudder when I hear a retailer has shipped a package to me via FedEx because there is no guarantee that it will ever be delivered. UPS, Amazon must be hiring all the good available drivers because the local FedEx drivers are a joke.
Can any one tell me why fedex has tracking? So far the only time that their tracking works, is when you dont need it, and when tracking a package is needed, they could not tell you where package is, so why do they have a useless tracking system or lazy people who do not scan the items, so tracking has a small chance of working right on lost packages.
