How can someone leave an expensive order outside on a busy street? Now I lost my order bc of one lazy lousy delivery person. They should have dropped off my order to a pick up location than to leave it my order outside.

We have reschedule the delivery and package was delivered on the previously described delivery date. It took us 5 minutes to explain the call service center the actual issue and then they said they can't do anything. I just lost the good worth 50+ euro just because this guys don't understand the meaning of postponed delivery.

I am sending an Amazon Firestick to a friend in Haslett, TX. I sent it on 11/14/22, due to arrive 11/17/22. It's 11/23/22 and still no delivery. Package is still in Ellenwood Georgia. I need a $100 insurance payout for a lost item. I will never use this service again.

It is expected to deliver 8 days back on 14th Nov 2022,

This is having very confidential original document, if it is missing it will be huge loss.

Fedex Brand is loosing now because this kind of carelessness and insincerity, I recommend NOT to use Fedex for shipping and to use any other shipping.

FedEx just needs to step aside!

I live in a very small town. Which make my closest FedEx about an hour or so away from me. Add to that I am a little off the beaten path, that they choose to travel. They will send you a date an will NEVER hit the date. You can not call CS as they will only parrot back to you with the email says. I waited over a week past the time I was SUPPOSED to receive my shipment, I then called and of course can't get past the automated system.
It did finally arrive a week after the fact.
The delivery person said that it had been rescanned 7 times. Meaning it went out and went back to them several times. And only until I pitched a fit did it arrive. As I type this I am still waiting on a package that has taken over a week just to move. How they stay in business is beyond me! They mark and send emails to and say package was delivered, when it was not. They need to go belly up! I give them - x infinity!

Delayed/lost package

There really needs to be an option for zero stars. Another package delayed/lost. Zero help from customer service, except to send me tracking information that I already had saying the package was held up somewhere between Wisconsin and Indiana.

Absolutely dreadful service - I only awarding one star as I was not offered the option of awarding none. Goods not delivered, live chat customer service promised calls and emails that never happened no matter how many times I asked. I would never choose to, or recommend anyone using FedEx.

Doesn't deserve any stars

This is by far the worst company to ship with or receive anything with! I wouldn't trust them to deliver melted crayons across the street from them, due to there would be delays and it'd take them 2 weeks to even think about delivering it! They have awful customer service if you can even reach someone, and when you do they blow you off. The drivers are just as rude. And heaven forbid if you're waiting on medical supplies. You might as well just risk it and take your chances because your stuff won't be delivered on time anyways.

Was suppose to receive my package via FedEx Nov 12,2022. Instead it was dropped off at another resident where I doh't know but text showed it was dropped off at my residence. Same day a pkg was dropped off at my residence but it was not addressed to me. I live on SR 56 and the address on pkg was Kingston Pike. Called FedEx and they are looking into it but haven't heard anything yet. Expensive purchase but apparently someone else is enjoying my purchase. SO DISAPPOINTED IN FEX EX. How can a company do business this way. I remember yrs ago she you could depend on them but to now. I hope when I order something on line they never use this company for shipping Why don't they take pictures when they deliver showing where the pkg was left like Amazon does. Then there wouldn't

They lost me a suitcase

Apparently my package disappeared. According to the tracking number. Never left. I went there personally and call a hundred times, I have try everything and they are not being responsable of this. I am really sad because half of my clothes are there. No wonder why is lost.
Please don't use fedex. They don't care about their customers. It's too big to care about the Client.

Really FedEx you couldn't do better? Delivered in the rain, not covered, ripped open, and dump on the wet ground on its side so contents spill out!

Done with FedEx

I am a long-time Chewy customer, and they have now lost me due to incompetent FedEx delivery. Heavy packages dumped down by the street are the issue, and I am done. A Chewy supervisor even intervened at one time, talking to FedEx directly, and that communication solved the problem temporarily. Now they are back to the same old slob behavior. I am an Amazon Prime member, and while they are always perfect, they are much, much better than FedEx. I do not want FedEx anywhere near my property, as I have had it. I'd give zero stars if able. My new motto is "If Prime doesn't have it, we don't need it."

Terrible service

Parcel is only offered once. If you are not at home (eg due to travel or holidays), the parcel will be returned after a week.
Contacting customer service is dramatic. You get no further than an automatic telephone menu that does not help you further. You cannot speak to an employee. Worthless service.
