My encounters with FedEx delivery have been a mixed bag. On the plus side, FedEx offers fast and efficient delivery services, often delivering packages ahead of schedule. Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I ordered clothes online, and given an estimate of October 25 for delivery. It was out for delivery on Oct. 23 or 24. Very good service. Then things went bad. An employee at Fedex (I assume it's a delivery driver) missorted the package. So the package went to WA for 2 days, OR or a day and is currently in CA. I'm in NM so it will take another 2 or 3 days at least to get it.
I spoke with 3 customer service representatives, asking them why the package was out for delivery, then shipped to WA. None could say. I then spoke with Angelo. I think he's the only competent employee Fedex has. I asked him why the package went to WA. With a few keystrokes he told me it was missorted. He offered a credit for the delay. So 3 out of 4 Fedex employees are not able to give any helpful information. Angelo bumps the review from 1 star to 2 stars.
When the package does arrive, it will be too late. So I'll send it back to the place I ordered it from, and let them know Fedex cost them a sale.

Do not use FedEx. These people are a bunch of idiots. They have no clue what they are doing. There went site is obviously nonfunctioning. No service offered works. I have been round and round with these people trying to get my package delivered for a week. Even calling customer service is useless. Never again. Run these fools out of business.

STAY AWAY! I had no choice but to use them, whole month passed and I still have not received the package, its still in their warehouse, no way to contact them except phoning, nobody is picking up. Worst experience ever

I order my dog food from chewy because I can not physically carry the heavy dog food. I have the food delivered to my door, at least I usually do.
My mailbox is a block away from my house in a wooded lot. Fed ex took it upon themselves to deliver my dog food to the mailbox and not my house. By the time I figured where it was, it was full of ants inside and our. I then pulled my back trying to get it in my car and ended up with about 30 fire ant bites.
Chewy then sent a replacement and they did the same thing. I called to complain to fed ex and it's a complete joke to get someone to understand what happened. Horrible horrible horrible

Whenever I use FedEx, the package has always arrived on time and sometimes it gets here earlier than expected time. I only have had 1-2 issues. I live off the road way back. There is 2 businesses on the road front. You would never see or even think there is a road there that takes you back to where I live. FedEx tried to find me and called to find where I was. They must have put me in their computer because I have no problem getting my delivery anymore.

I paid a company $19 for FedEx expedited shipping for my camera to arrive on a certain date. It didn't arrive until three days after the guaranteed delivery date, and I had to pay money to rent a camera to shoot an event in the meantime. When I called reached two different FedEx employees to explain the situation, they offered no compassion and no help; all they did was say my package was in a large truck and inaccessible. They gave me zero indication that I could be refunded the $19. When I sent a message through a form on the FedEx website for a complaint, I got no response. When I called the FedEx customer service phone number and selected the option for requesting a refund for late delivery, and provided my tracking number, the automated woman's voice said my refund request was denied! FedEx literally stole $19 from me.
This is the fifth time aFedex driver has "attempted delivery " I'm disabled and 99% of the time at home.
They constantly do not attempt anything. All 5 times I've been at home and no one showed. I watch my deliveries VERY carefully. This time I need my pkg for a funeral the next day. Two days in a row the claimed to attempt to delivery. I'm calling BS. I urge everyone NOT to use them.

I went to the FedEx store to mail a package to Bogota Colombia. This is the first package I have mailed to Bogota and my son will be living there for 2 years so I will be mailing more packages. I had heard that a lot of packages get lost or are undelivered. This was mailed to arrive on 7/15/22 and it did arrive and my son received his package.
I had 2 packages. One I ordered last week and one I ordered 2 days ago. Both coming to Parker, CO. The one I ordered last week was sitting in Denver for 4 days. The excuse they gave me…bad weather. What bad weather? I just tracked it and it's now in Broomfield. Why? Not even close. The one I ordered 2 days ago was in Denver this morning and delivered this afternoon. Complete idiots. Now it will be probably another week before I get the first package.
I wish they had negative stars to choose from because that is what I would give. They don't deserve this 1 star. I had an important package that was supposed to be delivered today. I made arrangements for them to call me when it was close so I meet them. They came and left saying that it was undeliverable and they never called me. Now I either have to wait until tomorrow to get it or pay for an Uber to go 20 miles (one way) to pick it up. I don't understand how this company stayed in business for so long. They are a JOKE!

Before I buy I check shipping cost for given weight and dimension and it was under $50. I bought item worth of $100. When I login for shipping to my destination there was $350 charge in shipping costs.

I've had to call them 8 x in two months as they can't seem to ever locate my house. They delivered a 100$ pkg to wrong address and the police station had to bring it to me. I've had a shipment delivered 5 days late that was a bday present. Now I'm waiting on my Christmas tree to be delivered and was on the phone with them yesterday for 15 mins hoping I solved the issue but once again today delivery was failed as they couldn't locate my house. I'm severely mad! My house is on the main road in town and Everyone else seems to find me. Completely unacceptable!
FedEx is the worst possible delivery service. They've thrown my packages n the trash, along side of the rode n the snow and in front of the garage door where it got ran over. I have a designated package area and they still cant get it right. And i could go on n on.
I called them and they said the will open a case and review it but I think the FedEx delivery driver stole our package. The package contained a very expensive mattress and they didn't bother contacting the delivery driver if he didn't know where we lived he could have called

1-3 day delivery promised. It has been in or local facility in Calgary since day 2. The morning of day 4 we called and they figured it would be delivered by end of day 4. The morning of day 5 we offered to pick it up and we're told we can't because it was out for delivery. Now in the evening of day 5 we have been told we have to pick it up, but the facility is closed. I have dealt with shipping companies for 35 years, and have NEVER encountered one more incompetent than FedEx!

I ordered groceries from Wee and the package was damaged and they said they could not deliver and returned to shipper I ordered again and the same thing happened they returned my order again? I really think they are stealing my groceries and saying the package was damaged
I bought a 2 pairs of shoes for 140 bucks and had them shipped to bongo. I wanted them shipped just across the border to canada and thought it might be you know maybe max 30 dollars. I was willing to pay this as I was eager to get my shoes. They get to bongo and they want 130 dollars to ship a pair of freaking shoes! This is crazy, thats pretty much the same price for the shoes in the first place. I could of had the shoes shipped to my pick up address in the states for free shipping and 4 dollars to pick up and skipped bongo all together. Now i had to get bongo to ship the shoes to my address in the states and go out of my way to drive down from canada to pick them up because this company gets your product than charges you an outrageous fee to get it back. I had to waste money on this horrible company and hope everyone takes my review and runs far away with it. I read the other bad reviews and thought maybe Id give them a shot. DONT DO IT! Bunch of crooks I tell you
This isn't an exaggeration, probably 70-80% of my packages don't show up on the estimated delivery date. It'll say it's coming Wednesday, then on Wednesday I'll get a notification saying it's been rescheduled to Thursday. It would be sooooo much better if you said it was coming Friday and then it showed up on Thursday. It's way better to under promise and over deliver than over promise and under delivery. I know it's possible to get it right because USPS is on time 95% of the time and sometimes even early. This has been going on for years.
At a time when we rely heavily on shipping infrastructure, it is reassuring to know I can count on fedex to consistently push back my delivery date and generally underperform when compared to their competitors.
Never deliver on time. Even when items are on truck for delivery. Use UPS. I was relying on a very important delivery following heart surgery and again FedEx didn't come through. Shameful considering what they charge for supposed on time delivery.

Although FedEx stated that driver attempted delivery and I was not home, I was at home waiting for the delivery. There was no audible knock at the door. I kept checking for the delivery, but then I finally saw a door tag with attempted delivery. I called FedEx immediately to have the truck return to deliver, but was told it cannot contact the truck. FedEx use to give better service, but now it is terrible. So many other instances like this.
The package is too big to carry & the address doesn't exist. Fedex has no way for a complaint and refuses to pick up the box. Now I have this huge box telling the world that I must not be home. This is not safe. Searched for name and address of buyer online. No luck. I've tried calling & chatting & sending email forms. I am blocked no matter what I do. This is terrible, terrible service. The shipper and the person the box should have gone to are both screwed & I have to get rid of a big box.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered according to their web site on Monday so I stayed home because it was a product should not be left on my porch all day. Later Monday I checked the web site and it indicated there was a delivery exception and would be delivered Tuesday. I called FedEx and customer service indicated someone would call in the morning and explain. Tuesday no one has called back, so I called customer service again and explained how much they had inconvenienced me, and would like someone to explain the delivery exception. I was again told someone would call me in a couple of hours. It is now well after noon and no phone call. This is not the first time I have had extremely poor delivery service from FedEx there have been at least 2 other occasions where the service was even worse.
I don't have a good experience with FedEx. I had a package that required a signature. I live on the third floor in a condominium. FedEx has such poor communication skills. Apparently, a delivery person knocked on my door and left. I called customer service and they don't want to take the responsibility or pass on my message about making it easier to communicate rather than just knocking on the door, using a phone number or email address to notify or nification.
