Fetch Rewards

I tried to redeem my points for a gift card. Five months later, I still have not received the card. I have had a few emails asking how my contact with certain customer service representatives went, none of which contacted me at all. General Mills needs to know, shopping for their products is no longer on my list.

Buddy dropped my package off, I opened the door and it was the neighbors package. I chase him down like "wait this isn't my package" and he's like oh they must've put the wrong label on there, they been doing that at the factory - while smiling. So my girl comes out like "well it says the package is delivered, so where is the correct package." He said they just keep putting the incorrect stickers on at the factory. This is messed up because it's wedding attire for myself and my lady. And we don't know where it is and the customer service stopped texting her back. Trash. Garbage. Get people who actually care to work there. Or close the business.

If I pay $500 a quarter for pet insurance I better not have to do anything to file a claim. You should work directly with my veterinarian provider! This back and forth crap stinks! You need to be more transparent with your reimbursement process. A+B=C. You make it to difficult and not posting a customer service telephone number and hours of operation is a hinderance as well. Your bot chat line is stupid and antiquated. You are not customer friendly and charge too much money for pet insurance.

This is by far the easiest app of its kind. I especially like that it doesn't ask me intrusive questions every time I put a receipt in or at all for that matter. That said, I have over 300 receipts that I've input and almost $8000 spent and I have yet to get a $10 Amazon card. It's just not worth it. So all of this is leading me to checking out of Fetch once I get that $10 I'm chasing. I will not be going over to any app that is asking me a bunch of personal questions when I put a receipt in.

Been using Fetch for a few years now. Attached my email and Amazon account and haven't gotten ONE LOUSY POINT for EITHER! I finally disconnected my email. I figured what's the point? No need to be giving access to it if they are keep going to REFUSE to give me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF POINTS. I habe complained SEVERAL TIMES about it. It falls on deaf ears! So if your not giving the points promised and you REFUSE to correct it. That tells me one thing. THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO CHEAT PEOPLE!
As of this moment there is a receipt from Amazon that SHOULD be getting 200 points per dollar? That would make it 2000 points they are screwing me out of.

In 2 years I've earned $100 in Amazon credit. Not a lot but little work involved. Missing pts resolved quickly. They shouldn't have dropped the spin game. It was fun. I don't like their replacement. Overall good site.

I enjoy scanning my receipts on my every day purchases. They have help to buy groceries and household goods when money was a little tight. I was able to take my points and transfer them into gift cards for me to purchase items that was needed for my home. The bonus points and offers are awesome. This app is very helpful.

If you follow Fetch, you know that they offer promotional points on different items purchased. Not the case when you specifically buy something and they decide not to award the points advertised. Do not go out of your way to do anything with fetch, they do not hold to what they advertise, so pardon the pun, WHATS THE POINT?, when you don't get them. I'm X'ing them now. Good riddance, and stay away! They are more trouble than its worth.

Will not give earned points!
Purchased a Costco membership, I found out that my email was not supported by their system. Went to the store and got a physical receipt from the membership desk, I submitted that and it was declined. After several back and forth emails they said the receipt would not be accepted because it came from a separate printer, not a cash register. The membership desk at our Costco prints their receipts on a printer. If you purchase a Costco membership, please be aware of this. They have since removed the 10,000 point deal and will not honor my purchase. Just bad business in my opinion.
