Fetch use to be a decent app but (NOT) anymore! It's a (waste of time)! When your tracking for a reward they don't even calculate the correct total for the items that you purchased. Colgate 360 toothbrush refill with the handle 9.97 + Colgate max fresh toothpaste 3.96 = 13.93 plus taxes. (Their) calculation is 7.92 towards that 14.00 offer (which should be.07 to complete the offer) and their calculation for spending 8.00 is you still need.08(which should be completed and 5.93 over) what a fluffing joke! You submit a ticket and they still do NOT correct the problem! What is the fluffing problem Fetch Rewards? Have you lost your mind? It also takes (FOREVER) to get enough points to cash out for a gift card! They don't even offer PayPal as a pay option!
I tried to submit info from Chewy but Chewy didn't give a receipt. If you purchase items for total amount over $50 you would receive 5000 points. I spent over $86. Submitted all the info that Chewy gave me but only received 25 points. Made attempts to explain the problem but informed to contact another section of Fetch. Way to much of a hassle. Very poor with there promotions.
I purchased Scott towels, which had a 10 point per dollar bonus. I spent $156.58 so I should have received 1565 point but was given 271 point. I contacted Help several times and they obviously can't do math. They assured me the amount was correct. "Fuzzy Math"
I had 2,000 bonus missing from a receipt in past 2 weeks. I sent a request to reconsider and provided all the info including the date and that it was over 3 days old. They wrote back saying they wanted to help resolve and would I provide the same info again. I searched for 30 minutes to find and send a copy of the original receipt that showed the exact same info I already told them. They immediately responded that it was over 3 days old and rejected my request. I'm wondering if it was a person that did not really read my original inquiry or dumb AI. Either way they did not need to waste my time with a needless request. And, frankly, this site requires a lot on time and energy for minimal return.
Beginning of May 2023 I tried to cash in a digital visa card. It didn't work. Karma is coming towards them. Don't waste your time here. They are very articulate and friendly in an email but never solve a problem. I gave one star as a rating. Unfortunately it is impossible to give zero stars.
I've been a member for 17 months. Now that I am nearing 50,000 points they remove all options to spend my rewards on except the T shirts that say "Fetch" on them. Really feel that is unfair. Not a happy camper.
I was not informed that I would lose my points if I did not use it in a certain time I will not be recommending this to anyone else ever they don't even deserve one store. I work very hard but my point and then you took them without even communicating with me. There's no way to speak with you guys, so I'm gonna let the Public know not to download your app
This was great at first. We would save until 50,000 to get an Amazon card a couple times a year. Now that we saved, it requires alot more points. Scrolled and most everything is higher points now. NOPE. I'm out.
Completely useless app, that collects your data. You get only 25 points per receipt scanned and you need 13,000 points for a $10 gift card ($10 is the lowest redemption amount for the first time). So you're getting 2 cents per receipt, it's a complete joke. This app is clearly not rewards for scanning receipt scanning, it gives higher points for installing apps and games they recommended. These apps and games are again scams themselves and are there to only collect your personal information. Please stay away, not worth your time.
Extremely disappointed that a couple of youtubers I trust took Fetch's sponsorship and advertised this garbage app
Was a good app no reason stole my pionts on a gift card declined it then tried again declined my gift card then stole all the remaining pionts out of my account told me I violated some policies no explanation at all if I could give a zero I would
Answer: This is all a scam. They use your purchases to track what you buy so that they can sell your information. You will never get the rewards.
