They have a Ninja blender that I have been unable to find. I tried to order and the website is so slow and cumbersome to be ridiculous. Got to the checkout... finally and it said there was no account and kicked it back. I went to amazon and ordered a similar item... no hassle and the website works!

Missing Item
December 19, 2021

I have ordered about 4 wrist watches from Fingerhut within one month. This particular wrist watch indicated it has been delivered, I checked my surroundings and still did not find my wrist watch. I sent and email and whoever is replying keeps saying that my order was delivered. I did not receive it.
I'm going to close my Fingerhut account because I feel betrayed, disappointed and disrespected.

Thieves, and liars

FINGERHUT... I have fetti, and advantage... thieves, and the liars! They doubled charged both my accounts took my money, and refused to fix the issue. I called several days in a row and all they did was lie to get me off the phone. When I called again they would not refund the mistake they made. Scam!

Horrible

I had an account with them for over 5 years. Faithful about paying on time (if not earlier) and usually more than my minimum payment. I was 6 days late this month due to moving overseas. Found out when I logged in to make the payment that I was "31 days" past due. I called (international phone call) back to the states to find out why they were saying that I was 31 days past due and they informed me that my billing cycle was from April 2nd to May 2nd and anything after that was considered late and the whole month counted. Even though I wasn't due until May 2nd. I told them to cancel my account. I will pay them off and never even think about them again. Other than telling everyone I know to stay away from them. Now my credit has been hit with being past due on them. I am so mad! STAY AWAY!

Finger hut sucks!

I bought a xmas gift that will not be arriving on time because they decided to ship it out late. I wouldnt have had a problem with that but the $#*! on the phone was rude & didnt even pretend to cate about my problem.

I believe most of fingerhuts merchandise is store returns. I have even received a watch that was later found to be fake. They double sometimes even triple the price because they know credit challenged people don't have a lot of options. I have paid on time for years and needed to move one of my payments date, mind you I had never been late and paid off balance several times. I got a representative on the phone and when told that I needed to move a payment date I rudely got the third degree about why I couldn't make my payment on the due date. You have the nerve to give me the third degree when I was never late paid off balance on several occasions and I have spent thousands on their pre owned over priced merchandise. I am paying them off and never using this service again.

Poor Customer Service
November 28, 2022

Have been a Customer for a very long time. Tried to change my email address as well as sending verification documentation. Now I'm told it would take 3 days to Process. So much for being a VALUED CUSTOMER. So by their approval time price of items wanting will go up

Never again

I was with fingerhut for 3 years and ordered quite a bit of items that were expensive. Every couple months they would extend my credit line and then take it back. I always made my payments on time except a couple missed and my balance never seemed to go down. At the end i was paying 70 dollars a month but not even half of that relected on my balance. So when i recieved my stimulus check i ended up paying the whole balance of 800 plus and closing my account. Felt good too.

Pros: they have a lot to choose from

May help your credit score

Cons: high interst rates. My advice would be to order something 100 or less if you are looking to up your credit score

I have always had automatic payments since I open this many years ago. Now that it almost made out I'm have late charges due to!FETTI" I never made this arrangement. Atrocious interest rate due late payments on their behalf. I no longer want keep this company. I feel betrayed always paid on time.

Terrible reviews

I started with fingerhut years ago. Then closed my account. Had great experience with them. 2 or three years ago I got fingerhut again I've returned items for a refund no problem. I don't get where you are having problems with costumer services they have always been polite to me. They recently switched to fingerhut fetti and still no problems. I payed off the remainder of my regular fingerhut so I wouldn't be having to pay both back. I do not intend to close my account even when paid in full because they offer great quality stuff.

Looking to do some holiday shopping, came across a doll set price was reasonable(22.99). Checked to see if they carried in African American price $16 higher. Same exact product with the same product number different ethnicities. Contacted customer service was advised that its from a different vendor. Hmmm with the same product number, then they said it was only because the dolls were different colors but didn't know why the price was different. Transferred to a supervisor given the supervisor line voicemail. Call to corporate no avail no matter what you press no one answers.

So I decided to use finger hut to up my credit was nice. I bought a small item and payed my monthly fee. But one day I got a phone call asking g if I was going to pay my bill. I had a dumb moment and forgot that I got a new bank card because my expired and I forgot to change it over. I apologized and gave the new card she told me no problem, note they called me the day later she didn't tell me anything else just have a good day. But there was a. BIG PROBLEM! I checked my credit score the they reported it the day I payed and to me that's $#*!ed up and that dropped my credit report 60 POINTS. After seeing this I payed the rest of my bill off thinking it would close and go away. I emailed them many times to close it. I only get sorry emails and to call them. I don't want to call them. I don't feel I'm in the wrong, I payed that day they called me. I thought they would be a little lient. I will not be doing business with them again at least I got my item

I did the fresh start program. No where did i read that i had to give them 30 bucks and it would not be used towards my order. Didbt know the 30 was for them. Just think of all the ppl that dont know this. Half my order was returned and couldnt get it back. Pmt fot 86 bucks was 11 bucks now its 25. No more. SCAMMERS

Worst company ever! There products are garbage and low quality... they charge you for warrantys cause they products won't last and they want to make more money on you. High interest for credit and if you fall behind due to hardship they wont work with you they rather threaten you with bad marks on your credit report... This is nothing more than a rip off payday loan but difference is you get low quality merchandise instead of cash stay away and tell everyone you know this is worst company for people trying to establish credit... do your self a favor try to get credit card from capital one even if its a starter card fingerhut is shaddy...

Amazing

I went to fingerhut in hopes of boosting my very low credit score. Fingerhut gave me a fresh start account with a 300 credit limit. Within 3 months my credit score increased 10 points and now after completing the fresh start program my credit score increased alomst 30 points. I am now finally able to get the credit I was not able to get in the past. The fresh start program really does work and the results are fantastic. Definitely recommend if you are like me and need help to repair your credit

Credit diversion

Fingerhut's old financing contract was changed but instead of changing the name they closed the old account and opened the new one with Fetti. Doesn't seem much but on my credit report it shows it was closed and a new one opened causing a downward adjustment on my longevity history of accounts on my credit report. All of this was never told to me

Fingerhut sells the same item from the manufacturer for more then the manufacturer sells it for. Fingerhut is bad to do business with. They over charged me on a pair of Dan post boots by 75.00 dollars plus another 20.00 dollars for shipping. Since finger hut is the middle man. They jack the item original price to almost another 100.09 dollars more. Very very bad to do business with Fingerhut because they over charge you for what it sells for on the manufacturer 's web site. I feel ripped off. Be careful doing business with fingerhut. They will ripp you of. Unfortunately

I brought a 900 plus computer paid it off still had a 700 balance which I could use for purchases did not owe anything fingerhut fetti closed my account even though I didn't owe anything and I had an available balance because I hadn't purchased anything in a couple of months my account was closed when asked why they stated my credit score went down less than 30 points so they chose to close the account which made my score go down. I will never open another account with fingerhut the are some BS. If I could give O stars I would give them a O star.
