What is going on?

I received email offering me credit & discounr on my order. I have not received confirmation that my recent order was shipped on open credit. Where is my order,& when should I expect to receive it.? I am asking the media to investigate. I want my order.

On my first purchase, I returned it because the quality was terrible, they send me a return received and then I find out they charged me 20 dollars for shipping to return it, I closed my account and will never use them

They closed my account. I never made a purchase. They reported to the credit bureau did not explain to them why it was closed. Now my credit is tanked. They never noted to the credit bureau why. Stay away from these predators.

No matter what our balance is the minute you order your credit score goes down. If every time you use their card your credit score goes down I guess maybe you shouldn't be using their card. I will only be making the smallest ordered purchase per year to keep the card open so I don't lose more points. I don't recommend this card for anybody at all not even if you have good credit cuz you won't after

WARNING Please STAY AWAY!

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I have never wrote a review on a company but I would feel horrible if I didn't warn people not to shop with this company! I have had nothing but a hard time with this company I order my daughter a Barbie dream house on November 29th to receive for Christmas it is Christmas Eve and I still have not received anything! On their website it says "guaranteed Christmas delivery" they must be talking about Christmas 2018! Also I have been calling customer service everyday and I have been getting the run around. One person even went as far as lying to me telling me that my package was on the way via ups. Now I have to explain to my 4 year old that santa will bring her a doll house later. This is the worst experience ever and I hope that this company goes out of business soon. Please don't waste your time

Fingerhut took $35.46 off my card but on the website it claimed my card was declined. My card was not declined. The money came off and the transaction registered. I called Customer Service and I was told the money wasn't taken off my card but it posted with my bank.

Ripoffs
July 8, 2016

Ive been customer for several years i recently contacted them regarding paying off my account and closing it. First i could not get someone who spoke english, they informed me that the balance to payoff my acct was 200 more than 10 days earlier. When i questioned it was told that it was interest and insurance fees along with julys payment which is only 2 days late. I was informed that they were charging me account insurance at bout 20.00 month that i never signed up for. And when i asked them to remove it they gave me another number to call so they could do absolutely nothing they were very rude and ignorant to deal with and i wouldnt recommend doing business with them, and the fact they charge you double for the products you buy.

So they canceled part of my order and have yet to refund me for that item and shipping and tax on that item. They keep telling me I was never charged. Um hello yes I was when I placed the order uku took it out of my available balance and have yet to refund it. I have had no issues until now

Destroying my credit
August 18, 2024

At the beginning of the month my child was murdered and her unborn baby, my payments are normally due on the 22nd I asked for an extension till the 1st and I was told they would not give it to me I have a $3,000 credit line never missed a payment always pay over what my minimum is and this is how it's treated
Not a scam artist trying to get out of making payments I literally I'm a family who just had a huge tragedy not only that but we're dealing with the courts and the arraignments and whatnot money is beyond tight and the fact that my stellar record is now going to be affected and it's going to be reported to a credit bureau really sucks especially considering we are in the middle of trying to buy a home I'm so incredibly disappointed I pay for the lifeline program and everything in case anything were to happen just to find out that what am I paying for my family is obviously suffering a huge tragedy it's made news all the way to Canada and they cannot extend a payment for less than 2 weeks so now I'm going to be hit with fines and penalties and my credit report is going to be damaged buyer beware my mother always told me to stay away I didn't listen

There was a time when this Company was the Cats meow, Well that cat moved overseas, to a very dismal Middle European country,, Rather spend the labor costs in Lithuania or whereever... Website, Late 80, s Similar to Lithuania! Customer Service really makes you appreciate The Good Old USA! Their CSR, s dont speak negligible English talk about confusing! Indian CSR, s speak English better than these yokes! Lets see, A company that takes it, s Profits overseas and sells American, s low quality Chinese Products! Clearly, Im Confused!)

I love my new ematic touch screen tablet and finger hut is the best way to buy any thing. I wouldn't been able to buy Christmas for any body but threw finger hut I got every one a gift in my family thanks finger hut. The tablet is great its so cool

Being hustled

Yes I started my fresh start order and Then followed the process of paying the $30 to go ahead to start it then I made an additional $45.21 before the due date and now I am being punished and charged a late fee because I made the payment early this is a scam if I were you and I will be going Nationwide against Fingerhut don't fall for it people

Fingerhut notified it's customer cardholders of the following:

"Important Changes To Your Account take a moment to review the recent changes to your Fingerhut account. Fingerhut Fetti Credit Card
1 New Credit Account. Same Great Fingerhut.
A new Fingerhut Fetti credit account has replaced your previous Fingerhut Advantage credit account in My Account."

What they failed to tell us customers is that this new Fetti account would be reported as a new account to the credit bureaus. I have worked hard to raise my credit score the past few years. The new line and closing of the old account ruined all of that hard work because it dropped my credit score considerably.

And this from a company that advertises that it can increase your credit score. There should be a class action lawsuit for this.

Received a temporary credit line increase from Fingerhut. Contacted Experian, told them that unless I spend the full amount of the temporary increase, the credit limit would decrease. I was informed by Experian that this WILL affect my credit score negatively. Contacted FH, requested that the temporary credit increase be made permanent, and told of the Experian response. The reply, "As there was no error, the temporary credit increase will not be made permanent" unless I spend the entire amount of the temporary credit line increase. Why are there no class action suits against Fingerhut? As the parent company (Bluestem) has filed for bankruptcy, hopefully this scam company will be revealed for its ill-begotten efforts to destroy the credit scores of its customers.

False information

Do not use this comany. I placed an order on Dec 7th with my debit card payment cleared by the 9th of Dec. I was told 3 times my order would arrive no later than Dec 22. I spoke wih a cs rep on Dec 16 she informed me that my order was packed and ready to ship just waiting on ups to pick up. Then I receive an email on Dec 17 that my order had been cancelled giving no explanation. Of course I couldnt reach anyone until Mon morning Dec 19. Then I was told it was not in stock after being told it was packed and ready to ship. This company is a disgrace. Now I have no gift under the tree for this person.

I made a order with my debit card & it wasn't clear on the process & fingerhut robbed my whole debit card. I called & the automated system said the order couldn't be canceled in which I was not accepting that because I just made the purchase. Finally spoke to a agent & they said I was supposed to receive a email of cancellation & was told by the end of the day things should be back. It is now late late in the day & haven't received a email yet. I called 3 times & the last agent say 3-6 business days. I'm extremely pissed off because it didn't take 3-6 days to take my money. It took only a minute for that. Fingerhut should be shut down for business & their operators & supervisors are rude & unruly liars.

I was told my delivery would be at my address on 12/14/21 it has been a week without any calls or texts keeping me up to date! I've also lost $120 dollars on movers because Fingerhut says the delivery team will only drop it off on curbside. My card has been charged for payments for a delivery that I don't have!. FINGER HUT SHOULD NOT OFFER ITEMS THAT CANT BE DELIVERED ON TIME PERIOD REGARDLESS OF HOW LARGE THE ITEMS ARE YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE PRODUCTS THAT YOU CANT DELIVER ITS ALREADY A HASTLE THAT YOU DONT OFFER MOVE IN SERVICES AND NOW Too! YOU CANT EVEN MAKE THE ACTUAL DELIVERY! Lol this is really nice for customer service
