I order two pairs of shoes on 07/18/2017. I received the order on 07/24/2017. One of the pairs had two right shoes. I contacted the company via email and was sent a return shipping label. The representative asked if I wanted a replacement order or refund. I responded to the email stating I'd like a replacement. On 07/26/2017 I used the label to send the mismatch pair via UPS. On the same day I received another email with conflicting information stating I would receive a replacement once my return was received and also that a replacement had already been sent and I should receive it within 4-6 days. Because of the confliction, I emailed back stating I would rather have a refund. A "Clarence" responded stating it was too late because the shoes had already been processed and expedited. On 08/01/2017 I verified with UPS that the mismatch pair had been received by Finishline. I received no confirmation from Finishline that this was the case. On 08/04/2017 I emailed again stating the replacement order had still not arrive. I received no response. I emailed yet again on 08/06/2017 requesting a response from customer service. That same day a "Sheila P" responded stating the mismatch pair I sent back was received on 08/01/2017 but the replacement order was still in "processing status". Her exact wording is as follows, "Please be informed that it may take within 4 to 6 business days for Rush Shipping via UPS. The fastest that the replacement order fulfilled, it will ship via 2nd day air shipping." Once again, the information is conflicting and confusing. I have now been lied to three times by the company and feel that I am being scammed. I have attempted calling as well, but am put on hold while they "search for my order" only to be hung up on. After reading other reviews and complaints, I have discovered that many many others have experienced this same type of circling around customer service.
I order some shoes from finish line like I do a lots of times for me or my son but after this experience never again they will se my money they cancel my order after selling me a shoe bucause they supposed don't have the item no more then I order a pair of Nike air max and wen the shipment got to my house it was only one shoe in the box I guess they think ionly have one leg or in this case one foot, after talking to costumer service they tell me to mail it back and I will get my money after they get the item back I say no then they say got to a finish line store they will do it there for my well I drive to a finish line store they say they can only exchange it I don't want to exchange I want my money so they end up not giving me my money because it was PayPal and it will take 5 business days so here I am almost a month later and no money it gets better I contact them and they give me a tracking number for the item I just check and it say shipment cancel so I guess I will not get my 97 dollars back any time soon horrible place but no more I will not buy anything from them be aware of this place go to footlocker is better plus more inventory to choose from
Bought a pair of shoes sole and return them within 24 hours and the sales rep wouldn't take them back. She says it's store policy. I told her that why wouldn't you tell me that this is the store policy. If I had known this, I wouldn't never bought it.
I demand to talk with the manager and she wasn't around so the sale rep called her and she/he wouldn't do either. There were customers behind me who saw and heard everything and they couldn't believe it either. As a matter of fact, one of the customer says to me I don't know if I want to buy the sneakers here. I told the customer I wouldn't if I was her.
Since this finish line was inside of Macy's, I contacted the manager on board and explained to them this situation and they were able to help me out. I told Macy's store that this is not good for their business due to the fact that they lease part of the store and yet accept Macy's purchases. Macy's apologized and made it right for me instead.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FINISH LINE STORE. BAD PRACTICE AND VERY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ordered shoes from this company on Thursday, August 11,2016. The next day I received a email stating my packet had been shipped. The email included a UPS shipping number. I was happy that I received an update and excited to get my product. The email showed an estimated delivery date of Wednesday, August 17. However, on Monday my tracking number was still not working. I called customer service who tried to convince me it was UPS's fault. I called UPS who then told me they had not picked up my package because Finishline never confirmed they were ready for the pick up. I had to call Finishline again and was then told they would have them picked up that day and shipped out. No update appeared on either website by the next afternoon so I called again and was told that the store my shoes were coming from had ran out of boxes, but lucky for me they had JUST received more boxes and my ordered would be shipped out by the end of the day. The next afternoon my shipping number was still not activated and this really upset me so I tried to cancel my order. I was told that they couldn't do that even though my order was not shipped and was actually still at the store! The debit by this point was no longer pending. It was posted so they had my money. My significant other even called and spoke with customer service and they told him that it wasn't a problem with boxes. They told him they were having trouble with the label printer, but, lucky for us they just got it fixed and the shoes would be shipped that very day! After all the run arounds and down right lies I didn't believe a word of it. A day later they showed up on our doorstep. Right size, right shoe. No complaints there. They had overnighted them. I really believe they would not have responded as quickly had we called every day for days. Bad communication is not worth the discount. I will not be ordering from Finishline again.
I am so disappointed in Finishline.
I wrote a review before about how they messed up our Christmas order, but I gave them another chance, but after Sunday, April 24th, I am completely done with them.
They have become what a lot of businesses are becoming - UnPatriotic, UnAmerican.
I went to buy my son a new pair of shoes and I showed them my military card and I was told that only Finishline stores near a base are getting the discount now. I disputed that because we have a base and hour away - how much closer do they want it to be. The sales clerk agreed with me, but told me the corporate has made a list of the stores that can give the discount. All I could say is wtf!? So you mean to tell me that if a Marine, Soldier, Airman, or Seaman, retires away from a base they no longer get their discount for their service to their country? You mean to tell me that Finishline's bottomline is so selfish that Reservist or National Guard don't get a discount because they aren't near a base. This is some bs and I'm calling it! I'm absolutely done with Finishline now.
Our society is too busy applauding people like Bruce Jenner for cutting off their private parts and equal bathrooms to even see the stupidity in that. How about the men and women who serve and want to get their child that $120 pair of gym shoes and because of their discount at Finishline they can actually do that, only to find out that now they can't because to Finishline, their service means nothing to corporate. Surely they can't be giving out that many service discounts a year to have made this decision.
I thank my husband and all of the men and women who are serving and have served and I'm sorry that some businesses in your own country can't even give you the respect you deserve because you fought for them to be able to run their business with out the threat of attack.

This is a sad sad company the employees wow true winners true they need to go dig a hole and sit down in it somewhere in the company shaking my head just because it's taking 2 weeks to get my money back and it feels like they want me to forget about it shame on you finish line and your little employees your little minions sad sad case sad no supervisor one little girl she sound like she had her head in the fishbowl and just kept telling me no supervisor no manager like even if you're at home working there's somebody that you can send the people over to when they have a bigger problem wow that's all I can say and I won't be shopping with them anymore because the headache isn't worth it I was happy in previous purchases but this last one no thank you did none of the shoes fit they were all made small good thing I didn't have to take them all back I'll be going crazy all right now shop at your own discretion if you shop online it'll take you a month maybe to get your money back when they take your money right away but they want to drag their feet giving it back shame on you finish line no supervisors no managers no one that can give you your money back are you kidding me seems like a sham oh ho let's let's make them wait so they can forget not me I'm off for three days I'll be calling all three days yeah don't do it don't shop with finish line they may have a couple good bargains but you may have to get your shoes two sizes too big just so you can make sure they fit because returning them is out of the question all the store has all the two and $300 shoes there and you can get all the decent price shoes online and you better make sure they fit cuz you can't return it 100 thumbs down for you finish line 100 negative Stars for you negative and if I would have came to the reviews before I started shopping with you guys I would have never started deals or not yeah everybody have a nice day
I would like to start by pointing out that this company has a VERY low score with the BBB, it is obvious and unfortunate that I am not the only person who has had a horrible experience when making a purchase through this company. If you want to receive the product you purchased, and have a company value their customers, DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went to 3 different Finish Lines looking for the correct size of Kylie 7 for my daughter. After not being able to find the correct size (9M), I went to the internet to place my order. I placed the order, which was scheduled to arrive just in time for tryouts. On 10/29, I received the shoes as expected. However, when I opened the box, I found ONE shoe! I immediately contacted customer support. The agent on the phone tried to process my replacement several times, eventually coming on saying that they were experiencing "technical difficulties" and she would call back in 1 hour. THREE hours later, I missed the calls where she was letting me know that she had sent me a return label. She left the instructions to print the label, and take the shoes to the nearest UPS store, once they get the return they will process the replacement, which will take 4-6 business days to reach me. I paid $150, to provide my daughter with a new pair of shoes for tryouts, and now I don't have the shoes, or the money to go buy new shoes! Her tryouts are tomorrow! I am very unhappy with this overall experience, from my local stores, to the store that shipped my order, to customer support. I DO NOT feel like this is worth my time or money as a customer. When the company messed up they DID NOT go out of their way to make it right! They did absolutely NOTHING except abide by their normal "return policy!" I would understand if I had ordered the wrong size, but the company DID NOT provide the product that I PAID for within their GUARANTEED time frame!

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
