Been watching Fitment Industries on YouTube for some time now and I figured it was time to support them with a t shirt purchase. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout was simple. They offer plenty of payment methods as well as free shipping. Great company and will continue to shop there.

Basically did my research on the website. Figured out what setups people were running similar to mine, found what I wanted and what would work. Got it ordered and next morning order was out for shipping!

Every single employee I spoke to was very helpful. I had more than a hand-full of questions and every single one of them were answered promptly, with respect, with professionalism and accuracy. Zach, Michael, Beck, Christian, and Monica were all very helpful and kept me up to date on the preparation and shipping process of my items. Fitment Industries has the best customer service out there. I will definitely be buying again.

I want to give a Hugh thumbs up to Joey in customer service. As I was mislead in sales of the purchase of a wheel package, Joey in customer service was a total professional from the get go for returning emails to making sure that my returned supplies were shipped, directions on packing for return shipment and any other questions or issues that needed attention. As I owned a retailed business which thrived on it's customer service, Joey is the benchmark of customer service. If Fitment Industries is not familiar of who they have working for them, this guy is top notch and send him thru the corporate ladder. Well deserved...

To begin I was recommended a tire I thought would be too small, after sleeping on it I called back and ask to change to a more appropriate fit. Everyone o spoke to agreed that it should've been that size. The representative recommended a set that they had a ton in the warehouse my wheels were at so I agreed.

I then received a call stating I would be charged an extra $100+ for "tire transfer" this delayed my shipping ad I felt they were annoyed with my request.

Upon receiving the wheels, not only were they not balanced properly causing a bad shake (I provided receipt to get refund) but the air pressure on one was 34 and another was 52!

Fitment industries first off is a perfectly laid out website, I found it easy to find my preferred wheel in a good size for fitment paired with an awesome set of tires, the process from start to finish was amazing and easy. I was surprised after finishing my order within a day they contacted me to make sure I didn't forget the wheel care and cleaning kit in case I wanted it and tpms sensors that I didn't put in my car, I continued to get the missed items and they helped the whole way. All in all a pain free process and A+ customer service, definitely recommend them for all your build needs!

I was able to find the coilovers I wanted for my vehicle in a matter of minutes. Entered my car info and looked under suspension. I will definitely be coming back to Fitment Industries when it's time to buy wheels.

Ordered rims and tires that were promised to fit with no issues at all. The tires rub and are getting all cut up by the fenders causing extremely dangerous driving conditions. Do not trust or order from them! Check the BBb complaints under Custom Offsets LLC. That is Fitment Industries real company name. BEWARE!

I never heard of Fitment Industries until a friend had bought from them and recommended them to me. I had been looking for new wheels for my car and was so stuck on where to buy them from. Places either didn't have what I wanted or Will unwilling to help. Fitment made it so easy! The communication is superb and the shipping is like lightning. My favorite part is that when you call to get help on something, you receive the direct line for the representative you spoke with if you need to call back. Damian O. Was my representative and he was extremely nice and helpful. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and explained everything until I understood. I am very pleased with this company and how they deal with their customers. Super refreshing compared to many other companies - I hope they never change! Will be recommending to anyone who needs the services they provide.

Brock was excellent putting together a great package deal helping me insure this was and exact fit without any modifications. I was concerned because no other reference photos. But when I put rims and tires it was exactly what I wanted and get lots compliments on wheels.

This was my first time buying wheels and tires and they made it easy. Zach helped with making sure I got the proper car care for my rims. He texted me about it and was super nice. I'm just amazed how much these guys care about us getting the proper rims and tires, answers to any questions, and proper car care. Thanks again!

Hands down the best experience with. Company I have ever had! Zach, Benjamin, Christian, Alex, and Beck all were phenomenal helping me get the right setup I was looking for with fast and helpful responses! Just ordered my suspension from them and will be getting my wheels from them shortly!

Anthony helped me with so many questions for my really specific fitment on my 370, not only was he in depth in his explanation about each wheel and was able to give me a list of wheels with the specs that fit my car and it's calipers, as well as which wheels were in available and still in production. Truly gave me great customer service and over a few days I was able to find the color and style of wheel I was looking for with his assistance. Definitely will be always getting wheels from fitment from now, thanks again Anthony.

Fitment is who you want to be working with on wheels and tires.

I had lots of issues with my order due to supply chain. Not Fitment issue, but they were always very prompt in providing updates when requested.

In the end, I had to change wheel options and they got my updated order out super quick and shipped. Showed up in days and no issues at all.

Great selection of wheels and tires on their site. Unfortunately I had an issue with the first set of wheels came in the wrong color Joey in customer service took care of it credited my account made it simple to ship them back.

Easy site to navigate. Customer service was great. Delivery was on time, and the overall experience was just amazing. Highly recommend Fitment Industries to anyone that's looking for wheels, tires, or suspension. I've already referred a few of my friends to Fitment Industries.

I was very skeptical about ordering such an item w/o being able to first physically see it, however Andrew truly set my nerves at ease with his Parian's professionalism. BRAVO ANDREW! You were marvelous. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Pretty great service overall. Only complaint I have is that when I ordered a wheel and tire package, there was no indication that the tires on the order where on back order with no ETA of arrival. So after about two weeks of waiting for some sort of shipping update it took me contacting the service department to finally find out the tires where on back order to then choose a different set. Everything went great after that. With that said, it would help if some notification post sale would be sent out to let the buyer know that there is a back order on an item.

Always there to help with any fitment questions and the gallery is awesome! For my last car I was looking for wheels and they offered up many great options even though I didn't end up getting any at all.

This is the worst online experience I've ever had and I have to pay for the restocking fee for there mistake now I'm out off 800.00 bucks they also didn't send the lug nuts and one of the wheels was damaged. Now some one will comment on this post from this company and say we are sorry blah blah blah do not use this company.

Was expecting a about a 2 week wait for the coil overs to come in but it ended up being 2 months due to they had none in stock. Which is completely understandable due to everything is On back order. Still great experience with fitment industry!

Easy to navigate and great to view other cars with the setups I want! The rims I got look very clean on my car but there was minor damage to the rim upon installation. Packaging was good. The ceramic coating also looks very spotty. Overall I'm not too mad.

Seemed not at all willing to listen to my concern, very dismissive.
