I literally get all of my Information from this company on YouTube. It could be camber kit, your suspensions, tire stretch, wheel fitment. They give out some really good advice. I would have ordered my wheels from them but, I don't believe they custom make rims
I hate this company,never,ever try order wheels and tires from this company, they start lying from day 1 to media i looking for azara wheels, the sails person told me yes we have in stocks told him ok i buy it,next morning he told me, sorry we don't have it but we can backorder ok i pays full amount money and start waiting, after 3 month waiting i call them back,tjey told me, great news we have your wheels, we need inspect, and send to you it fake a week, ok im start waiting again after 2 weeks i call them back, we sorry but you need go back and waits wait 5 month and nothing.customer service is terrible,finaly i cancelled my order, call to mr wheels company, this guys great, they delivered my wheels and tires in one month,again never try fitment industry.
YES 5 STARS! Don't waste your time going anywhere else! They have the best customer service I have ever experienced! The guy even gave me his number so I could call if I had any questions or needed any help! And every time I called he was extremely polite, nice and helpful. The overall experience dealing with Fitment Industries was the best shopping experience I've ever had! I'm happy to rock the Fitment Industries sticker on my car!

I ordered two of the same tires from this website but one of the tires was a different aspect ratio than the other and I had already put it on so now I cannot return the item even thought they sent me the wrong sized item to begin with, really wish they would fix issues like this and prevent it from happening ever again.

Ordered wheel and tire package with tpms and ceramic coating. After waiting over a month, and being notified that there was QC issue that caused the delay, I received a comically warped wheel. I know this wasn't done in shipping because there was about 15 ounces of weights added (and falling off) to try to balance the thing. They had to see this if they applied the ceramic coating I paid for. The other three appear ok and have a normal amount of balancing weights, but now I don't really trust if they been mounted correctly. I've reached out but haven't heard anything within the promised window and am worried I'm about to be another horror story trying to get this resolved.
The ease of inputting all of your vehicle information and having all the products presented to you in such a clean and clear way with ample information on each product and how it will fit your car good or bad is more than I expected and I will always return for my fitment needs!

Shipping took 17 days from the second I pushed order to the day they were on my front porch. Everything was packaged great, wheels were exactly what I ordered, directional tires were mounted correctly

I have set I just received waiting for 3 months for backed ordered they finally came in I'm looking at the pictures online and mines are white center caps but the face of wheel not white like a grey kinda off white not same color as the center

Very quick and easy. Customer service was very informative and helped me out when I needed it. Had a problem with shipment of 2 wheels that came in damaged, they offered me $ off and I declined. They immediately had new ones sent to me the same day.

They stated the wheels and tires would fit my car (I went bigger). I asked for them to be shipped loose mounted/ separate, but they sent the tired mounted anyways after getting confirmation from 2 different people
The tires are too big and are rubbing, so I reached out by email 4 times with the service report and called about 6 times today straight to voicemail, not even a callback when that option was selected. No response until 5 minutes before their lines cut off as out of business hours…
I'm still within time to return but it seems they're waiting until that threshold is passed.

They had a great database of specs for my car's fitment and get product at great prices. There was a hiccup in shipping my large order, but the staff responded and resolved the issue same day and my parts were shipped in a couple days.

The website was really easy to use, I love how you can see the wheels on other people's cars so you have a better idea of what they looks like rather than some janky computer generated image like tire rack has

Shopping experience isn't perfect. Some specs are missing, like weight on many wheels. However that's my only complaint. Wheels came very fast, in perfect condition, and were balanced perfectly. These guys have the best prices (that I can find) and great costumer support.

Ordered bc coilovers arrived in 4 days. Wheels and tires package i got from before was over a week earlier than expected and they're available to answer any questions you may have great company all around.

Bc coilovers are best bang for your buck coilovers i could find. They ride incredibly smooth i can take corners as fast as i want zero body roll. They can still absorb bumps and dips in the road without getting a free prostate exam.

For my first time buying wheels and tires, using the gallery made figuring out what wheels fit and what they look like very simple and easy. My wheels were mounted, balanced, and packaged very well before they were delivered to me several days earlier than what I expected. I would absolutely buy from FI again and would recommend them to anyone else wanting to buy wheels and tires. I'd give 6 stars if it was an option.

Lately ordering parts have been crazy with the back order problem. I ordered this exact product from another company waited 3 months before I finally canceled. Ordered from Fitment industries had it at my door step within 2 weeks!

Morgan charged me 150$ restocking fee for cancellation of order that was on back order. A restocking fee for something that had not even left the shelf? Back order was 4-8 weeks. Which I didn't see upon check out. My fault. However, as soon as I received back order email, literally 3 minutes after placing order, I began feverishly trying to cancel order to avoid any repercussions. Phone calls, voicemails, and emails with no reply. I shouldnt have to pay for the fact that your team was unavailable especially when no inconvenience had occurred. Why even list a product if it's that far out. Seems like a poor business practice. I know this fee has and can be waved. Felt like I was being gouged. Lots of bot responses. I became really frustrated at the fact that there's really no way to talk to an actual person with fitment industries. Anyway this is what 150$ out of my pocket gets you

Tim - It seems like there is a bit more to this matter and the product that was selected may have been a special order item, that upon placing an order is subject to cancellation fees. We list backorder product so that our customers have the option to place a deposit on items that coming available so that they can secure said product. If we were not to do this, it would mean that all product would be on a first come first serve basis which is something we would never want to subject our customers to. Easy process. I have used other online wheel/tire stores in the past and usually I'm waiting a month or longer easily. I did pay the $150 for faster shipping but wasn't expecting to get my wheels and tires in 7 days! Nicely packaged, they really care about getting them to you in one piece!

I wasn't put on hold for 15 minutes to talk to a human. All of my questions were answered in detail by someone who had the same product on his vehicle. They told me exactly when and how shipping was gonna happen and they even followed up with me after to make sure I received everything. I will buy from them again!

Fitment Industries has become so much more than just wheels, tires and suspension. However, even though they are growing super fast and have all sorts of projects, they still maintain the same quality of service on what started them out - wheels, tires and suspension. The ordering process was incredibly smooth. The selection itself is mind-boggling! They truly have created a one stop shopping experience to get all the info about what wheel and tire specs work for your platform, the selection of styles to the testimonies of actual consumers! I chose the Avid1 SL03 wheels because I really love the style of the wheels along with the lighter weight. Foe my platform, VW GTI, the euro style of multi spoke designs really compliments the car and I thought these wheels would be perfect. Now all that's left is to get some dope pictures and post them to the gallery!

I called to order tires and rims for an 1985 Rx7, thinking nobody nowadays even remembers these cars. Andrew gave me different tire/rim options according to my wants, pointed out pit falls to avoid for perfect fitment. The whole process took about 3 weeks... a week was indecision on my part but once i settled for what i wanted and placed the order i had my rims in 2 weeks. Great service on there behalf! Rims showed up at my house all bundled in heavy foam and beefy plastic wrap with no damage... happy camper here on my end!

Waited almost a month just to be told they forgot to put my order on the truck but they would get it right out to me. Waited another week and had to call back twice to then be told my order was lost and the tires I ordered were now back ordered and it would cost me more money to get a comparable tire. I had to tell them 3 times I didn't want the ceramic coating and cleaning kit for an extra $300 but when it can to finding out where my wheels were I had to call 3 times over 8 days. Shop elsewhere if you need your order in a timely manner in order to drive your car or if you expect a straight answer when you're having issues

I had a great experience starting with talking with Andrew Marchewka who helped me get the right tires for the wheels I wanted. Shipping was super fast after placing my order and everything came well packaged.
I chose Fitment Industries because they had the products that I wanted in stock as well the convenience of getting wheels are tired mounted and balance when they arrive.
