I literally get all of my Information from this company on YouTube. It could be camber kit, your suspensions, tire stretch, wheel fitment. They give out some really good advice. I would have ordered my wheels from them but, I don't believe they custom make rims
I hate this company,never,ever try order wheels and tires from this company, they start lying from day 1 to media i looking for azara wheels, the sails person told me yes we have in stocks told him ok i buy it,next morning he told me, sorry we don't have it but we can backorder ok i pays full amount money and start waiting, after 3 month waiting i call them back,tjey told me, great news we have your wheels, we need inspect, and send to you it fake a week, ok im start waiting again after 2 weeks i call them back, we sorry but you need go back and waits wait 5 month and nothing.customer service is terrible,finaly i cancelled my order, call to mr wheels company, this guys great, they delivered my wheels and tires in one month,again never try fitment industry.
I learned a lot by watching all the free entertaining content on YouTube from Fitment Industries and the customer service is top notch. I wrote an email to ask about some coil overs since it is a big purchase for me. The response was quick and was even given a recommendation of a product that I missed on the web sight. I made a slightly bigger purchases than I was planning but i feel as though I will be getting what I paid for with confidence due to FI's customer service and knowledge of what they do. Great team, and I'm now a fanboy! Just waiting for my shipment now! Feel's like Christmas!
I ordered wheels and tires back on February 27th. Received text around March 3rd saying that I should expect a tracking number within the next "2-3 business days." Then about a week later "5-8 business days". Now I'm not receiving any updates and my order went from "being processed" to being "placed." So I took a step back in the process after they told me over the phone a week ago that I should expect a tracking number very soon and that my wheels were in the warehouse in Batavia waiting to be shipped. How?! How are they "confirming product availability" after they've already informed that they've received my items and are getting to work on them! Worst experience I've had ordering online! May as well tell the boys the wheels won't come until summer.

Ordered my wheels and tires, which came sooner than expected, and looked great. Installed them and they rode alright. I already was aware that they would not ride like factory since they were 20's with smaller sidewall tires. I decided to balance them and road force them. Balance was off with only 50 miles on them and the road force of the tires was all above 20 pounds of road force, this is what caused them to ride so bad. Not sure who singed off on these getting shipped out with that much rotation mass out of balance. Guess ill just have to wait it out till it's time to get some new tires.

Carl - we apologize for the issue you had with proper road force balancing of your tires. However, please be aware that we do a regular balance on wheel/tire packages, not a full road force balance test prior to shipment. On top of that, there isn't anything we can physically do to confirm a tire is out of round as that's a manufacturer defect and out of our control. Regardless though, we're always willing to help with a possible warranty claim should you decide to get those tires warrantied. Please reach out to our customer service team if you need further help! I found Fitment Industries website super easy to navigate along with the gallary of other people cars helped me a lot in deciding what rims i wanted for my car. On top of that, the estimated delivery date was roughly 2-3 months if I remember right and I got my rims in 2 weeks. Great experience overall.

He answered all my questions regarding my interest in the noir elite n104 wheel, he took my vehicle information including modifications and inserted info for the precise fitment of the wheel on my car. They quoted me 2 week delivery and they came a week early. Tires and tires were perfectly mounted and balanced with no scratches or anything on the wheels. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is trying to get rims fast and easily.

Ordered my wheels on May 5th 2020 and yes i completely understand about the Covid-19 pandemic which caused delays but my problem lies is after you shipped my wheels... your freight company lost them! They asked for 2 days to locate them, i gave them 3 and still nothing. I contacted you guys and all the rep basically did was look at the tracking online and read off the same information i already know. Spending close to $1300 on wheels and tires and seems not a care in the world is given. Maybe i can change my review if you guys can actually help locate my wheels!

Fitment Industries seems to not house a majority of their parts, I tried ordering multiple different pairs of coil over and they told me I'd be on a month hold each time and the price kept going up 100s of dollars to get me to get a set "that was in stock at the manufacturer"; however, they list everything as in stock on their site and tell you after the fact my payment started at $900 and ended at $1150 for some coil overs that would come in on time (which was 2 weeks later after emailing back and forth.) The main redeeming factor is they gave me $50 off or I would be ending with a $1200 bill. I mainly just paid because I was so deep in.

Unfortunate cause of events; inventory errors/updates, personnel responsible not doing their job. I was informed that the wheels I chose were no longer 'In Stock'. Had to make an additional payment due to items/wheels selected not being in stock due to manufacturer inconsistencies, and inventory update issues on both ends. Although the price of an alternate combination of wheels and tires were more than the initial combination, I was given a discount.

Just like my title says, the ordering process was easy. I like how everything is pretty self explanatory on the site and if you do need help that there is someone waiting to use their imagination to help you. Like whaaaa? Customer service is A1. Prices are definitely bang for your buck especially if you're looking for suspension! I debated on which and what I wanted. But I'm glad I went with my BCs. Can I get a AMEN! Can't wait for them to get installed!

Only bought rims because I watch the companies YouTube channel. Pretty funny and has a good car culture there. Although I call everyday somehow you're always closed. I'm here in California I call at 8am everyday and you're always closed. Our hours difference is not that much so what the heck? And it's been 3 weeks now where is my wheel and rims? There's no shipping number for ups or Usps so I can't track it all it says it that it's been shipped. Very unsatisfied. In all honesty I don't want the rims anymore this is pathetic I already paid two weeks of payments and don't even have the rims. I want my money back take your rims back. Unsubscribe from your channel.

The website and customer service reps both stated I would be able to schedule a delivery time, this wasn't the case. They came from UPS with no estimated delivery date or time. First delivery I find them leaning against my dads pole barn partially unwrapped. 20 ft away from the road and in clear view. That delivery contained 3 of my wheels all of which were scratched and dented(the location of the damage made it obvious one of their technicians did it while mounting the tires). The 4th wheel was no where to be found. A few days later the 4th one arrived with the most damage of all. Having sent multiple emails with photos to their customer service, and calling for the 4th time, I still have no answers about what is being done. I paid 2,300 dollars for messed up wheels and they seem to be trying to ghost me.
Decent prices on wheels and tires, if the first two bills aren't removed within the week ill cancel my order and dispute.

If you like getting the run and and wasting hours upon hours on hold and waiting for someone to follow through with mistakes and damaged products then this group is for you! I have been trying to deal with damaged wheels and improper fitment for over a month and am still in the same place since first ordered, nowhere. There is no leadership and as I write this review I now have been hung up on 2 times while waiting. THE WORST.

I used custom offsets a year ago spent $3500 was happy with the entire experience got my wheels and tires and a timely manner website was on point my son went to go buy wheels and tires from fitment industries used there fitment Page to buy wheels and tires picked out the rims picked out the tires they sent them out in a timely manner and they did not fit now they will not take them back and give us the right size we're stuck with $2400 worth of paper weights last time I use custom offsets or fitment industries

Once I placed my order, Fitment Industries kept me up to date while they prepared and shipped my order. One concern was that when these wheels and tires were delivered, I received no notification and had no idea that my wheels and tires were sitting out in front of my garage for all the world to see. They could have easily been stolen.
Their website is full of good information to help you make the proper choice for your vehicle.

I ordered one rim due to damage on one of my wheels. I told the rep I needed ASAP delivery for my product as I was heading on a road trip less than one week later. The order was shipped the next day, and arrived one day earlier than expected which helped me leave on time. I highly recommend using fitment industries for your next wheel purchase.

Over all the experience was amazing but the tracking portion of the website needs to be updated. I was sent a email saying the wheels I chose needed to be custom drilled and the time would be 7-10 business days after 12 business days And the website saying nothing other than shipped and estimated delivery being way off. I emailed them and was told the turn around for custom drilled is 25-27 days. The Communication was very poor.*update* they did reach out to me and apologize for the issues and helped me with some of the other issues I was having.
They were not helpful in the slightest for my issues just kept apologizing and telling me I can track the current status of my wheels on the tracking site but they said they were shipped when they were actually still being drilled.

The website has it's issues here and there as well as the inconsistency in the delivery process. Ordering wasn't bad, just a few items were out of stock but were not labeled as such until I had received an email hours after my order. When my order did arrive the tracking was off and the products were carelessly placed in my driveway(not FI's fault but still) and no signature required, no knock at the door, nothing.
They were very helpful after the issues with my order and got everything straightened out
