I literally get all of my Information from this company on YouTube. It could be camber kit, your suspensions, tire stretch, wheel fitment. They give out some really good advice. I would have ordered my wheels from them but, I don't believe they custom make rims
I hate this company,never,ever try order wheels and tires from this company, they start lying from day 1 to media i looking for azara wheels, the sails person told me yes we have in stocks told him ok i buy it,next morning he told me, sorry we don't have it but we can backorder ok i pays full amount money and start waiting, after 3 month waiting i call them back,tjey told me, great news we have your wheels, we need inspect, and send to you it fake a week, ok im start waiting again after 2 weeks i call them back, we sorry but you need go back and waits wait 5 month and nothing.customer service is terrible,finaly i cancelled my order, call to mr wheels company, this guys great, they delivered my wheels and tires in one month,again never try fitment industry.
I dealt with these guys a while ago. Bought wheels, tires and coilovers all at once and figured they'd take care of me. Got everything I ordered except the lug nuts. They quickly next day aired me the wrong lug nuts. Then did it again, and again and after the fourth time they tried calling me a liar and saying I wasn't putting them on correctly. I finally got the right lugs and got the wheels on. The tires were balanced horribly, I got them rebalanced and Fitment industries paid for it. On top of all this hassle I had to go through, I was mistakenly charged a fee from fed ex. I told Fitment industries about this mistake and they stated they would take care of it and to ignore anymore letters. I then began receiving letters stating I am being sent to collections. One call to fed ex got it all cleared up and even found out Fitment industries never contacted fed ex about the charge like they told me they would do. These people are liars and do not care about keeping good customers. The company needs an insane amount of help before I would ever consider purchasing through them.
I ordered four wheels on June 16th and they did not arrive until July 17th. The wait was not so bad except I kept getting notifications my order was just about to ship. I got a text notification on July 1st that I should expect a tracking number within the next two business days. So after waiting 11days and still no communication from them, I was pretty frustrated. So I texted their order update phone number with my name like it says online, and after going around in circles I got no update from the person responding to me. So then I emailed them asking what was going on with my order and if my wheels weren't going to be shipping in the next day like I kept getting promised, I was going to dispute the 1650 I had already paid. Well magically I got an email the next morning that my order would be shipping out and here's a tracking number. And then 3 days after texting for an order update, I finally got a response saying looks like your order is shipping and here's your tracking number (thanks I already got the email 2 days ago telling me that and now you're responding?!?). So finally the wheels arrive and they send the wrong size lugs and no center caps. You'd think after waiting almost a month, they'd at least get the order right. Pretty bad and at the performance shop where I take my car when I told them I got my wheels from Fitment they said don't get your wheels from them because they don't know what they're doing. Wish I had known before I ever made my purchase.

Looks like I should have read the negative google reviews on this horrible company. The first red flag was that after ordering, I got an email stating that it could take 2 weeks to "process" my order. I ordered the wheels on a Friday and they were listed in stock. I decided to call on Monday to see if they were actually in stock. I was told that they were but if any problem came up, I could easily cancel my order. That was the first of many lies. They proceeded to ship me 2 of the wheels and claimed the other 2 would be following shortly. After a week and several calls, it turns out that the other 2 wheels are backordered 8 weeks. At this point I decided to cancel the order and return the 2 wheels that they shipped. That was 3 weeks ago. Fitment claims that the vendor is the problem with getting the RMA labels and that they can't even refund my money for the 2 wheels that never shipped. Every email from them is a canned statement acknowledging that I am disappointed and assuring that they are working on it. Just take a look at their responses to negative reviews here. I paid through paypal and have filed a dispute with them. At this point, that is my only hope in getting my money back. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE GARBAGE! After seeing all the reviews here, I think I may contact my bank and open a fraud investigation.

It def took longer then I expected it to take I believe about 2-3 weeks just for some lowering springs but they were exactly what I ordered and they came with everything so I'm not complaining

I ordered my wheels and tires for my nissan hardbody from Fitment because their sister company Custom Offsets didn't have my preferred wheel for my truck. I had to put it down as a 240sx, and they contacted me about the lug pattern being different, which is good. It means they are paying attention and care.
However. A couple days after I placed my order, while the tracker said processing and the wheels were most definitely not ordered yet from the manufacturer, I noticed I had ordered 16s when I originally wanted 17s. I was still going to be charged the restock fee for changing my order this early in the process, and even though the wheel and tire combo I picked was around $200 less, that seemed like it wasnt going to be applied. Customer service broke down as soon as there was a complication.
Overall I would suggest more vehicles be added to the options to choose from, or dont make it a required field when ordereing. Also to the consumer, make triple sure you order exactly what you want because after you hit the purchase button the experience goes downhill fast.
Tip for consumers:
Make double sure you know exaclty which wheels and tires you want, and make sure the ones in the cart match.

I ordered a set of Cosmis racing wheels from fitment industries along with tires, tmps sensors and ceramic coating. I placed my order online and within two hours they started calling/texting me about the tires I ordered not being in stock. I called them and we talked and I selected another set of tires. They talked me into the tpms sensors at that point because they were mounting the tires. Long story short the wheels came damaged and it looks to have happened during the mounting process because the packaging was in perfect shape. I message them and they tell me I have to go have them refinished myself and they'll pay me back or they'll take $60 off of my $2600 order to make up for it…. So then I message them back saying i paid for new wheels not refurbished wheels can i just send the two back and get them replaced and they are giving me a super hard time and I've asked to just return all 4 and get my money back and they keep acting like i never asked and like it's not an option. I've also proven to them twice that there are no sensors installed. I will never deal with them again and I recommend you don't either.

Crooks if I had to I'd give this place one star, their own benefit if going to the page to looks at builds of peoples cars. My rims came with scratches/gouges from tires being mounted on the wheel, which were black so made it very noticeable, gave me like $100back not even close to be able to cover the cost to repair it. Decided to give them another chance this time not buying tires from them to avoid the first mishap. Wheels come in with one center cap missing they stated they called me and left a message (never happened) saying it's be shipped separately. So I wait the day of with my door open, package says delivered but I never received it. I started up a claim with fedex and their specific instructions were to wait a few days since it said it was delivered then have the company created a lost package report. These crooks have the balls to say that because it says delivered they cannot create a lost package report when it was FEDEX INSTRUCTIONS to do so. Never spending my money again through them, GO SUPPORT LOCAL SHOPS On any wheel and suspension setups! F*ck Fitment Industries

They came quick and without any problems. These rims are the 30mm which look beautiful but in the picture they show the 10mm which look better. But these rims are still amazing!
