I literally get all of my Information from this company on YouTube. It could be camber kit, your suspensions, tire stretch, wheel fitment. They give out some really good advice. I would have ordered my wheels from them but, I don't believe they custom make rims
I hate this company, never, ever try order wheels and tires from this company, they start lying from day 1 to media i looking for azara wheels, the sails person told me yes we have in stocks told him ok i buy it,next morning he told me, sorry we don't have it but we can backorder ok i pays full amount money and start waiting, after 3 month waiting i call them back, tjey told me, great news we have your wheels, we need inspect, and send to you it fake a week, ok im start waiting again after 2 weeks i call them back, we sorry but you need go back and waits wait 5 month and nothing.customer service is terrible, finaly i cancelled my order, call to mr wheels company, this guys great, they delivered my wheels and tires in one month, again never try fitment industry.
Nick from customer service was fast and to the point with my order after one of my tire blew!
Got my tires from them and planning to from time to time
To match the rest of my tires and replace the blown one
It originally said my wheels would ship in about a month, but they arrived in less than 4 days.
Unless youre very knowledgeable about wheels and tires, do not buy, I'll repeat, DO NOT BUY from Fitment Industries. I purchased a suggested tire and wheel package from Fitment Industries. I discovered my tire had sport suspension and contact customer service on 3 different occasions to verify if my selected package would fit or not. I waited on hold for several minutes and when I finally spoke to someone, the simply said "I don't know." The "Tire Specialist" had no clue how to help me and Id go as far to say they had no knowledge of tires or wheels.
Of course I get the tires, and theyre rubbing against my inner liner, I contacted support again, and they escalated to a technician who actually asked for the proper fitment and measurements and when it came down to returning the tires, they declined to remedy my issue because my shop took the sticker of the tires when I had them installed and I drove home when I realized the tires were rubbing. Which is the reason why I reached out to them to begin with. How will the tires be new and undriven if I'm complaining about rubbing? Not very logical. Basically the customer service rep told me to get lost and they're not going to do anything about it. Now i'm out several $100s of dollars. Complete bull crap. Beware of Christian at Fitment Industries. He will just waste your time and will not help you.
Do yourself and got to a professional tire shop. They will suggest the best tires and fitment and double check to make sure everything fits appropiately. Theres to much chance for a loss when dealing with these online jokers. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to American Tires.
You can see in the screen shots the multiple times I reached out to them to get help with my order and they left me hanging. Again... DO NOT BUY from Fitment Industries or any other online tire store unless they have a garauntee and are assisted by knowledgeable tire and wheel specialist.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY TIRES OR WHEELS ONLINE especially from FitmentIndustries. If you pick from thier list of recommended tires and experience any problems, they will not help you at all. You're stuck and will just waste money buying more tires from a traditional tire shop.

Jay - We are sorry that you had rubbing issues with the tires that you selected and purchased for your wheel/tire package. We understand your frustration here, and we are still committed to helping however we possibly can. However, we do recommend on our FAQ page on our website that you test fit prior to driving on your package. If this is done, and with any wheel/tire package that isn't driven on, we'd be willing to return those items and get you into a different set as needed. We still would like to help given the circumstances, so please reach back out to our customer service team either via phone or email and we will help further, however we can. Thank you!

I ordered Enkei J10's 17x7 with machined lip. Everything was perfect and they arrived in a timely fashion.
Thanks for the feedback! We appreciate it!
Disclaimer: I drove on the wheels and tires that I ordered and that is why they would not return them. They are "legally" within their right to do what they have done. Just what they have done is bad business.
I ordered $6,000+ worth of wheels, tires, lugs, and TPSs. I am an amateur at car mods.
Here are my grievances:
1) They quoted me ~1-2 months for my order to process and be delivered, because they are made-to-order. It took 5.5 months. They did nothing to address this and I was never updated on the status of my order, or that it was going to be late, unless I called directly and asked.
2) I CALLED them to place the order in the first place, specifically to make sure that I was getting the right thing. I didn't trust myself to know enough to get the correct fitment. Still got something that didn't fit.
3) The wheels and tires that I received are GROSSLY oversized for my car. The rear wheels cleared the edge of my fender by a SOLID 3/4 of an inch. See pictures attached.
4) They admitted on a recorded phone call that the fitment was too aggressive and they should not have been sent out to me.
5) I had to pay for a consult and quote for doing an AGGRESSIVE fender flair/pull, in order to show proof that they didn't fit and there were no easy cosmetic alternatives to fix the problem.
6) I was willing to eat the cost of the tires ($1,000), as I had driven on them, but they have less than 500 miles on them, so I thought I might get something back for the wheels. Their solution was $500 and a discount on a future purchase… That's it.
7) When I called for the last time, I asked to escalate the issue to the manager above Connor, the sales manager with whom I had been dealing, he refused and said that the management above him "Don't talk on the phone and only deal with higher level processes." I raised the issue that they were the ones making the decision to not process my return, though, and I had not had the chance to present my case myself. He said "They have reviewed your case and there is nothing we can do."
In summary, Fitment Industries sent me something that was wildly off base from what I should have received, admitted that it was their mistake, and then denied me a return on a technicality in their terms and conditions. All because I drove less than 500 miles on the wheels and tires. I got $500 back and a discount on a future order in the event that I wanted to try to put smaller tires on the back and try to MAKE them fit. Fitment Industries is a "Youtube brand" that does not actually care about their clients. 0/10 Would not recommend.
Tip for consumers:
Know exactly what you are getting beforehand, as their "expertise" is amateur at best.
If they don't fit perfectly, do NOT drive on them at all. Still probably expect some pushback on a return.

Noah - It appears you worked with our Customer Service Team on this previously, and with our management team. We understand your frustations, and if you feel we can do something further outside of what was already agreed on, we are willing to help as we can. Thank you!
I looked at the gallery before ordering, which really helped to see what others with the same set up are running. So that is a plus! I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my daughter's 350Z, which she had been saving up money all summer for. When they arrived on a Friday I was super stoked with how they were packaged, then when I opened the shrink wrap on one of the wheels/tires I discovered a noticeable ding in one of the wheels. Upon inspecting both the cardboard and the foam that covers the face of the wheel, I located a hole where something had pierced the packaging, I assume in shipping by UPS. I was disappointed but figured customer service would help. I contacted CS on Monday by email as it is nearly impossible to reach some one by telephone. I didn't get a response for several days. When I received a response, it was not what I was expecting. Their response was that they could offer a partial reimbursement or accessories/apparel to keep the wheel as to avoid having to do a return. This was unacceptable. They also offered a new wheel at a discounted price so I could keep the damaged wheel as a spare. Or if I preferred I could set up return shipping. Four days later, I was informed that return was approved and that I would be receiving a label. On August 2 I received the return label. I immediately re-packaged the wheel/tire and took it to UPS. On August 9 I followed up as the wheel/tire had been delivered on August 8. I received a response the day after confirming receipt and informing me that the wheel/tire had to go through an inspection process. On August 12, I sent an email asking why it is taking so long to process the return/shipment of a new wheel/tire. I have not heard back yet. It has been 17 days since I requested/initiated the return. It has been 4 days since they received the wheel/tire. My husband was a manager in a manufacturing facility for over 17 years. He knows how UPS works and they pay claims to companies daily for lost and damaged items. I am wondering why I had to jump through so many hoops when UPS was/is responsible for the damages that occurred in shipping. More importantly what is taking so long? As soon as they had confirmation that the wheel/tire was delivered to UPS for shipping or as soon as they received the tire/wheel, they should have shipped a new one.

Teresa - we apologize firstly for the damage that was done by the carrier. Subsequently, we strive to make any return or replacement of damage or problematic product as quick as possible, as we understand you want exactly what you paid for, as quick as we can get it to you. We're unsure why it took as long as it did to get back to you about those issues you referenced here, but we will make sure that this situation gets handled with urgency from this point forward. Please reach out to the team you've been working with up to this point, and they will continue to assist on this to get that wheel replaced ASAP. Thank you for your patience!
I am involved with alot of car shows and cruise ins in the VA area so i have ordered alot of wheel and tire packages in my lifetime and the one from fitment industries has been hands down the worst experience i have ever had with one. I have used wheelfire, wheelhero, wheelsnext, tirerack and even custom offsets. Every single one of those puts fitment to shame. They ship you crap parts and then dont stand behind them when you have a problem. I've had their package on my car for less than 100 miles and i am still fighting to get a refund cuz of defective equipment. They just keep the run around going and their slow $#*! email responses and long $#*! hold times. I get alot of questions at my shows about who is a good site to use and who isn't. Fitment will be #1 on the who isn't list for as long as I do this. Custom offsets their sister company even $#*!s on them. I don't need Jake W or whoever else from this company responding to this like all the other complaints saying this is not how we do business and contact so and so in this and that dept. blah blah blah. You obviously do do business like this by reading all the reviews. This is just for others thinking about using this crap company. Save your money and go elsewhere or you will have $1500 rims sitting in your shed like I do. Good luck.
Well ATTN Jake, there is no disconnect except on you all's end. Here we are almost two months later and yall still havent resolved a damn thing. Every time i email or call i get the same response... We are at the mercy of the manufacturer on claims and we will let you know when we hear from them. Thanks for the $1500 paper weights.

About two months into my order I finally got the refund I was begging for. I checked with the shipper aka "RoadRunnerFreight" after 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, they claimed to have it but couldn't continue to the shipping since "it's not it's turn yet" I checked back with them a week later to find out they never picked it up. I started to get worried Also because my current tires have been balding and got cracks all over so I was depending on this order so badly (I mentioned this to them a lot)... so I called fitment industries and they said that they already have shipped it out of their warehouse and the shipper will continue to handle it. (Note, I live in California, I have to wake up at 5am to give RoadRunner a call or you'll never be able to contact them later on the day then I'll have to wait until 6am to give Fitment Industries a call to secure an early spot since they're both Eastern) I contact this guy name Brevon and he said he'll investigate it and give me a follow back call the next morning... I never received one so I made the call. A lady who was trying so hard to be "nice" but obviously was giving the most attitude told me to give them 5-7days to investigate and they'll give me a call... never received one so I had to make the call. I called back obviously... finally got my refund after waiting for about 2 months (shout out to Bryce, the only guy who truly helped me)... overall the whole thing was a mess and I could've waited a whole lifetime for this order if I never contacted them. Turns out I'm not the first, I heard it personally from multiple people. I expect. With a $1,700 purchase that my order would be handled with care... not the case.
Ernesto - This sounds awful! We're so very sorry to hear of the issues you had with the carrier and that we were unable to assist. This is not normal for our business and we would be happy to rectify this any way that we can. Please email in with "ATTN: Collin" in the subject line and we will be sure to get this handled ASAP!
