Brenda was so helpful with giving her opinion on what tires would be the best option for me. Even though I know cars and what I should get. It helped with her opinion on which ones were going to be the best for my car.

Fitment industries were really helpful with getting pieces that were broken by the mail men replaced. But the kit was incomplete. Civic Type R has low profile fuses and the kit only comes with ATC/ATM fuse taps.

Was told it would take 3 to 4 months to receive my wheels. It ended up taking over a year had to keep calling and email to try and get an update! Was hard to get a hold of someone specially someone that could answer my questions!

They sent me the incorrect wheels and incorrect size and tried to tell me that it was correct. Finally they told me they'd reach out to the manufacturer to get a shipping label. That was 3 weeks ago and now they will not respond to my emails. Super disappointed cause I spent so much money and I excited about getting my new wheels.

I called looking for a inquiry on specific set of wheels. I've looked on three other carriers and none of them were able to get ahold of them. Izack was a top notch guy and was able to help me find my staggered wheel set! He was quick with a quote and was open to follow up calls. Great customer service and knowledgeable people!

Contacting them is simple and easy. They take a very long time to reply. Also they said my tires weren't on back order which I ordered them because they weren't, just to get notified that they gave those tires away to someone else and I have to wait on the back order. I asked for a refund, still haven't gotten a reply or my refund yet...

Everything was perfect. Other then they told me they would let me know when package was going to be coming because i needed to sign for it. Wheels sat for 10 days cause i figured tracking wasn't updating but they just never called. Had to make the call myself and was told "well we got a bunch of customers don't take much for you to just call up" lmao oh alright then. Other then that good.

Fitment industries hasn't gotten anything right in my order... they said my order would be guaranteed by a certain date and didn't show up till a week after the date guaranteed. After it was delivered, only 1/3 of my order was there. I had to call multiple times to try and get the rest of my order, once everything was figured out and I received my second package, only half was received. After calling multiple times yet again, I found out they weren't even going to send the rest because they messed up somewhere. When the final package was received it was in the wrong color. It's just been a joke this whole time and it's been over a month from when they said everything should have been here.

It was super easy to find a set of wheels for my car. There isn't a huge aftermarket market for my vehicle. But fitment industries made it easy to find the right wheels for my car without having to do any complicated math. Shipping was faster than expected and the selection of wheels is amazing.

Have not been on location but I have orders my wheels, tires and now BCRacing coilovers from Fitment Industries along with some of my favorite T-shirts and lugnuts. Their website is easy to use and helps you as much as it can. They will send you all the information you need after your purchase along with tracking. I also love their YouTube channel and have been a fan of theirs for a while. Would love to visit eventually

If you have a modified (lowered) car these are the guys to check out. They have a gallery of cars that people showcase wheels and tire sizing and gives you a sense of what wheels and tires look good on your car and how you want them to fit. Helped me a ton when looking for wheels for my car and tires.

After ordering a set of coilovers and receiving the wrong set, then the hassle to get my money back, I flet slighted. But Fitment industries contacted me directly to resolve the issue and turn around my experience. Initially I felt like this company was just another company that didn't care about the experience of its customers but after fitment reached out to me i now see they not only care about maintaining a good reputation but their customers as well. Will definitely return for more products in the future.

Talked on the phone and the gentleman was quite helpful in the way that he checked on backorder stock and see it it was a false backorder. Turns out there were 3 sets left and we got the order done right then! Very helpful and detailed. Great personality as well so it was a great experience! The wheels came in sooner than expected and are beautiful on the car with perfect fitment!

I ordered my wheel and tire package about 2 weeks ago. They were scheduled to arrive today and we made appointments with the shipping company to get them today. Turns out the shipping company didn't have the product and they were still a state away. Madi, one of the customer service employees I talked to helped out tremendously. She called the shipping company in my state and the state the wheels were in to figure out what was going on. She helped out a lot. She was extremely excellent and I was very pleased.

Just recently, I was looking for a new set of wheels and tires for my Audi S4. Upon finding the wheels I really liked, as a total newb to cars, I, of course, didn't check the bolt pattern to see if it would match with my Audi. The wheels I chose did not have the correct bolt pattern, which would have caused me to buy an adapter to use said wheels on my car. COSBY quickly found the mistake on my end and recommended several options for me without affecting my purchase's total cost. With Cosby's professional experience and guidance, I am very thankful to have a set of new wheels and tires that will fit my Audi S4 on the way to me right now! Fitment Industries is an awesome company with a wide range of products! I have gotten alot of good information and entertainment out of the Youtube channel and the Gallery. Definitely referring friends.

Got my wheels days before the quoted delivery, in great shape! Their videos helped me make the decision on the wheels i wanted and helped me get the proper fitment i was going for! Once i have my coilovers adjusted i will be posting on the gallery!

Purchased first set of wheels barely cleared my brakes called to get new wheels and made sure to ask twice that new wheels will clear they assured the would wheels comes and catch my brakes now its my fault they sellsperson doesn't know his job"andrew" then ignores my calls won't answer properly $#*!ties experience i ever had will never buy anything here

Couldn't decide if I wanted to stay with 19s that came on 2021 Accord or mover up to 20s. Spoke/worked with Jeremy for a few days and he was able to answer all of my fitment questions about rim/tire sizes and offsets. Decided to go with 20s and he recommended the best tires for and price for my application. Thanks for an enjoyable purchasing experience!

Order these tires the same day my wheels were ordered, was bummed out originally when it said itll arrive in May. Well lets just say 4 days later they were at my door step. I picked these wheels because they said they were a bang for your buck and let me just say they're the perfect tire for my setup for the streets. Cant wait to order more tires for the drift car. Great price and super fast shipping l. Cant ask for more! Thank you!

Love the wheels and everytime I had any questions about them they were super helpful. The only thing that bugs me about the wheels is I believe the tires are just too big for the back and everytime I hit a bump they rub.

I had purchased to wrong caps for my '17 370Z wheels. Contacted Fitment and explained my mistake. They got me the correct caps, and sent me a return shipping label for the incorrect caps. I dealt with several different people, but mainly Brittany regarding the return process. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you!
