My wheels and tires were put together and delivered 3 weeks before the estimate time they were supposed to arrive, i was very excited to say the least. Packaging was great with no damaged parts!

Derrick assisted me with great customer service, answering my questions and checking inventory, giving me a detailed quote before finalizing my purchase.

And Black Tuner Lugs and we couldn't be happier with the tires. We had his 97 turbo Miata in the shop getting tuned and wasn't able to put the tires on for a couple months. When we did have them mounted we realized they needed to be balanced, called and spoke to Charlie and he reimbursed us for the cost to get them done even though it was past the 30 day cutoff. Even with the pandemic they didn't skip a beat to reply back to me in a timely manner. We would definitely order from them again!

I ordered a set of XXR wheels and Nito Neo Gen tires. The pricing was very competitive and the initial buying process was very easy and straight forward. Unfortunately one of the wheels was damaged apparently prior to shipping so that really should have been something they caught before shipping. They also included a giant custom offset sticker for some reason too. Like 36" giant. Not a bad thing, it just makes it seem like the warehouse guys made a lot of mistakes that day. One of the nice things they did was instructing me in the confirmation email to inspect everything before signing for the delivery. They had me send in some pictures of the wheel to confirm the damage and then sent me out a new wheel which was very nice and the new wheel came in very quickly. Overall they have a great website that makes the whole buying process easy and straight forward and getting the replacement wheel was overall fast and simple however it seems like their warehouse staff was really not on top of things the day I made my order.

It was a good experience. I did look up the images of people who purchased before and made the comparison to my car to help me get my wheel and tires.

I ordered rims and tires 2 months ago and my order is still not here! I have emailed and called them multiple times, and still my order is not even shipped! This is ridiculous!

I've had a small problem and left a review and the very next day not even respecting an response I've received an email from customer service offering to help me and resolved my issue.

I was having trouble ordering a set of wheels, wouldnt go through or process because it kept saying "limit exceeded" i got an email and a phone call from (jeremy) stating that this is a common issue and that i should call my bank to ask them to extend my limita in order for me to make the purchase, he also answered alot of the questions i had about my car and with the wheels i was ordering whether or not i should've gotten the ceramic coating and and if i needed the tpms for the wheels, he was honest and said no i dont need it, but he advised id get the cermaic coating because of the amount of protection it gives during hard rain, winter, and other road conditions. Most companys would just tell you that you need all addons just to upsell even if you dont need it. Jeremy was honest and very professional. Will definitely be ordering again!

My order was put together and shipped quickly maybe to quickly I wanted to change tire size and they told me my order was already put together and the lug nuts that they suggested that I wanted didn't even fit my lug holes when I tried to put them on had to ship them back and they did ship me some that fit quickly but they were not as good looking as the first ones but I'm ridin now so it's all good

So when I 1st ordered the wheels & tire package, the experience was a little bumpy. At 1st, when I ordered them, the website showed that the item was in stock, and when I placed the order, ETA for delivery was 02-25-22. I spoke with Rachel over the phone to confirm that and she confirmed it. Two weeks later, I received a notification that these wheels had been put on back order and that if I wanted to cancel my order there would be a 30% restocking fee, which didn't make any sense to me cause 1: it said the wheels were in stock & 2: why would I pay a restocking fee for something not stock. Very confused, I gave fitment industry a call, and despite being out on hold for 50 min, I was finally able to get a hold of Carlos. Carlos was very helpful. He spoke with the team and found the exact wheels & spec I ordered through another vendor. Fitment Industries also paid the restocking fee for my wheels and the expedite fee to get my wheels in faster. At the end of the day, I did receive my wheels & tires on time. I was just a little nervous through out the process. I understand that mistakes happen so it's no sweat, I just know that when ordering a product, it's best to contact the the website that I'm ordering from just to double check that it's in stock.

Thrilled about the Stickers and the shirt fits great! Great customer service! Can't wait for my wheels to show up. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier

Everything went well however the rims I order looked different in person then seeing them on the website and it probably was because of the size difference however the team was very supportive

Shout out to Ben for helping me with my new tire selection due to back orders. He helped with sending a selection of good tires and switching them over to my old order.

The agent noticed that I didn't have tpms sensors or lug nuts so he made sure to send me a text making sure I didn't want to add them. Very good customer service!

I had a few problems from the start. A few emails back and forth with Madison, and all was well. Fitment Industries took care of all my needs. I highly recommend them.

Hopefully now that we switch my suspension I won't have to wait another month. But everyone here is very helpful. I got it in and I'm very happy and can't wait to get it installed.
