I purchased rims from this company that said they would fit my car. When I got them, they brutally hit my brake calipers. I am now having to purchase spacers to put on so my rims will fit.

Like I said in the title, my order wasn't exactly an easy one. Different wheels from front to back, the back wheels being custom order only, coilovers, tires, and a host of extras. Dani Kadi was there to help me on the phone all the way, and while I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted, he was 100% onboard and helpful with all the questions I had. He's clearly super knowledgeable about wheels and tires, knows his products and the site, and I definitely appreciated knowing I was working with someone who wanted to get it right the first time, just like me! He even pulled some strings and called the wheel manufacturer instead of waiting for them to reply to an email to make sure they could produce the custom order wheels I wanted AND got me a discount on my order.

Of course, I haven't received all my goods yet given it's only been about a day since I placed the order, but I will say the purchase process was about as easy as it could have possibly been, and that's what I'm focusing on here. First impressions go a long way, and Dani and Fitment Industries have gone the extra mile--given my experience so far, I'm confident if there's any issues down the road, I'll be able to get them resolved.

I was looking for a new set of quality coilovers and had questions about ride height adjustability on a couple of brands I was comparing. I was initially looking at KW and Bilstein but I was pointed in the direction of H&R because I wanted a quality ride but still being able to be slammed. I couldn't be happier!

The order came very quickly. It literally only to about 6 days to arrive after placing the order and order was very neatly secured. Overall my experience was great.

Everything was good I got the right tires and wheels but I didn't get the right amount of lug nuts and I got one that was the wrong size. I had to reuse some old ones. I thought I was out of luck

I ordered a wheel and tire package from fitment industries I paid over $2,000 and when I got my wheels and tires and put them on my car shook so horribly bad that I couldn't go over 60 mph. I brought it to a shop and two of the four tires weren't balanced And the worst news is the other two one of them had a tire out of round so that cannot be fixed and the other had a bent rim. I went and paid money to have my TPMS sensors registered to my car and come to find out one of those was bad as well. Don't contact fitment industries though because they're going to tell you they have a $30 policy that that is the maximum they can pay, they'll say this doesn't sound like their company but I've read my reviews. Now I have a shaky car and the only way I can fix it is if I buy one brand new rim and one brand new tire use caution and shop around guys! You'll regret it if you don't. Also Hope you don't have to get tire work because if you do you'll see the craftsmanship of fitment industries very well check out the chunk out of my tire that they just went ahead with on the install, what kind of idiots do they have working for them? Lol

So I ordered the eibach lower springs for my car and man I'm so surprised how fast they got here I can't wait till install them definitely ordering more things from here

Sensors in tire did not pair up with my gr86 because they programed the sensors to 2020 86 rather than gr86. I brought the car to Toyota to reprogram the sensors but they couldn't do it so now I have to bring in the stock wheels and have them swap the sensors.

All FI had to do was tell me they couldn't properly program the sensors to the GR86 so then I would have canceled the sensors/tires and just ordered the wheels.

No one answered when I called.

Bryce helped me out and sent me a new spline key free of charge, I've searched everywhere for a new one and should have just called sooner! Couldn't be more grateful right now!

I bought a set of Rotifrom BLQ's from Fitment Industries after using the website to figure out what size I needed. The wheels came quick and shipped fast! Exactly what I wanted!

This company held my money for 6 months for a product that was never going to come in. Terrible experience, waste of time and money. To preface the review, all orders were on a potential 4-8 week backorder, which is fine. But I ordered a set of wheels and was VERY SPECIFIC on what I wanted, back in Jan 2022. In June I reached out again and wanted a real timeline of when I was going to get my wheels because it had been 5 months of only autogenerated "backorder emails". I personally reached out to the manufacturer to find out the wheels in the color I ordered were not even an option and they were never going to manufacture the wheels in the color I ordered. So this is when I get frustrated and reach back out to fitment industries to receive an email stating that they need to talk with the manufacturer to see "what is happening with my wheels" as if I was lying about reaching out to them and their status. So I do what any sensible person would do and ask for a refund. Only to have to email them again 7/21 to find out why I haven't received the money yet for my refund. 7/22 support emails back and says that I need to have a talk with my financial institution to find out what the issue is because it looks good on their end. 10:34 am is when I received the email to question my bank, and my bank tells me that the funds were received at 10:36 am. Coincidence? Not even remotely.
