I literally get all of my Information from this company on YouTube. It could be camber kit, your suspensions, tire stretch, wheel fitment. They give out some really good advice. I would have ordered my wheels from them but, I don't believe they custom make rims
I hate this company,never,ever try order wheels and tires from this company, they start lying from day 1 to media i looking for azara wheels, the sails person told me yes we have in stocks told him ok i buy it,next morning he told me, sorry we don't have it but we can backorder ok i pays full amount money and start waiting, after 3 month waiting i call them back,tjey told me, great news we have your wheels, we need inspect, and send to you it fake a week, ok im start waiting again after 2 weeks i call them back, we sorry but you need go back and waits wait 5 month and nothing.customer service is terrible,finaly i cancelled my order, call to mr wheels company, this guys great, they delivered my wheels and tires in one month,again never try fitment industry.

I ordered wheels from them and took a month to get here, fine. It was a wheel and tire package with black lug nuts and a new set of tpms sensors for my mustang. The wheels got to me on a Friday and were installed by myself the same day. The car stayed parked over the weekend and was driving the following Monday. I have to go to work very early, 4 am ish is when i leave the house. I have a 35 mile drive to work. Not 10 miles into the highway the right front passenger wheel explodes almost causing an accident. Had to call a tow truck and be taken home. I had to miss the work because i needed to resolve this issue, i practically had no car. I had to spend $1000+ on new wheels since i did not trust the tires that came with the package anymore. On top of this sudden expense, fitment industries also forgot to install one tpms sensor. I had to install my old ones.
To review. The tires were bad, did not trust the brand and the tires that were on my car and i was missing a tpms sensor. The whole ordeal was stressful, had to miss work, loss of wages and i was now missing part of my order.
I did not want the product i had purchase anymore. Too many problems, too many headaches, too much money out of my pocket to fix their mistakes and back products.
I contacted the company and to make the story short, their policy is that once the wheels are on the car, they will not take them back. No matter what. The tires could be bad, the wheels dont fit, it doesnt matter.
Now that doesnt seem fair now does it. The lady who helped me was nice and helpful but was bound by her horrible company's policies. I do not blame her she was great.

We clearly understand the overall worry in a tire or wheel failing, and the subsequent problem of having to replace said product to resolve that issue. To be clear, we do not physically manufacturer those tires that you purchased. With that, if a tire fail (presumably because of a manufacturer defect), we would then need to get in touch with the manufacturer responsible for making those tires so that they can properly address any defect that originated from there warehouse. Moreover, it's also possible that a tire failed due to a road hazard, or something along those lines that would not be within our control, or the manufacturers. Regardless of the circumstances, we pride ourselves in doing whatever we can to put the importance of our customers happiness as a priority. We're always willing to help within reason, so please continue to work with our customer service team if you already haven't as we can very likely come to some sort of amicable resolution on these matters. Thank you!
Two of my wheels had small scuffs on them but customer service and I worked it out and I couldn't be happier with how they handled the problem.
They resolved the problem really fast.

All of the boxes came in ripped and damaged. All of my wheels had scuff marks along the rim. Just wish it could've been more taken care of.

No issues with the website or the ordering process. However, once the first order was placed the issues began. The first issue was poorly communicated so I had to cancel the order. The company offered me a 50.00 discount because of their poor communication, which was acceptable and in good faith so I placed another order. This second order went well good communication and the order was processed quickly. The order was received and was packaged very well and I was extremely excited to open them. This is when I noticed one of the shells had damages to the lip. I contacted the customer service, they requested photos which were provided. The representative then advised they would need to speak with "higher ups" in order to provide a decision on how to handle this situation. I then received an email the next day advising they had already provided me a 50.00 discount (which was for the last issue not this one) so they are willing to reimburse up to 100.00 to have them repaired. So to recap purchased brand new wheels the company fails to process the order correctly they offer 50.00 to correct the issue. I place a new order then the send damaged wheels because of a failure of the QC department, they say "we already gave you 50.00, so you can have up to a 100.00 to fix new wheels that we sent out damaged". The 50.00 was for a completely different issue and 100.00 barely covers the dismounting and remounting let alone the actual cost of repairs. After a week of back and forth phone calls and emails, having to fight just to receive a quality product I was finally able to receive return labels. This company's customer service is HORRIBLE! Once they receive your money they no longer care about your satisfaction as a customer.
Poor, they were disinterested in taking care of the customer. Their priority was the company, once damaged wheels were received they were unwilling to fix the issue. They failed to see the big picture, now they’ve payed for shipping twice and have a set of wheels that cannot and should not be sold as new as they’ve had tires mounted. Plus I paid for ceramic coating. I’m sure they have incurred at least 400.00 in losses due to shipping and now having used wheels. They should have done the math and offered that amount off of the wheels, I would have accepted that. Next time think about the customer and not just about yourselves, I can assure you it’ll be a much better experience for both.
On the surface it appeared to be a easy process. However, they lack effective quality control in their process coupled with poor customer service.
