After saving up for some time, I decided to treat myself and purchase new rims. This was a rare splurge, but I was drawn in by the company's promise of a "guarantee to fit."
Once I put them on, I found that the front wheel did not fit correctly. I contacted the company immediately, only to be met with rudeness and no assistance. They claimed that their "guarantee to fit" referred only to the lug nuts. Despite my suggestion of store credit, as I still wanted rims for my vehicle, they refused to help and recommended I resell the rims locally.
I am incredibly disappointed and do not recommend doing business with this company. You will also notice multiple bad experiences with wheels not fitting on customer vehicles even though their site guarantees fit.
Shaun - We're sorry to hear about any issues with your order as it sounds as though there was a failure to test fit the wheels/tires prior to install. We allow our customers to make buying decisions based on their own product knowledge and guarantee a match of the bolt pattern to your vehicle. We do ask that if customers are not knowledge on fitment, that they reach out to us prior to purchase so that we can assist in ensuring there are no fitment issues. In this case, it seems as though there was not only a failure to test fit, but also the failure in test fitting led to the wheels being damaged. This voids out our return policy, hence our team being unable to assist. Regardless, we'll be looking into this as we show the last contact we had was back on 2/10/25 so we're a bit confused as to why this is coming to our attention a month down the line.
