I needed replacement filters for my refrigerator water dispenser. My local stores don't always have in stock. I called, and Fix.com supplied my water filter replacement within days. I am on an automatic replacement delivery. Couldn't be happier.
I ordered a glass shield for a propane heater. It was damaged in transit and never delivered. Emails and calls to fix.com were completely ignored. Refund or replacement request completely ignored. Support call line goes directly to recording 100% of the time. $35 lost. They are thieves.

We've never received our part. I've tried calling customer service but the recording says that all communications must be submitted via email. I've sent several emails with no response! I would really appreciate a little communication! I guess I'll be cancelling and looking elsewhere!
Placed an order on 4/27 and they shipped the wrong part 3 months later. Still trying to resolve and they don't take phone calls due to Covid. I have sent 15 emails with detailed descriptions and pictures
The parts came more quickly than expected. The website is easy to navigate and place orders. And, the customer service department was quick to respond to inquiries. One glitch was that I ordered a bolts and nuts pack which turns out I didn't need. One was included with replacement part, so I ended up with two of them. It wasn't worth return postage to return.
I bought this kit to work with a trimmer blade. Unfortunately, for some reason, it was the wrong size nut (one size too big). The description implied that it fit all Ryobi trimmers. Due to the cost of shipping, it was impractical to return. Not really sure what this was suppose to fit.
I ordered new parts for my charbroil grill. They came quickly and better price than from Charbroil website. Everything fir like the original parts. I am very happy with my transaction. I will buy from them again,

I had burned up the motor in my Ryobi impact wrench and the other sites wanted almost twice as much for the motor. Then I found Fix.com where the price was low enough to make fixing it economical. Great to have my tool back, thanks
Used them twice. First time they were good. This time they failed to deliver product or customer service. The did not respond to any emails, and their site banner is blaming delays on Covid 19. I ended up buying same parts from Home Depot with 3 day shipping. (So much for the Covid excuse)
Now they refuse to even answer emails about order cancellation.

I ordered a actuator arm for my miter saw back in November. I got notice that it would arrive at fix on 12-8-2020 to be shipped immediately to my house. It is now 12-24 haven't heard a word from them. No way to track it. I understand we are in unprecedented times. But an update email would be nice. I have ordered parts from other companies this year. Was updated continuously where my order was at and when to expect it. Even received parts earlier than expected. Not impressed with them. Last time they get my money! Sorry I didn't go somewhere else.
I needed some small pieces to fix the upper rack on my dishwasher. I found with patience and the very helpful and convenient videos provided with the part details, I saved quite a few dollars and had the satisfaction of solving my problem independently

Fix.com provides great service. They helped me make sure I had the write part for my appliance and they sent the part very quickly. This saved me hundreds of dollars by allowing me to repair my appliance rather than replacing it! I searched the model number of my stovetop on the website and was able to access the diagram of all the parts and their numbers. I then could identify which part to order and voila!

I only needed a door handle for my freezer, and when I looked up the part (which was incredibly easy) it specifically stated that it was only the handle, no other parts. It was nice to not get a bunch of stuff I didn't need.
We had a high end blender with a crack in it. I emailed Fix.com several times to make sure we got the right part and they always answered promptly. We quickly got the parts and ended up not having to buy a new blender. Would definitely use them again.
Ordered a small part to repair a leaf blower. Stated delivery longer than normal due to CoVid but ok. Due to some unfortunate error the package was returned to the manufacturer. Customer service is worthless in assisting. Now they have my overpriced part and my money/credit card number. Not a great company if you ask me!
I found fix online and it seemed to be the exact site I was looking for. I entered my dishwasher's model number and was shown a diagram to choose the part I needed and I ordered the parts. I got a box quickly but as quickly realized they sent me the wrong parts. Also, they appeared to just dump the parts in a box and then sent the box to me.
So I called the customer service number, explained the parts were wrong and they said they needed to make a claim with their warehouse. A half dozen emails later they simply stopped emailing. I waited nearly two weeks and called again. Now they said I need to wait two more weeks for the warehouse to decide if they want the parts returned. Until they decide I don't get my refund.
I would choose another site simply because they can't put customers first and if you need to return a part you better saddle up for at least a month of hassles. Not worth it.

Have a Bohlens tiller that I inherited from my father in law. Had old gas sitting in it for several years. Cleaned the carb, but I needed new gas line, return gas line and bulb. I also got a new air filter and spark plug and gasket that sits behind the carb. All the parts were correct and are good quality. Nice website with parts diagram. Easy to find what I needed. I would feel comfortable purchasing from this site again. Oh, and the tiller fired right up!
Fix.com website is easy to use. I was able to find the correct part with little effort due to the great website. I placed my order and less than a week I had the correct part at my front door. Fix.com was able to expedite extremely fast with fast shipping at a reasonable rate. I look at other sites that had the part I needed but their shipping rates were way too expensive. The next time I need a part I will go directly to fix.com.

I have an old Craftsman saw that used to belong to my uncle. It is heavy duty and in great shape. The only issue was the trigger. The saw would either not work or not shut off when the trigger was released. Not ideal. I looked on and off for over a year using the Sears part number for the switch and the model number for the saw. The saw was so old (and Sears is no longer around), that I had no luck. Finally saw a switch on the fix.com site that looked like the one from the old Craftsman saw. It was actually for a Skil saw. I took a shot and ordered it. It fit the saw perfectly and works like a charm. Now the old Craftsman saw has new life.

Follow videos and/or instuctions and if your slightly handy it's definately a DIY project. Part ordered was perfect fit and no more squeaks...Part needed was the drum bearing kit.
