1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience
Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.
Great customer service! I received a call about a missed payment so I called back to see what was going on and the representative I was connected with was extremely helpful and very informative. She helped me correct the issue and we resolved the problem.

I purchased a treadmill that stopped working less than 1 year after I bought it. I contacted Flexshopper who agreed to have a repair person make arrangements with me to come repair the treadmill as it was still under warranty. I never heard from any repair person and had to pay to have someone else repair the treadmill. When I contacted Flexshopper again to cancel the repair person who never contacted me, Flexshopper refused to do anything to address the issue. This company does not value their customers at all. Buyer beware!

Let me start by saying that yes you will obviously pay more for the products you get with Flexshopper but that is the case for those who have poor to bad credit. Rent A Center does the same thing.
Where Flexshopper shines is its model to let you choose what you want. Rent A Center locks you in to only their products.
On the customer service side they are very helpful and friendly. The want to help solve issues if any arise and are very flexible.
If you have bad credit and don't qualify for a credit card, try Flexshopper. They are similar to Rent A Center but offer more flexibility in getting the products you want for poor credit people.

I have applied ober three times with in a week and was denied says my bank cant be verified wells fargo.Is this true that's why you guy's are denieing people FlexShopper may curtail or suspend operations after August 31,2018.

Ordered MacBook for daughter birthday Grandma did the same so I canceled week before. Agent said just refuse delivery I did. I have been charged two times now and the Macbook made it back to them June 8th back were it originated. I have spoken with them at least five times first time they said it would take 8 days fine here we or three weeks later keep getting charged and promised account would be taken care of. Horrible experience I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Better off going to rent to own and over pay

I have been with Flexshopper since 2020 and they are a decent company. I have paid off a few leases. Until i fell behind because of a job loss. While this is not their issue. But i called to make payment arrangements to get my account caught up. And the reps Georgia and Felicia are extremely rude.! I just asked to make a payment arrangement. So i can take care of the account back current. But apparently they are mad they have to work today. They were rude and wouldnt allow me to get my account back in order. This company is a joke!

My order somehow didn't go through but my money was drafted from my account. I first called billing and they told me that I had to speak with customer service. Joyce ext. 399 helped me a she did everything to help me, I will be getting a refund and I will be reordering when it clears my bank. Joyce is awesome... THANKS AGAIN JOYCE you are the best...

I submitted a total of 4 different orders with them within 4 months from Dec to Mar. Until the last order, I did not have any problems with the company. The first three orders were fine. I received the orders in a few days. I paid all three orders off within the 90 day payoff. However, the last order was sent and left in front of my door. I resided in an apartment complex. Once I received notification about the delivery, I tried to rush home from work, yet I worked an hour away. The package was stolen in which the delivery person should have left it in the leasing office because my apartment was by a walk way. It had been over a month and no response in reference to this matter. Every time I called, they extended the investigation time. They lost a great customer. I will NEVVVEEERRRR purchase anything else from this company EVER!

This morning I spoke with CYNTHIA R. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was confused as to why my payment didn't draft. She knew why right away and helped me make an additional payment. She also took the time to remind me of my other loan status and offered to send out a reminder email to pay it off on time. She really took the initiative to help me!

Product is perfect but the customer service sucks $#*!. I called them at 8:20 on 2-2-2021 to find out why I was getting charged for an order I cancelled. I got the run around and was transferred to 6 different people and then was left on hold till after 9 just to realize they are now closed. So I was on hold for 35 minutes just for them to leave me on hold and walk their $#*! away. Needless to say their hours are 9am to 9pm don't call an hour before they close cause you will get the run around.

I ordered a laptop, smart watch and sound bar. I got the laptop and smart watch just fine. Ive been in contact with flex shopper AND ups for 2 MONTHS about the sound bar because it was marked delivered and it never was. I got an email saying im now being billed for all items because I haven't been in touch with them about it. This is absolutely insane and I dont recommend this company to anyone. If something is lost, the have no help for you. I will never be using this company again

I don't have an account with flexshopper but I paid off 2 items for my brother, as a loan. When I was done I deleted my account information from the online system. Approximately 3 weeks later I realized that my account was being charged weekly for the rest of the items my brother had on lease. When I called their billing department I was hung up on 3 times, twice by the same representative. I was told my brother had to change the account. I expressed that they never had authorization to use my card and they were committed a crime. That's around when I was hung up on. The one representative even talked to me like I was a 3 Year old child in time out. This company made me sick to my stomach. I have NEVER used this company and I NEVER will!

The company drafted money out of my account in which I never received item that they pulled money for. I end up cancelling my order- I explained this to them and they reassured me that they will refund me the money. The still have yet gave me my refund. Every time that I call I get a different reason why they haven't refunded me.

If you want to pay two or three times what something is worth, then go for it. If you are smart, you will save your money and just buy what you need. This place is like an online Rent-a-Center in that they will charge you up to three times what something is worth. At your local store, the product is $500. The same product at FlexShopper is $1200 and more. Like Rent-a-Center, it's a price-gouging place for poor people who lack the discipline to save up for something.
You can try to pay it off in 90 days at the base price, but miss the deadline by a single day and the base price suddenly doubles and you owe nearly twice the original price again. I guess that's your punishment for not paying it off in 90 days.
