1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience
Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.
So I have leases 6 items In past 2yrs made on time payments even got my limit increases a lot then out the blue they canceled my account and got no answer why they did that and said I don't qualify no more like don't understand my account always been in good standing and eve. Payed off all my items soo be cautious when leasing

I bought an item it was the wrong item but they still trying to charge me for it. Also they are charging me for an item that I never received... tried to return the first item. They said wait for email but never sent me instructions for return. I contacted them 4 times. I told the delivery people when they first tried to drop it off I didn't want it. But they told me to call for a refund. This is the worse company I ever felt with and they will mess your credit up... Everyone need to call better business and the consumer affairs on them!

I purchase a game trail camera a year ago. Weekly payments coming out of my bank. Account. I recently moved and wanted to order something else. So I requested a change of address. They wanted a utility bill showing 4 corners. Did that. That wasn't good enough. Then they wanted my bank statement. The same one they are taking my weekly payment out of. Not good enough. Then they wanted those two along with my photo ID. Still no change of address Terrible

I have been using Flexshopper for years to get things I perhaps did not have the money for but needed the items. The low payments allowed me to do so. However, I have always managed to pay the items off earlier than the contract. I appreciate flexshopper!

I have nothing but good experiences with Flex Shopper. Their phone customer service in each department is some of the best. I cannot say that for the chat line. The chat line is very slow. The products they offer are of good quality. I had to return a product to the vendor and Flex Shopper made the process very easy for me. I recommend them if you are looking for a way to get something you would not otherwise have a way to buy or if you are looking a for a quick way to buy 90 days same as cash.

Told me I had 90 days to pay it off. Then proceed to tell me theyre gonna come get my stuff. Unless I pay $400 dollars now. And then the additional pay off fee. Then they keep saying they're gonna take my stuff away then id have to pay to get it back. And I got some headphones but returned them a week later but theyre saying I never did. Well check the footage... smh complete headache. Don't do this either go through someone else or just save up to get it in cash or a bank lone. These people are so rude and are greedy stuck up people will never be doing business with them again and will probably lose all my belongings when I intend to completely pay off In a few weeks.

****Warning Warning***** Stay away from this site. I ordered a table and chairs. I got the chairs but not the table. They started billing me the very next week. The table is sitting in transit with UPS. They tell me I have to call UPS to see start a claim. No you all used a 3rd party to send the table that is your job not mines. For the last 3 weeks I have called FlexShopper everyday, you sit on hold for hours. Then you get someone on the phone that tells you this is what they are going to do and never follow through. But you all are still billing me for something I don't have. CANCEL THIS CRAP!. I will never use them again. It is not worth the headache.

I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra and realized it was the original instead of the Apple Watch Ultra 2. I immediately contacted Flex shopper and canceled. I was assured that it was ok to proceed with ordering the correct watch. The incorrect watch arrived in shipping 2 days AFTER the correct watch. I then had to go through what is called their "return request" process. They asked for photos which I sent. 2 Days later a return label was shipped and I called and was advised that a stop payment would be automatic. What they failed to clarify was that the stop payment only happens for a few days and that they would proceed to withdraw from banking until it appeared in their system. I called back and was hit with the additional details that I will never receive a refund for what has already been paid toward a device I never opened and had originally canceled. This company is not forthright and I will NEVER shop with them again. I highly DO NOT recommend this company as they will keep their hands in your pocket as their scam hides behind the fine print of their shady contracts.

Bought a product from them it came broke sent it back to them thy kept charging me for a returned product for 4months after this was returned it's it now been 8 months still waiting for my money to be paid back to me.

I decided to give FlexShopper a try rather than putting my tires on a credit card. Overall, applying was easy and FlexShopper was responsive to phone calls etc. Rather than pay out over 12 months I decided to do the 90 day payoff. Three weeks prior to payoff date I called to find out the 90 day payoff amount. I was told $635. However, when the day came to pay it off I was told it would be $811. When I told the representative what I had been told 3 weeks prior, she told me there was no record of that call. There was a record of every other call though. This is unfortunate and will prevent me from using FlexShopper in the future.

Had too close down my bank account. They kept over drafting my bank account. I asked to speak to a manager. Managers don't come to the phone. I am struggling financially they don't care they were not willing to help me. In order to talk to me they only wanted a payment first. I've been waiting for a call back because the supervisor was to busy to come to the phone it's been 6 hrs still no call bank I refuse to give them a bank card. And they refuse to take a check. That will be the only way I will pay for the products at this point that I need to pay for.

They give you easy credit buy purchase something, i just buy ipad in best buy only cost $425 including tax, but if you buy from Flexshooper $525 is different $100.00 already, if you lease with them they cost you $1100. 00 like Robbery Company, and also they can take money from your Bank Account every week

I really love Flexshopper. It is very simple to use and the best rental experience I have ever had thus far. I've used services in the past that require you to send a check or a money order. I couldn't keep up with those services because that was the only way I could pay. I do everything online. Flexshopper just debits the money from your account every week. So if you make sure you have the money for the payment, you should have no problem. They also have an Early Purchase option so that you can pay off the product early if you want. I plan on utilizing that option once my payment is small enough. I definitely recommend using Flexhopper if you need to rent because you can't afford to buy upfront!

I would avoid this company at all cost. They have the rudest workers and they will take money out of your account without your consent. I removed my bank account from this company and replaced it with a credit card. They charged both my bank and credit card. I refuse to use this company again. All this for a camera lens?!
